First experience shopping with this boutique was a great one. Staff was friendly and helpful and the selection was fabulous. Store was well organized and easy to navigate. Pricing was very reasonable. My friend and I both left with smiles and bags full of clothes,purses, shoes, and jewelry that we loved. I will definitely be back.

This place is awesome! They have SO MANY beautiful things! You can get an entire designer wardrobe here. Owner and staff are wonderful.. The location is super convenient too. Right across from the mall.

I dont recommend spending money here. Every 2-3 years I drop by this store to see they project the same unwelcoming, lackluster vibe. And Im always surprised that theyre still in business. I visited at 12:30 on May 10, 2019. Same experience. No greeting as I enter. No genuine acknowledgement as I shop. It appears they are still selective with the customers they assist. Employees giggled & entertained themselves loudly. Their customer service deserves an F. I quickly left in disgust. Shop the consignment store in Berry Hill with the red purse instead.

I go to the Designer finds for more than 10 years, now....I am surprised to see few negative reviews, they are always super nice, and I am not the one who is buying super expensive stuff and bringing a lot of money to the store....they are genuinely nice people, who are doing their job, professional and nice. I always feel comfortable and welcomed, you just need to relax guys... 😁There are rules on bringing clothes in, condition of the clothes and brands. No need to be upset or feel unwanted if they don’t accept someone who walked in to drop off clothes without setting up an appointment . Or if they laugh and have conversations with each other or on the phone... I personally love when everyone is relaxed, I feel like home. If I need help or attention I will simply ask for it and I know I will be helped .

My favorite consignment store in town. The store is laid out in a very organized manner and the layout is so well done. Beautiful pieces and great prices. The consignment process is very easy and organized as well. I recommend this store to everyone I know.

I was at this location when I overheard one of the workers on the phone being extremely rude to someone calling. It turned me off from this place forever. I will NOT give my money to stores that treat people with such distain. Flips is WAY better, has a larger selection and competent people.

I lived in Nashville for over 5 years and this was my go-to for nicer casual and nice dress clothes. The clothes here are in great condition and they carry a little more of the upscale brands. Prices are usually reasonable for the brands and condition of clothes sold, but they always have deals going for a rotation of colors indicated in the tags.The employees are great. I always asked their advice on fit or coloring of whatever I was trying on and it felt like shopping with an aunt.Example: I bought a nice shirt for a date one night and ended up getting engaged! The next time I went back in and told them, they gave me discount on that days purchase.

My mom consigned her items here for years and always had the BEST experience! I recently went in to retrieve her items and finally understood why she visited every week! What a great place!

I spent five years in the middle east working in corporate management and I was never treated as poorly as I was today. I do not know if it was the two mint condition $250 cocktail dresses in one hand or the bag of designer clothes which included $1000 gucci shoes, or maybe it was the boutique designer clothes I was wearing, Or maybe it was the VCA on my right hand that made the shop attendant think I was a homeless person about to beg for money. The shop attendant cut off another customer just to rudely address my terrible, horrible, no good presence. I had patiently waited for the exchange between herself and the customer in the middle of asking her a question. Low and behold my unwanted presence with barely worn first hand items I wanted to inquire about selling was just too much for the attendant. I have no quarrels if the shop is not buying anything; however, the attendant was dead set on getting me out of the shop as soon as possible like a fking criminal just walked in. She was short in communication. I advise to go else where until the surgery to remove the stick is complete. I was excited to go into this place as the last two times I was at the mall it had been a Sunday and they were closed. I made a thirty minute drive to go to this place to not only look at selling but also to look at buying. If the shop attendant was plesant about them not purchasing anyting I would have actually looked. I spotted some amazing shoes at the door; however, when someone is that poorly mannered youre not getting my money. I walked in with Lipsy London, Pierre Cardin, BHWM and Gucci not H&M. I am absolutely livid at my experience at this establishment.
