Honest review, please read in full. We decided to go with NQG because we were sold on their customer service, Google reviews, and their open availability to do the installation of a special ordered marble stone. HOWEVER- we ended up having them UNINSTALL and take our stone away, for several reasons. The cut and install of the stone had mistake after mistake, too many mistakes for us to keep and be happy with, at $135/sqft. The template measurement of our cooktop was off center by and inch and a half to the left. The sink cutout came off center by 1/2inch. The faucet & soap dispener holes were not measured correctly from front to back, and were out of square. We had 5 different corners in our tiny kitchen, after specifically stating we wanted matching corners. Our brand new custom made cabinets had a door chewed up because the installer dropped the sink during install, which was eventually mounted out of square as well. We also ordered an eased edge and received an over sanded, rounded edge. Please see pictures of all of the above. I am giving 2 stars because the owner did refund our deposit, and offered to haul the stone away. The owner was very good at customer service, though the work on the template, cut and install was not satisfactory. We still have damage to our cabinet door, and a mystery scratch on the fridge which showed up the day of their install. It took 3 weeks from install day to come and remove the stone. We were super disappointed in the cut and quality of install of the countertop and are now without a kitchen for another 2 months because of this poor workmanship. Im not certain if we caught them off their game and our situation is unique, but I wanted to give an honest review of our experience.

I had originally gotten a quote from a different fabricator and was disappointed with the price and the customer service. I reached out to Kevin and he got me a quote within the next day. Susan gave me updates everyday until installation on what was going on, so I was never surprised. We even had a slight issue with the measurements of our appliances. She called me at 7oclock at night to assure me that it wasnt a big deal and that it would be taken care of. She had the installer out the next day to fix it! They truly went above and beyond to take care of us. I would recommend them and use them again!!

I surprised my wife with a quartz counter top in our laundry room. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the work that Nashville Quality Granite did for us. Susan and Kevin were fantastic in the showroom and helped me pick out a piece that looks really sharp! Kevin came out to cut the template and he was very easy to work with. The team just came today to install the piece and it looks amazing. I cant recommend these good folks enough. If youre looking for granite or quartz for your home or business, look no further. Great work by great people. 2nd time i have used them. Fist time they did great but it was a simple job and there was nowhere for them to wow me. Second job required a seam at the sink due to countertop dimensions. They did so well that I had the installers point it out to me. That alone was impressive enough to warrant this review. Kevin and Susan are a delight to work with. If you are looking for a laid back knowledgeable team this is your place. They helped us make the best decisions from the start all the way through installation. I also want to give major kudos to Carlos and his crew for a fast and painless install.

Nashville Quality Granite is great! Working with Susan and Daniel was a pleasure and we would gladly work with them again. I will note, we were not very happy with our initial installers, but having Daniel present for install makes all of the difference.We picked a slab with a lot of movement/lineation and they took the time to meet with us to make sure it was oriented the way we wanted with our kitchen layout. They listened to what we wanted and it was quickly apparent that they really know what they are doing! When we had a small issue with the install, Susan was extremely accommodating and she reassured us that everything would be done to make sure we were happy. She set up a time to come see the counter as soon as possible, and she also got another slab lined up immediately to make sure it was in the same lot as the original slabs. Again, they listened to what we wanted and took care of everything. They worked with us to find the best solution and their customer service was amazing. Customer satisfaction is clearly a top priority. In the end, the counters came out perfect. We love them. Everyone who comes to our house comments on how beautiful they are, which is really set off by how beautifully they are cut and matched. Daniel is an artist! He works with the stone and really cuts and matches it to perfection.

Love these guys! My husband originally decided to go with Nashville Quality Granite because Kevin was on time and very communicative when giving us an estimate. No other company we contacted was either of those things. When we went to choose our materials, the office staff was super friendly and helpful. Once we settled on a piece of quartz, they were able to cut it and install it in under a week! Great prices, friendly, prompt, and quality craftsmanship. Well be back in a few weeks when we start our bathroom remodel!

We had a great experience with Nashville Quality Granite. They by far were the most cost effective of any of the other companies in Nashville that we looked into using for our quartz kitchen countertops. Kevin and Susan were both super easy to work with and delivered on what they said. The planning process was painless and installation was quick as well. We will soon be remodeling 2 bathrooms and well definitely use them again!

I found this company through word of mouth. I had a need to update my kitchen quickly to prepare for sale. Kevin (owner) met with us and had us all set up in 1-2 days. We then selected colors and 7 days later the counters were installed! His team for measuring and installation were great. They offer granite, marble & quartz and I found their pricing to be comparable to others but for my urgent needs he easily was the best choice. To make it easier we visited a wholesale warehouse to select the slab from literally 500-1000 slabs. Granite pricing varies greatly and Kevin guided us to the right options for our budget and short lead time. My only wish would have been if they offered backsplash options (like tile) but they only do granite etc so he gave us recommendations for who to call for the tile work which saved us some money compared to granite backsplash. Give them a try!

The folks at Nashville quality granite were very professional from the office personnel to the installers. I will most definitely use them in the future. It is very hard to find great service and great prices together.

Horrible Horrible Liars... STAY AWAY.. .Broke my cabinets.. Installing the counter tops.. the Hispanic guy who was installing took glue and tried to glue the wood back together then took white out to try to cover the damage he did.. I was also having them do my fireplace the fire place granite they installed looked like a 3 year old cut it out.. They sent the same guy back to fix it.. He replaced the wood but didnt screw it back so the stationary door that doesnt open and close (its for looks) flops open and close. ITS STATIONARY.. They were suppose to come replace the granite and still havent come.. So today I see a transaction for the remaining balance coming out of my account & THEY STILL HAVENT REPLACED or FINISHED the JOB.. On top of that .. they original guy who installed it called me screaming because they are taking the granite out of his check because he messed it up so so bad.. Im telling you what.. these are the worst by far the worst people Ive ever dealt with.. Ive filed a complaint with my bank because I didnt not authorize them to charge my account.. Im filing a complaint with the states attorneys office.. Horrible Horrible people.. WATCH THEM..

What a great experience we had working with Nashville Quality Granite for our kitchen remodel. Susan Minzak was a pleasure to work with - she quickly responded to the many questions we had throughout the process. Everyone we worked with from NQG was professional and super nice. The installers did a great job, and really took a lot of pride in their work - it is true craftsmanship to measure a kitchen and then fabricate all the pre-cut pieces of countertop and have it all fit together perfectly at installation. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to install quartz, granite etc. in their home. It truly was a great experience from start to finish.

Told to go to Nashville Quality Granite by Craig Sanford (our contractor/neighbor) and so glad we went!! Found the right piece of granite and now its in our kitchen and looks beautiful!!! Kevin was great in explaining all and Scottie was awesome at installing and getting everything just right. Cutting for the stove top was loud and messy but oh so worth it!! And Scottie cleaned up after all was finished. Would definitely go back to NQG and the folks there!!!! Thanx NQG very much!!!

I had NQG trim my granite countertop in my home to accommodate a new cooktop. The technicians were thorough and knowledgable. We hit a few snags with the cabinet below and the size of the previous cutout, but they worked with me to get a positive result. The job took 3 times as long as they expected but they never lost patience with me or were anything less than professional. They cleaned up after themselves and left without a trace. I would definitely call them again! A+
