Lakewood Baptist Church has been using The Print Shop for many years. Absolutely unacceptable service. I was in contact with Yvonne for several days about a new business card, and given how quickly I run out of them, this place was going to recieve my business quite often. I was given a quote and when I returned to place my order, discovered Yvonne was no longer working there, and the new gentlemen in her place had no idea of what I was asking for. Acting as if hed never even heard of me, or anything I had worked on with Yvonne. Im thoroughly disappointed in this company, and will NOT be returning for any reason. I do not recommend this place at all. What happened to Yvonne, she was so sweet and cared about every person individually. Unacceptable customer service. The owner was no where to be found, and apparently had the day off. The place is only open Monday through Friday, what does they need a day off for? Do you even care about your customers? If only I could figure out how to get in touch with Yvonne. I wish I could give this place zero stars, how on earth they got good reviews is beyond me.

Almost six years of employment, left quietly September 30. After two weeks, asked for my last check (7 hours) via email. Owner not responding. Im sure there will be lovely remarks.Update: Had somewhat of communication with the former boss. Received my last check. Good to go.

We took an idea to them and together we worked out a project unique to our office. One week later our idea had been created, proofed, printed and put to use - perfect! We couldnt be more happy!

Always nice, prompt, price effective, efficient and high quality. There is no reason to take my business anywhere else. This is a mom and pop shop and you get treated like youre family. Lamination while you wait! I called the larger corporate printing service (rhymes with inkos) found in cities all across the world and they cant meet The Print Shops service, price or turnaround. On my first visit to The Print Shop I saved %45 price-wise and got my order in 35 minutes. Inkos was going to take 3 days at the minimum. Im not sure if The Print Shop offers all of the services that inkos does but my experience with printing and lamination at The Print Shop has been excellent. Great people, fine product and an easy experience all the way around. Find out for yourself!

I love to shop local, but this place is ridiculous. Worked with the graphic designer before, in and out. But went in a couple weeks later, a man told me she was at lunch, got an older lady to come help me, but she couldnt scan documents, but the graphic designer would be back shortly. Is there only one person there who knows how to scan documents to a USB drive?! Hate going to them, but glad FedEx is right up the road.

Very friendly! They were able to scan an old set of blueprints from the 80s. I was turned away from another store for the same service. They returned the plans in better shape then when I received them. I strongly recommend them! Shop Local!!

I needed professional and experienced assistance with a printing project that i needed to get completed. I went on Google and requested a local print shopand The Print Shop Donelson TN came up. My project required a lot of color and advice on commercial material. The staff were very helpful and spent the time with me to explain the different types of printing that would work. They printed me several copies and showed me the difference between the copies and associated costs. I would recommend the print shop to anyone, i could not have gotten the same attention at one of the large chain stores. Their computers are outdated and can’t read standard hard drives and flash drives. Additionally there’s no signal inside the building so you can’t email them files either.Went in here with a .pdf on a flash drive, tried emailing it, etc and wasn’t able to get the job done. Very frustrating for such a simple task.

We have ordered here several times and the customer service is wonderful, however the quality is 50/50. You never know what youre going and they charge a premium price -plain stock color card is $86.00 for 500. They have no problem correcting their errors and reprinting, but if they could just get it right the first time it would save time and money. The quality control is just not there. We have had to have our cards reprinted on 2 different occasions. Office Depot off Murfreesboro pike had the same problems, but the costs were cheaper. Needless to say our company is finding another card printing shop.-Disappointed shopper
