This company was great to work with. I ordered through Home Depot, but dealt with them for everything other than payment. They were always helpful, informative and so easy to deal with. I love my counter top! Great people, great product!

Beautiful countertop; expert installation. Very respectful and courteous crew. Fit is right and almost seamless; good caulking job where backsplash meets wall. Very pleased.

Horribly disappointed with both the end product and the customer service. We contracted new kitchen counters through Home Depot, and I specifically added a counter backsplash to my order (at a pretty hefty expense) so I would not also have to redo my tile backsplash. A templater came out from Stone World and did his job and assured me that the counters would meet up with my current tile backsplash. Not only did the end result leave a half inch or more gap after installation, but the installers put their tools on my glass cooktop that I explicitly moved out of the area, leaving a chip.I exchanged messages with Darcie (horrid woman), who said her men couldnt have damaged the cooktop since it was moved prior to install, and they wouldnt do anything about the large gap in the backsplash, I would just have to fill it with grout. Since a half inch of grout is going to look absolutely ludicrous, it looks like Ill be having to redo my tile after all. What a waste of time and money.

Stone world did my granite/quartz for all my bathrooms and soon to be my kitchen, so professional and timely .... no gaps ..... love my countertops !!!!

In less than 5 years my granite countertops are falling apart. For the money I paid I would have expected a decent quality. I had someone come take a look at it and he said this was badly done and will need to replace the whole thing.

The first experience with Stone World TN was great, like all the others have said. Efficient, kind, and timely work. They made the kitchen look great! The second experience was not the same. You hope that a company would reward a client for coming back to use them again...they have a minimum order that they will service and wanted to charge DOUBLE the price per square foot for the same granite as the first project as it was for a smaller space. I understand policies, but this was just disappointing.

The crew arrived two hours past the install window showed up at 7:30pm, which is an invasive time, when our window was 2-5. No one from the company called us to let us know this was happening. The company closes at 5 pm btw. When the crew finally arrives non of the countertops are measured correctly. One is too short to even make it to the end of the counter cabinet. We also paid an extra $300 for an oversized piece so we wouldn’t have a break in our counter tops. They crew shows up with two pieces instead. One 24” and the other 80”. The company required that you uninstall the sink, which we had paid a contract to do early that day, and remove all cabinet drawers. So now we’re stuck with a kitchen without a sink or countertops and no resolution in sight. It’s a complete disaster.The company refuses to fix the issue with the incorrect pieces and canceled our order the next day after they opened. So they spend less than 3 hours to find a solution before they canceled our order with Home Depot. They still haven’t notified us that our order was canceled. Home depot called to let us know. What a scam and now we have no kitchen in our home.

Ivan and Angle did a fantastic job installing our quartzes kitchen countertops! To top it off, there is a seam where 2 pieces meet up behind the sink, but they did such a good job blending the two together that you cant even notice the is a seam at all and it looks like one continues piece! Great job guys!

Darcy might actually be one of the rudest business supervisors I have ever encountered when it comes to customer service. My family had some work done from stoneworld installing new kitchen countertops, and when they were messing around with the water piping under the sink, they ended up removing/cutting the p-trap which caused hydrogen sulfide (otherwise known as sewer gas) to freely leak into my home. They didn’t say anything to me about it, and when the plumber arrived (from a different company) over 24 hours later she was floored! She said that this was inexcusable and could’ve potentially killed us if we didn’t know better to leave the home when we started to get a headache from the smell. When I called Darcy, really just trying to let her know that her employees shouldn’t be doing this, she gave me a “well what do you want me to do about it” speech. It was horrendous. She acted like I was making the whole thing up, like I went under my own sink and removed the piping. Not only did she very overtly blame me, but she also did not even kind of pretend to care. I would not give any business to anywhere she works.

Had a wonderful experience with Stoneworld! Went thru Home Depot & started with a different sub contractor & had a HORRIBLE experience. Told Home Depot I was done with them & we went with Stoneworld. I felt comfortable with them from day 1. They were kind & understanding & patient with me. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company!

I cant thank Lee and his team at Stone World enough for coming thru for my homeowners move-in needs in the midst of the tornado aftermath. They kept me informed, and hit the target installation date. Extremely efficient. Very professional. On time, courteous, considerate, clean. AMAZING!!! This was a team of three men who have obviously worked together as a team for quite some time. Javier, Antonio and I didnt get the other mans name but they worked very quickly and to my FULL SATISFACTION. They seriously went above and beyond to make sure I was elated with their work. I dont think I could have hand picked a more professional trio. Thank you so much for the privilege of letting you know these guys are the best!

I feel very bad that this company has been affected by the tornado-- but to leave me in the dark and lead me to believe I was being taken care of is unacceptable. Ive not had a working kitchen for almost two months-- Shame on you Stone World. They called after the tornado and said they were assessing the damage-- a week later they called and said my product was safe and would call back to set a date. A week later they call and say they are going to get to the most critical first and will call back. 10 days later I call them and all they will say is-- Call Lowes Pathetic company.

Stone World made picking out my new counter tops so easy! It took less than an hour to meet with Scott, review my options, pick out the exact piece of quartz and finalize the order. They were extremely prompt for the measurement appointment and for the install appointment. I was even able to reschedule my install appointment without any hassle. The counter tops are in now and I couldnt be happier!

My husband and I replaced countertops in two bathrooms and our kitchen. Stone World was absolutely fantastic. They are knowledgeable, professional and got the job done start-to-finish. Scott Walker is hands-down the most knowledgeable vendor Ive ever dealt with. He listens to his customers, sees the big picture and makes recommendations based on his experience. Our counters came out better than we imagined. The installation was on-time and professional. This may seem like a petty thing, but you know the gaps that are usually between the stove and cabinets - where food, medicine, etc. always manages to fall? Well, with this install, that will not be a problem again. They have a two-step installation process that starts with an appointment for measurements from which a template is drawn so the cut of your counters is precise. Dont trust retail chains for this type of work - trust the Stone World team. Youll be glad you did. I just wish I could upload pictures. Great company!

I had counter tops put in and I absoutely love them. The quality is great and the people were so wonderful to work with. Initially I had a rough start but I was going through another party. When I actually started dealing with Stone World they were the most professional and helpful people. The installers were wonderful and did a absoutely beautiful job and answered all my questions. They all rate high on my list. And I would recommend Stone World and their installers to anyone. Thank you for a beautiful kitchen.

So disappointed in Stone World! We contracted through Lowes for new countertops. The gentleman came out and measured for the countertops and said our measurements were correct and we were good to go. Stone World calls Lowes and says we need to redo our contract as they have to add 4 feet of granite, but they cannot and wont tell us where this four feet is going or missing from. They also want to add a hefty big slab charge, which Lowes has never heard of. Very disappointed in Stone World for being very unprofessional and trying to get more money by making up lies!

Stone World installed our quartz counter tops through our purchase with Home Depot. We had already purchased a prep sink that we wanted to use in our island. They pre-cut out the hole based on old sink dimensions from the same sink. Unfortunately when they came to install, the cut out was too big. They did buy us a new sink which now fits the cut out but now we have to try and sell the initial sink we purchased. My main complaint is that there were absolutely NO apologies from this company. An apology would have gone a long way with me. We could have made them take the entire slab back and remake us a new one but we saved them thousands of dollars by agreeing to just getting a different sink. Overall, the quartz is beautiful. Their customer service needs some improvement.

Ivan and Angel from Stone World did an excellent job installing our quartz countertop. Extremely polite, left no mess behind and it was obvious to see they had the utmost respect for our home. Would recommend them to anyone interested in countertops. This is second purchase from Stone World through Home Depot. We have one more project and we will definitely be using them again. Great Company with Great Employees who understand the meaning of customer service.

Had a bar area and bathroom installed. They had to come back and fix bar area due to defects. Big language barrier with installers. They sealed the area so much it dripped all over the floor and left it a complete mess. Called the store and all they gave was excuse after excuse. No one took ownership.

Many, many times I complain about lousing products used by the U. S. consumer cost more and doesnt last, you get the picture. Stone World is a rare exception. Contracted through Home Depot, they are an example of a great American product from start to finish. I will finish by saying the installers (Ivan and Angel) were the best. If you are a company trying to figure out what is wrong with your customer service then follow ivan and Angel-WOW.

Just had granite counters installed in my kitchen. What a great experience!! Lee, the salesperson personally helped me pick out the Delicatus granite that is perfect for my kitchen. He also facilitated scheduling the people to reconnect my sink and gas stove. I tried to do this project several times before and just got frustrated. Thankfully, I met Lee and the fantastic fabricators and installers at Stone World. To put things in perspective, I am a picky military lawyer with very high expectations and I am rarely happy with work performed in my home. However, Stone World was fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work, professional attitude at a good value.

We couldnt be more pleased with our new granite countertops from Stone World. All of the interactions with the company were professional and courteous. The installers (Housie & Antonio) were wonderful. Our kitchen and two bathrooms were quickly transformed into beautiful spaces.

We have worked with Stone World Tn Inc several times over the last 10 years and their service, quality of their products and prices are second to NONE! I have referred at least 20+ friends to Stone World in addition to using Stone World for our personal and investment homes, my husband uses Stone World as the preferred granite provider for all the homes and businesses that he builds and renovates. Not a single one of our clients have ever complained about the service or quality. Their prices are the best, as well! You truly will not find anyone better than Duan and his team. They also provide and install the granite to Home Depot and Lowes in this area, but it cost you more to go through the chains, so GO DIRECTLY to Stone World.The BEST!

The people who came to install the granite did a great job. Unfortunately, the guys who measured wouldnt listen to my preferences. They put the order in and had the slab cut several inched too short. After it was installed, I asked what we could do, since it was not what I wanted. They had me buy a whole slab - all because they decided how long my island should be. My advice: before the order goes in, make sure they show you what they measured. I never saw anything until the actual granite was installed and buy then it was too late. I had to pay several thousand dollars for something that I hate and cannot use in the manner it was intended.

Granite was not a clean cut, some areas had cracks looking lines, when I called asking for home visit to check it they ignored me for three weeks, when I emailed them again they emailed me back that that is normal in granite ! They did not try to stop and see my concerns !!

We used Stoneworld to put granite countertops in our kitchen & half bathroom. They did an excellent job. Very professional from start to finish. The sales manager, Scott Walker, knows more about granite than anyone I have even met. He was on top of things from the day we ordered the granite until the day it was installed. We are very pleased with our decision to use Stoneworld. We will be hiring them again to do our other two bathrooms.

Buyer beware. 2 chipped tops, plugs cut out wrong, stove opening off-center 1/4”.D- at best.

After paying for my granite, I couldnt get a hold of this company for weeks and had no information about where my granite was. Very unprofessional and regretting my choice to go with this company. Currently at the 6 week mark and still have no projected install date. STAY AWAY!

Twice Stone World has been out to my home. Once as an installer for Home Depot and once as an installer for Lowes. Both pre-install visits came back with differing additional work required before installation. When we ordered granite, our cabinets required additional support due due to the weight of the granite (overhangs are minimal and not the issue). The second visit resulted in a finding that the cabinets were not level. Yet in the CYA Silestone What To Expect document provided by Stone World it states “Out-of-level” cabinets cannot be determined until the existing countertops are removed. Yet they determined mine were. It is very hard to proceed with a company that says one thing and writes another.Mine is a small kitchen with two very small surfaces, one of which is hard to get too. If they cant do it or dont want the job, they could just say so.

Dont buy granite from Home Depot or their subcontractor Stoneworld. Cameron Lutz is the store manage of the 100 Oaks location. He has refused to help with the problem I have with Stoneworld. When I called Home Depot I was told I would have to deal with Stoneworld, even though I paid Home Depot. Home Depot does not take responsiblity for what Stoneworld does, and I was treated very badly by the people at Stoneworld. I dont recommend buying granite from either place.

I have never used this company, but when I saw one of their drivers drive up onto a median curb to cut off drivers wanting to turn, I will not ever use this company. It was reckless, dangerous and rude.
