The people who work here are all so kind and helpful. Its a fire hazard and really needs a better manager. Its unsafe. Someone could get hurt, fire, somebody could be in that store with the employees at closing and they would have a difficult time getting out. THEY NEED HELP!!

This is one of my favorite Dollar General stores. What makes it great is the employees. They are always friendly and helpful. Its like youve known them forever. The store is always clean and well stocked too. Thanks for the awesome service!

Its a friendly atmosphere and I can usually find whatever I went in the store to buy. Also,its very clean.

Employees are super friendly and they keep a good stock of products. They are the only DG in the area that doesnt carry cigarettes, but Im not a smoker so Im not effected.

Ive been going into the Dollar General for 4yrs NEVER ONCE had a problem until this rude and despicable employee treated me so unprofessional and act as if I had a disease. All I did was walk into the store and grabbed my items there were already 3 to 4 people in line they was tooking care of with no problem as he wore NO MASK or GLOVES but all of a sudden he puts gloves as if I have something. But why didnt he put his gloves on when was taking care of the customers before me. Plus he so rude he walked off without giving me my receipt. In which Dollar General can be fined for and I did contact the Better Business Bureau because I felt like it was rude, unprofessional, and sorry excuse for customer service when I havent done nothing to you. This was all around 3:20pm - 3:45pm

The manager at this store is the best. She goes out of her way to help you find items. Which is needed more often than not due to the sheer lack of organization at this store. I believe they are really shorthanded and cannot get all the inventory on the shelves in time. Even with that issue, its still a good DG location, with the friendliest staff. Would still rather go to this one, even with the few issues.

Seems to lack enough staff or efficient staff. Have had some staff members that are great and a couple that need to go out the door. Shelves are rarely stocked up and have the isle ways blocked. At times I usually have to go somewhere else. Busy store where stock is moving so quickly that possibly the staff just cant keep up with the turnover. Upper offices need to budget them more staff!

Quick in, quick out, products that dont weigh down your wallet. Great place for quickly needed products. Also is a VERY good place to buy greeting cards.

This is the worst Dollar General I’ve ever been into in my life it’s completely disgusting an organized dirty and the people that work here are so rude and very unhelpful. Don’t even bother with this place because you won’t find what you need and they won’t help you either

Very unorganized. Too many people shopping, not enough employees stocking or on the register. Line was very backed up. I literally had to wait a good 20 minutes to actually get through the line. Isles are very closed in and theres no room to get through with a shopping cart.

This is the worst dollar general I’ve ever been to they never keep there shelves stocked ever... they never have the items you want or need...you can go visit any other dollar general store and see how nice and organized it is..you would think by being in a prime location it would do better..

Dollar General is my go to store for almost everything.

I found a grill cover with a draw string. A gold heart and a white heart. The cashier was funny!!

Clerk was very nice but Store is too cluttered. I was looking for aluminum roast pans of various sizes & they were located in 3 separate places. If you dont live in area could easily miss this location.

Kind of messy. They only had one person working and he was stressed because of it. But DG is a reasonably priced place and reliable in terms of what you can get there. I like DG.

Store is always cluttered, We used to go there all the time, now I avoid it as much as possible, carts and stuff sitting around everywhere waiting to be put away.And its not just this store but any Dollar general I go to. Hope it gets better.

I went to get a drink for my wife then as I was checking out I see a Hersheys king size candy bar. It had a price tag of .85 cents it rang up for 1.35 I told the cashier and manager then got the regular size that was .85. But neither employee made any attempt to fix the problem or make it right but thats the Dollar General on Anderson for you nobody cares or wants to keep customers. I would only go there if you have to this place is terrible and they have never heard of customer service.

They have just about everything and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Although Dollar General is far from a dollar store, I still find their quality and pricing pretty fair, and their locations conveniently located.

It is ashamed to say that my neighborhood DG is such a cluttery and messy store. it has been that way for a long long time. The merchandise here are not put up in shelves. its all over the place. Usually it has been sitting on the floor for many weeks.Theres a only a couple of stores in our neighborhood the grocery store and DG.if you buying an item or 2 from this store expect to be in line for a long time. Some cashier that works in this DG is super slow. lots of time the cashier has to stop to verify the pricing of the merchandise. Well there is a new store coming up in the neighborhood hopefully it will be a lot organized than this DG.

This place is a complete mess. Everything is everywhere. Only getting 2 stars bc it has pretty much everything u could be looking for. If you see Pam at the cash register just walk out bc she is annoying and very pushy.

Id give this store no stars but it isnt an option. This has to be the run down store Ive ever seen. It was in total disarray! Floors are nasty. Merchandise scattered everywhere . Shelfs are not neatly stocked. Whoever maintains the store must keep there home in the same order the store was in, total mess!

Have been in this store several times over the years and its going downhill!! A week ago I had to dig behind some boxes to find the boxer briefs my boyfriend wanted. I bought 2 packs and bought the wrong size. Employee said Theres only 2 of us and weve just been busy and cant get stock out. Well I went back about a week after I bought them to exchange sizes and the same boxes were there plus more. Another employee said they cant keep employees and thats why the shelves were bare. Someone needs to get in there and whip this store into shape and fast.

Good place to shop

The employees are friendly, however the store is filthy. Starting from the parking area, trash is strewn all around. The walkway has old food or....something poured on it. The shelves are never well stocked. I do not like coming to this location and normally do not, but it was the closest.And be careful, there is normally someone just hanging around the parking area.

Your average, run of the mill Dollar General. Nothing special to say about it. They are always stocked with the essentials. Prices are fair and comparable to other nearby stores.
