Amazing Quality ! Everyone was very helpful from template to install. They had an amazing selection of stone. I’m in love with my countertops ! Will definitely be back when I get my island cabinet installed.

Throughout the entire process of renovating our new, old home, Amanda was crystal clear about the purchasing and installation process of getting new counters. I cannot recommend Southern Stone enough! I have no idea how the building industry works, and they made every single step easy and enjoyable. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable and the show room is stunning. They have so much to choose from and instal it so quickly. The one employee named Amanda was so helpful. Be sure to ask for her. She has the best eye for design too! The work is perfect and the follow up was so professional. The install team was over the top professional. I wish they would expand into other areas. Companies like this make home ownership enjoyable!! 10/10!

Southern Stone is top notch, best of the best in all of Tennessee. I highly recommend them! They make picking out countertops easy! They have their own inventory of BEAUTIFUL stone to look at. Nothing but the finest material whether it’s Granite Marble Quartz or Quartzite. The customer service is outstanding! The Quality of their work is the best in the state hands down! Only giving 2 stars as they did let us walk in and accommodated us even though we didnt have an appointment. In hindsight, I realize I shouldve made one. However, they never sent us a quote or communicated at all. Lost our business quickly.

Southern Stone came to the rescue when our old granite countertops cracked during a water leak repair. Their customer service was impeccable. Amanda and Seth went out of their way to work around our schedule and help us get new Fantasy Brown tops designed and installed in about 2 weeks (lightning speed for this type of project), and at a great price compared to what others were offering, so our kitchen repair could get back on track. I am so impressed with the quality of the stone and the installation, too. The design team really knew how to place the natural veining in the stone to maximize the look I was going for, and Jesus and his crew took such care in installing that the seam in my island is virtually imperceptible. I couldnt be happier with the results!

The installation of our granite and quartz kitchen counters went very smoothly. The quality of the work was superb. The removal of the old granite counters was especially difficult, but it was done without breaking any of the tile on the back splash. The seam in the quartz surface is nearly invisible. I would recommend SSS to anyone looking for a quality product at a competitive price.

Stay away, they dont want your business. Sales man said he can quote only two stones, when I asked why he couldnt give a reasonable explanation. They never emailed any estimate not even for two

Unhappy with the install. And fabrication really disappointed with them seams look bad 1/8 in gap will never use them agin. really unhappy. Worst job i ever seen in my life

Only rating 5 stars so more people see it. VERY upset with this company. When you spend over $1700 on countertops you expect some of the best service, which in this case we did NOT recieve. We live in Kentucky so we transported & installed our own countertops. Once we got to the store to pick them up it took almost 2 hours & they had lost parts of our backsplash and the sink cutout which they told us would be included in our price to use as a cutting board. Finally we got everything loaded up & installed at the house only to find that they did not even drill our sink holes & that the backsplash does not line up & hangs over the edge of the countertop. All issues we tried to resolve with the company. They gave us a number to call in order to have the holes drilled by another company, but when we called they don’t even do that service.I sent the lady who was helping us multiple messages & I still haven’t heard from them yet to make things right between us. So to wrap things up we was charged for labor, transportation, installation, drilling holes, and a backsplash that doesn’t even flow with the rest of the countertop. It’s been nearly a month since I made contact & still have had not heard back from this company. Very fast to take your money & screw you over but not at all in a hurry to make things right or even make some sort of a compromise.

To make a very long story short my experience with southern stone surfaces was a complete nightmare. It took 36 days, two appointments for measuring, three different installs due to mismeasuring, a week with my $300 sink left in the the bottom of a cabinet along with no countertops or running water, I had to install and uninstall faucets and plumbing 3 times, never a returned phone call and unanswered emails, and debiting my bank account, unauthorized, for the remaining balance weeks before the project was completed. It was only after I showed up at their office infuriated that an owner finally spoke with me, (for the one and only time through all of this). And lied right to my face. So my advice is to enter at your own risk or take your chance with their competitor one block down the street.

Great company with excellent customer service. I was blown away by all of the add-on things they did for free - i thought i was going to need to call a plumber to come in afterwards but Southern Stone Surfaces did all of it!The black marble countertop they installed in my kitchen is just absolutely beautiful! I cant wait to bring these guys back soon to do my bathroom countertop.
