At a new construction I needed to replace two windows due to city requirements, the ones on place were brand new, I spoke to Johnny the sales man and stated to him clearly that I planned to use the existing brand new windows at another property. Despite the clear requirement Pella Windows took two brand new windows from my house that they were never asked to remove, nor take, tried to reach out to managers for over a month. They said they dumped the windows and cannot even discount a dollar. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE experience, waited 3 months for the windows and I paid for people to go to my house and steal from me. Will report to the department of Commerce and the BBB.

Great place,and very nice people .

Tough little place to get in with a 53 trailer. They usually use the first 3 docks for large trucks. Mind the many employee cars parked in your way! The road in and out is kinda small but doable.
