The young man that helped me was very courteous and knowledgeable. In under 24 hours they let me know that my hard drive was fried. They also let me know my options. The price ranges they talked about are extremely manageable. For customer service and specific knowledge I would highly recommend this store.

I HIGHLY recommend On Demand Computer for all of your computer and cell phone needs. I broke my phone a month ago. I have been to several shops and no one was able to extract my information. Adel and his team were the only place in Nashville that could help me! They were kind, courteous, professional, fast and provided excellent customer service. They didnt give up until they were able to get into my broken phone. I will be using them for all of my computer/tech needs!

Adel was very helpful. I had dropped my laptop and the power switch was inoperative. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in a short time for a reasonable price. I will be back in the future. Thank you Adel.

Took my laptop in to get fixed for a tax document that was stored on it. Instead of fixing the computer they just printed the document and charged $50 for it. If you do come here be VERY specific of what you want done or they will charge you for something useless.In response to the store owner. I told you that I wasn’t planning on getting it fixed but I needed the documents (which turns out were the wrong documents anyways). I would have told you specifically that I didn’t want it fixed if that was the case. You asked me what I needed off of it because I assumed you might need to wipe it to fix it. I told you what was wrong with it in order for you to better understand how to fix it. When the issue was brought up, at no point did you try to remedy the situation. You just said “well I can take a look at it” after I had already paid you. Of course I am not going to pay you again for something that should have been done in the first place. It was a lapse in communication and you as the store owner should have taken responsibility for that mistake.

Ive done business with this man for years. Hes very knowledgeable and very respectful and honest. This is one business that offers truly great service.

When my computer didnt boot up, I tried the basic things. I even had my companys IT guy take a quick look. I thought it was going to be a major repair or replacement. I took it to On Demand Computer and within a few hours Adel called me and told me he replaced the thermal paste on my GPU. So thankful he is knowledgeable and honest. All he charged me was the flat fee service charge. I will definitely use him again and refer On Demand Computer to anyone who has a sick computer.

Reasonably priced, excellent service and fast turn around for my Asus laptop repair.

Adel is awesome! He could have taken me for a ride and I never would have known. But thats not who he is. My laptop wouldnt boot up. He could have told me almost anything, and I would have gone along. What do I know except I need my work computer to work!! But no, he found the solutions, and all he charged me was for was his time. Funny, friendly and my new go-to for tech issues. Adel, thank you, sir! I hope I dont need you again, but Ill be glad to see you if I do.

These guys are the only ones I trust with my computer and they will communicate in detail what the problem is and how to avoid it in the future. IMO, with computer repair, trust is the only factor and hard to find one this good.

Incredibly happy with the job done. I had a bent CPU processor and I thought my computer was toast, but they were able to fix it and boot it!! I also appreciated them explaining what they did and fixing it while I was in the room. So grateful for the job done AND a reasonable price.

I Highly recommend On Demand Computer Repair. I brought my husbands computer in and the only was extremely helpful in getting it fixed. He gave me options to choose from and was able to have it repaired the same day as drop off. This was the second place I had called and the pricing was very reasonable. I will continue using On Demand Computer with my future computer repairs.

The owner here was very kind and ACTUALLY gave me a call when he was done diagnosing my computer. Before he took any steps he called me and explained to me what was the problem, and then after he quoted the price asked me if I wanted to do it. I told him if I could wait a few days until I got my paycheck, and he said it was no problem as it was up to me. When I finally went down there, he showed me what he had done, and then charged me a even cheaper price than what he quoted me! I was really impressed by the honesty that he showed, and because of that I will definitely be back to bring my other computer that needs repair. Overall Great Job!
