Came in to pick up a pc that I dropped off for a diagnostic. I see a sign on the door saying they were out for lunch. I waited almost 2 hours for someone to show up. The place is only open 6 hours a day to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous

I had some PC issues which i couldnt figure out by myself and called them up this morning. I wanted to get my custom PC diagnosed to see what was going on and why it wasnt turning on. This dude is legit, Hes super nice and courteous and highly knowledgable. He fixed the problem, even arranged all my cables, pointed out what the issue was. Overall excellent work. I highly recommend this place for any computer needs. They know what they are doing. Thanks a ton guys !!

I bought a used laptop at Micom Systems and have been very happy with it. Also, I brought a monitor in here that wasnt working and I wasnt sure if it was the monitor or the PC that was the problem and they were able to test it in 2 seconds flat. The monitor worked, so now its on to testing the PC.

This is presently my favorite place in the whole world. I highly recommend them. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and very reliable when you need them. The cost was very reasonable and I didnt have to go through long waits from the shipping process because these guys will have it ready for pickup in no time, and they do just as good job as if your sending back to the manufacturer. The experienced workers know what they are doing and seem to have a vast knowledge on what they do. And they do it well. I highly recommend you check this place out!!!!

I was very unhappy with their service. They diagnosed my problem as needing a reinstall of windows. They were to back up all my data and restore it after installing windows. Apparently they do not understand what restore means - several files were missing and none of the old structure was in place. I would not use them again.

Just got tons of help picking out components for my son to build a gaming computer this summer. They checked to make sure the important stuff all worked before we left. It seems to be the type of place I could hang out and talk computers, and get lots of help.

The time they took to repair my computer was amazing and the service is incredible. And they took there time to explain the problem and situations. The price was reasonable and the people every nice too. Thank you guys :D

These guys are great. I was troubleshooting an issue with faulty components on a PC build and had run into a wall. I called these guys up, took my machine over, and was up and running in just a few minutes. They had the part I needed and helped me troubleshoot. They were nice and easy to work with too. Ill be back.

Purchased a laptop, there and also have had a few repairs done at the shop. They are cheaper than best buy and any big retail store like Wal-Mart. I would highly recommend this company and will continue to do business with the company. Great Job Guys!

I came in with a lap top and iPad and their very very good he explained everything in great detail and also very prompt on fixing my issues. The prices are very competitive and I would definitely go back the next time I need repairs. There store was very neat and organized. If you need repairs to your electronics I definitely recommend Micom.

They sold me a laptop with a version of windows 7 that was not authentic and only showed up as such after the 30 day warranty had expired. Also I had taken a different laptop in for a quote and it is now giving me blue screens and wont start up. This place used to be good but they are shady now. Go elsewhere.

Very unhappy with service and repairs. I would not return or recommend this place to others. I was given one price over the phone and the charged more at pick-up. Very unprofessional. You best bet is to stick with the places like Geek Squad or Staples. I tried to save a few bucks and got screwed. They main goal is to sell you their outdated, overpriced parts. Take my advice and stay away!

This place has very poor customer service. I came in with a laptop screen that would shut off and when he said he knew what the problem was he took it and ordered a replacement screen - said all I’d pay is the cost of the screen and $100 for isntall labor. Weeks go by with me trying to call for updates and ether them not answering or telling me no one has worked on it yet. Finally after 3 weeks it takes two visits into the store to get them to admit the screen still doesn’t work after the replacement and I have to wait a few hours for them to put the old one back on after I told them I want to take it elsewhere. I get no call it’s finished as they promised and when I come back the next day to pick it up they try to charge me a diagnostic fee of $50 which was never discussed. I declined to pay that. And the cherry on top, as soon as I got to my car to examine my laptop I found a missing screw on the bottom so I had to go back and ask them to give me every piece of my laptop back. I’m sure they do some good repairs, but this was horrrendously bad customer service and I still have a broken laptop. I would never recommend this place.TLDR: constantly led on about the progress of my repair and when they admitted it wasn’t fixed tried to charge me for diagnostics

I had to take my computer back multiple times only to have to bring it back for them to fix it AGAIN for the same problem. On the fourth time I brought my laptop back it was on the 33rd day. Only offered a 30-day warranty and wouldnt honor it though it was the 4th time I brought it back . My advice pay to have it fixed elsewhere; like Best Buy. Though the person who worked on my laptop was nice (even though the guy failed to fix it multiple times and one time placed another persons hard drive in my computer by accident) the owner however was a jerk. Only cares about money. Kept trying to have me buy a new computer instead of trying to fix mine:(

I have been a customer for at least 15 years and have bought computers, monitors, peripherals, etc. I have always felt that I was treated fairly and that Micoms prices were reasonable. The staff is knowledgeable and they can fix your equipment, something the big box stores usually cant provide.

Ive been an old customer at this store for a few years now and Ive been happy with the overall service here. Most of my laptops have came from this store and lasted me over the years with pretty solid prices I would often take over other stores both online and offline.

Ayman was super helpful in finding a screw I needed for an SSD upgrade I was doing on my Dell xps 15 9550 laptop. If you need help upgrading, repairing or even building a PC, Id recommend Micom. Service is solid.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE !!! By far the worse customer service EVER ! I took my computer in there to get what a diagnostics test found out to be a motherboard repair. The gentleman explained to me it would be 3-5 business days before I could get my laptop back and that he would call me When he finish the repairs.(?he had to order the actual motherboard so he explained that I might get it earlier ) 5 days pass I go up there to see why no one has contacted me and Also to pick up my computer. Well, the gentleman that told me my repairs would be completed in 3-5 business days and that he would call me some how has caught a cause of amnesia over the wait period. He told me straight to my face that he didnt have permission to fix the computer so he wasnt sure....he has my number and we had a very simple thorough conversation. I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM TO DO ANYTHING. Im going to get my computer today (its about to be 3 weeks if I wait smh) hes a dumb asz. Please dont waste your time or money. Idk what caused me to get treated the way I did but Im just sharing my experiences. HORRIBLE !!!!!!
