This place is amazing! I got my first pairs of Chanel earrings. The owners were so nice and friendly. We even got to sip wine while I shopped. Will be back!

We tried to go here today. I’m pretty certain they weren’t interested in our business at all. He knew we were looking for his store and we were totally ignored by him and not let in. So I took the 3 teen daughters who were so excited to go there and spent those dollars elsewhere on our Nashville shopping trip. Certainly could have been a large sale for them. Oh well. We tried. The other shop owners and people at the estate sale were all perfectly lovely people.

They are expert stylists and will help you find only the most flattering pieces. Their consignment payout is very generous. I have never had any problems with receiving my proceeds or getting items that did not sell returned. The perfect spot for those of discerning taste.

The private label is a wonderful spot in the heart of green hills. They always have wonderful items to choose from. They make sure the items they take in are in stellar condition. And the owner, Beth is absolutely fabulous. She is one of the kindest people that I’ve ever met. The staff is very kind and very friendly as well. A great experience.

I found this little gem while on a girls trip to Nashville. The upstairs space is so unique and the owners are so much fun! I walked away with my new favorite Gucci bag and a few other great pieces. Beth and Jordan even helped me style some outfits, will definitely be back!

The selection of designer items is second to none, and the staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I have purchased a few pieces from them, and am in love with this place. I have been consigning and purchasing from The Private Label for a little over 2 years now. They are always meticulous and respectful with the inventory and extremely pleasant to work with! This summer I consigned a few high end items. I havent heard from the owner even though Ive left several messages. Long story short - Im taking them to small claims court for a few thousand dollars worth of items.

I just had the most amazing shopping experience in my entire life! We had both of the owners complete undivided attention and they are so amazing! They learned our style and what we like and put us in things We wanted to never take off! Two of The items That I took home with me, I wouldn’t had ever picked out to try on from seeing it on the hanger so that is something I really appreciated and a reason I will definitely be back and want to encourage everyone to check them out ! You are definitely missing out if you don’t! I was thinking in my head how ugly I though they were, then put it on and fell in love! Prices are great! Especially considering everything is if not in perfect condition, very close !

My mom consigned her bags here before her death last Spring - never received inventory list as promised nor any communication since then. Ive called so many times to retrieve my moms things, left messages but no response. Ive stopped by no less than 3 times. The store moved upstairs to a shanty 2nd floor room, but no one is ever there. I sure they stole my moms bags. If they had any heart they would not have done that.

Ive consigned here several times for a few years - this is the SECOND TIME MY CHECK BOUNCED. In addition to that, the last time Ive been in, there were three dogs there and noticed two piles of dog poo stuck to the floor! I wont be back - not even to collect the things Ive consigned or the check. BTW it costs me $30 each for bounced checks. Im beginning to wonder if this place is a fraud/front for something else...

They are not the most welcoming bunch, but I can look past that as they are trying to appear to be very high label store. After going in several times, I decided to consign some Tory Burch, Kate Spade and even a barely used $700 LK Bennett bag. After 6 months, I had not received any communication on the LK Bennett bag. So I went in to see if I could either pick up a check OR pick up the bag to sell elsewhere. After waiting a good 10 minutes to be helped (and there was 3 other customers in the store) I explained that I had a bag and wanted to check on the status. After standing at the counter for 10 minutes, I had already spotted the bag near the front window in a narrow, lit display case. I gave the older lady my name and she couldnt find me in the system. This was MORE than unnerving to hear after I had dropped off over $1000 of retail. I then pointed to the bag and said, I believe that is the bag Im referring to. Maybe you an look up the number in your system. She never looked up the number but simply put my bag in the protective case. I took it home and put it in my closet to figure out what to do at a later date. I decided to take the bag to a different upscale consignment store in Green Hills. After taking it, I was shown a BURN place in the handle of what had been a pristine $700 bag. Not only was I very upset, but now there is NO way for me to sell the bag with a BURN in the handle! I SHOULD have looked the bag over when I picked it up, but since The Private Label is so upscale I only ASSUMED that they would take care of a piece that had been consigned with them.Needless to say, go check out Designer Finds or My Sisters Closet. Not only will you be treated with respect and kindness, but they will not damage your pieces!

Love, love, love this shop!! I shop here regularly as the clothes change all the time and something is usually on sale. I have bought many pieces that garner compliments every time I wear them. Items such as my Chanel evening bag, Sam Edelman leopard print pumps, Louie Vuitton clutch, too many dresses to mention and gorgeous jewelry!Ladies, this is worth your time to stop by and see what they have - the staff are uber helpful and unpretentious and will give you honest opinions if you ask them. Its like shopping with friends. GO!
