My husband and I visited this location a couple of days ago. This was the best customer service that we have received in a long time. A very busy gentleman in the back stopped what he was doing to ask us if we need needed any help. We had so many questions and he helped us all the way up until we left. The manager and the cashiers were wonderful. They were very helpful and kind. A+

Megan helped me design laminated placards and business cards on the spot in about 30 minutes. She was very patient with me and very creative with the design. The rest of the crew was also very helpful giving us their input while we were designing everything and even helped me finish some fine details after Megan had to leave. I will definitely do more business with them when I can. Thank you so much, Megan and crew!

Today, I was in a pinch and I received exceptional service from Megan. She went above and beyond for me in ways that she did not have to and I surely appreciate her. I felt like a customer who is valued, thanks Megan!

The print and binding service is handled by grumpy, mean, unhappy people. Both people I see working there usually constantly have a tone of what.do.you.want. and I.dont.want.to.see.you. I am tired of hearing audible whines and grunts when they have a new task to do. I need to find Office Depots closest competitor and go there forever.

Went in looking to have a photo printed. I asked a few questions from Jenny who gave the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

So frustrating. Come here regularly for work supplies and toner. We bought a 500 dollar copy machine here and they are supposed to carry the toner. They are regularly out of it. The last visit they said come back Friday. We get there at 1pm and they sold out the same day of the toner they JUST got in! All the store were out and i can’t use the printer without it. Carry more toner!!

Walk in to see five employees standing behind the front counter, with no one in line. Five people and not a single one greeted me, even with several of them making eye contact with me. The older white male, appeared to be the manager, with his mask hanging off his face, looked at me twice and said nothing. One younger Black male was leaned over the counter on his phone. I guess Covid took everyones speaking voices and willingness to help customers?

Grant was a tremendous help here. Highly recommend this store.

Dont EVER, EVER bring your phone here to be fixed! I brought my iPhone 7 to this Office Depot to replace the front glass, which was broken, and they made my phone worse over the course of two visits.When I brought it over the first time, they replaced the cracked glass, but when I later tried to make calls, I couldnt hear the other person unless I put the phone on speaker or used my headphones. (I had no problem hearing anyone prior to this.) So I brought my phone back to get that speaker issue fixed, but not only was that problem not resolved, they made the phone worse. Let me count the ways:[1] They broke my Home button, which was working fine before, but now I cant toggle between apps using my Home button, [2] the phone no longer reads my SIM card, so I cant make any calls or texts, [3] the charging port is now broken too, so I cant even charge my phone, [4] the camera is not working so I cant take photos or video, and [5] even the screen (which was the initial reason I came in in the first place) is now messed up -- see attached photo.Im traveling tomorrow morning, so I need to have a phone to check on my flight, to request an Uber, to make business calls, to check my emails. Unfortunately, I cant do any of that now. I left the store tonight with a more broken phone than I brought over. I probably will need to buy a new phone. Thanks for nothing, Office Depot. Ugh!

The staff is very rude & unprofessional! I called in asking for a specific type of toner & the lady didn’t seem to have a clue what I was talking about. I then asked if it was available at the store because online it said that it was available for delivery and in store. However I asked just to make sure so I wouldn’t have to drive all the way over there & she got an attitude with me & said it was only online. I then asked if there were any other Office Depots I could go to to pick up & she continued to insist with an attitude that they only had it online. I was going to ask her if there were any other types of compatible toners that I could use with my printer available at the store, so I wouldn’t have to wait for Delivery because I needed it ASAP; but she hung up before I could say anything.

Terrible over the phone customer service. Please do better.

Great and friendly staff, fantastic location. Unfortunately the prices are not so fantastic. Most everything in the store is marked up 100-300%. I went to price compare a 100ft Ethernet cat6 cable @ 13.99 from Amazon, to amazingly fond out that it was nearly $70 at this location. Save yourselves time and money, please price check elsewhere first.

Good customer; I could not find and item... rather then give me directions the store associate took me to the item. Also, I did not have to make an extra trip to the post office because they sale stamps.

Easy parking. Well stocked and easy to find cartridge. In and out in no time, thanks to excellent customer service by Omar ! I was picking up a cartridge for someone with a printer émergency at the convention center, so I truly appreciate the prompt professionalisn.

Had what I needed and the people were helpful without being obnoxious.

This is a good store. The employees here really do their job. They have to deal with some really demanding and sometimes impossible situations AND try to keep everyone happy. This is a highly demanding area but the service and cleanliness are still up to par.

Paid extra for next day delivery on a package. First, no one could process the transaction so it took 3 times longer than it should have. Then, the package was not delivered next day. The tracking number, after 4 days, still shows preshipment. When asked about this, the associate on the phone said that since they have video of a USPS employee picking it up, its out of their hands. So to recap, charged the extra for delivery, took forever, lost my package, and then denied responsibility. DO NOT GO HERE.

The staff is clearly untrained and are selling electronics they know nothing about. Furthermore, I purchased a laptop that stopped working properly less than 60 days after purchase, their solution was to send it off for repairs and charge me $200????? I will be buying my technology products from Best Buy for now on where the staff knows what they are talking about (relative to this location) and they will guarantee their product for at least more than 14 days after purchase or at least have it repaired. Crooks.

Easy to find items. The school supplies were displayed in the front of the store and the employees usually ask if they can help you find the items you need.

Bought a gift card a few months ago, used it today, lost it on the way back to our business. Over $100 left on it and the only help I received was them telling me I had to call 1800godepot, which made it even worse because I was on hold and transferred around for over 45 minutes! Had to retell my story 6 times!!!! One person told me they would cancel my gift card and issue me another, but another person said they cant do anything about it! After years of being a loyal customer to office depot, I think we will probably choose another office supplier. I understand it was our fault for losing it, however youd think their customer service would try and help us out being we spend thousands of dollars their each year!!!!!!

ONE WAS THE LOWEST I COULD GIVE. This company clearly does not understand the importance of communication when dealing with business to business transaction. I ordered with their online process to receive a same day large format vinyl sign. After completion of the order, the site stated that I would get regular updates and a text when it was ready for pickup. I never received anything, so I called the store myself to pick it up on the way into work the next day.... the response Maam we dont even do large format printing, someone should have called you... Thats the last time I will ever go to this worthless place again. Aside from the order being ignored, now you cant even manage your people?!?! What a joke....
