A typical corporate staples store. Plenty of parking out front and never too crowded. Helpful staff. A copy center and UPS and Amazon drop off
All three self-help printers and the self-help computer stopped working. General manager was less than enthused to help even though I spent an hour trying to get the print orders resolved. I was unable to obtain my receipts because all printers closed out then the main kiosk crashed. Concerned my credit card info is still floating out there because the print job did not properly close.
Ive always had good experiences at this location. Easy to use printer/fax machine.

I had to ship a binder back to a previous employer. The associate that assisted me was very helpful and friendly. She walked me through the process start to finish. It made a tedious task easy and less stressful. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
Horrible customer service in the print center. I will not be back to this particular location. I went in about a week ago to print off some items. I stood in the print area waiting for assistance. A guy working there was chit chatting with another worker near the entrance and never asked if I needed help. I then assumed the print area was all self service. I apparently walked into an area that was for employees by accident while trying to figure out how to print off an email. As soon as I crossed the line, he came storming over and said in an extremely ride manner, I need you to get out of my work area! Its for employees only! Mind you, he didnt bother to ask if I needed help while standing around in the print area for over 5 minutes, but came unglued when I accidentally stepped into a worker area. Even then he didnt ask if I needed help. I took it upon myself to tell him I was there to print off items from my email. He then gave me a card and read it to me in a condescending tone on how to self print my items. Turns and walks away! I finally get the items printed while he hoovered in the background, offering no further assistance whatsoever. He was the rudest person in customer service I have dealt with in a very very long time. Not sure what his issue was with his high and mighty attitude, but he needs to calm down. I mean...after all, he works there...no reason to be rude and demeaning to others. I give this location one star because the young lady at the front register was extremely nice and was the only professional employee on duty that day. Will not be back to this location. I will drive the extra time to Belle Meade and visit Office Depot. The manager may want to have meeting with him on proper customer service, and how not to run off customers.
A TON of items out of stock right now. Another TON of items overpriced. Try amazon first, but if you must - it’s convenient and they (usually)have about everything you can think of for the office. Max was a very pleasant rep at checkout.

I felt ambushed by the stores manager when I walked in the front door. He asked what I needed & I told him quality print paper with a good weight that doesnt jam. There was a monstrous display of printing paper in front of store on sale with an amazing deal of buy 1, get 1 free. He assured me that he used same paper in his office & it never jammed & was a good medium weight. I bought it, but felt like I was almost bullied into it. The weight was awful & 3 pages came out each time I printed & wasnt adequate for business letters. Since I opened 1 of them, I took the other one back, expecting refund for 1/2 of what I paid. After finding a cashier, she took the paper back & gave me my receipt. I asked if my refund was credited to the card I used. I was told since it was buy 1 & get 1 free & I returned 1, it was the free one I returned & therefor no refund. SO they were going to take back the paper & not refund me. I took the inferior paper & will never shop here again.

Came in, was asked what I needed, they found it fast and easy. Cashier had purple hair, really cool, friendly and convinced me to get a rewards card. She was pretty fine looking, might come back just to see her!!!
Actually I was quite surprised them boys were really friendly asked if I needed any help found a couple of good deals and the other office supplies that I came in for. That is they also have a 110% policy if you can find something for less somewhere else which just may make them more competitive against the online stores
Super friendly staff. Store is clean, well lit, and well stocked. Will price match from other major vendors (not third-party resellers generally). Includes a copy shop and tech support section, as well as general office supplies and home office furnishings.
Im not a big fan of Staples (mainly because everything is overpriced), but this store is a great one. The employees are always ready to help and very polite, and not afraid to price match with online retailers. This keeps me coming back instead of waiting for something in the mail.
Overall consistent with other Staples. Good selection of office supplies and helpful employees. Worked well to pick up some needed supplies while on a recent trip.

I came in and was greeted with a friendly hello from the friendly blue haired cashier. She asked me if I needed help finding anything, when she couldnt answer my question, she asked for a young blonde gentleman (Cliff???) to help me further. He helped me find everything quickly and easily. I was able to check out quickly, and had a friendly chat with the cashier (Kalyee I think) while she was doing my transaction. I will definitely be back soon!!!

I would like to say a huge thank you to Teerosh and her copy crew for such great service this week. We were having difficulty with the payment and she was very patient calling customer service to get everything straightened out. And my order looked fabulous too! Thank you Staples Copy crew!!
The employee at the print desk at Bellevue Staples was so rude and condescending I had to leave. I asked if he could help with laminating and he proceeded to talk down to me and man-splain what laminating was. I let him finish then asked again if he could help with the order and he then pointed to a counter card and asked if I could read! The then pointed to each word individually slowly one at a time. I was mortified and left in a hurry. Will never be back.
I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT WORK HERE!!! YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU WILL WORK AND MANAGERS ALWAYS MESSING UP THE SCHEDULE. MY SON IS PART TIME AND USED TO GET LIKE 30 PLUS HOURS A WEEK AND NOW I THINK HE IS DOWN TO 10 HOURS A WEEK! THEY WANT PART TIME PEOPLE TO WORK SO THEY DONT HAVE TO PAY INSURANCE!!
Check out was good with my kid who wanted to pay with his own money. They were very patient with his slow counting.

The store associates who work here in the evening are always very friendly & helpful, in my experience. Every time I have gone in, an employee has approached me within 2min or less to ask me if I needed help finding something, or if I had any questions abt specific products, weekly sales, etc. The employees in the computers/hardware/data storage sections have always been very knowledgeable & helpful (¬ pushy@all, which I appreciate) if I run into any confusion when comparing similar products. Store is always clean, well-lit & relatively easy to navigate. The parking lot always has an ample # of spaces available, most of which are pretty close to the storefront, no matter what time of day it is. If you go around 7-8pm on a weekday, theres usually very few other customers in the store, so its very easy to find an associate to help you w/something, or to grab a product that they keep in the back instead of on the shelves. This time of night is also great for getting in & out really, really quickly if you already know exactly what youre going to buy, bc theres rarely ever anyone else in line at the checkout register. Their sales prices can be very good, but if youre buying computer stuff/electronics/etc. that arent on super sale, make sure you do some price comparisons w/other retailers for the items youre going to get, bc they are usually more expensive; however, they WILL price match other stores if you can show them the competitors lower price for the same item.
The store itself has lots of items to choose from. The print shop does an OK job. But the employees are rude. I have never been in that store and had an employee ask to help me, look at me when I have asked for help, And half the time you cant understand what theyre saying. Theyre young and CLEARLY dont care and slur their words and dont need to be in a professional environment.

Horrible customer service. I was hung up on by an employee. I had to spend hours trying to get a print order corrected and ultimately I cancelled the order which was very difficult as well. Absolutely a horrible experience.
Sometimes their prices are nuts. You can find good stuff on sale a lot of the time though.

Register price didnt match on-line price. But the associate was cordial in correcting the discrepancy.
Never going back. They always have difficulty finding my (web) order and most of the time its wrong. They scale my images/docs when I ask them not to. Most recently, they tried to send me out the door with a color photo print that had been marred/marked by the copier machine. Its unfortunate that the machine is broken, but I should not have been notified that my order was complete when it was not, and an employee should not have tried to send me on my way with a botched print job (as my grandmothers birthday present). Theres no quality control here and most employees seem unqualified or ambivalent toward their work. From now on, its FedEx Office for me.

Followed by a manager who asked me about what I needed more than once. I was pretty annoyed and wanted to leave despute spending over $70.
Ive waited at the ups place for 15 minutes before some one helped me .and they were not busy .got there at 9 15 am and left at 9 30 am.
A lot of staff for office but if you want to buy laptop you should look online.
