Been waiting over a month for a trim package. Called to find out the status after being told 2 weeks then 3 weeks. The salesman pulls my order and shows the doors haven’t been built yet. He tells me he will check into and call me back which he never did. I have called multiple times and can’t reach anyone. If you have been down there to pick up an order you better plan on spending half your day there.

I went in with a couple pieces of trim off an old door to have them matched. Talked to the sales guy at the front desk and he could not have been less helpful. Short responses, total lack of customer service, and would only tell me they had it in stock after a while of being smug and rude. You saw the piece and knew what it was, why all the BS? I gave them an extra star for at least finally telling me it was brick moulding. Went somewhere else to buy it. I suggest you save yourself the hassle and do the same.

Had a single door I needed routed for a home studio. Called Winston and he told me exactly what and how I needed to measure. Got a routed door that fit existing hinge routing absolutely PERFECT! Saved hours of time and headache. Can not recommend enough!

Friendly guys, they get the stuff I need to deliver and do it in a timely fashion.

Nice people, small lot. Very fast for unloading. Theres no overnight parking, but you cwn park on the side of the road during business hours if someone one is ahead of you. A very pleasant customer to deliver to.

We just left this place and cancelled our order before leaving solely because of the lack of customer service!!! My husband had to beg one of the workers to help him load our truck because the trim pieces were 16’ long. There were three guys working(and I use that term loosely) that were just standing there smoking cigarettes and watching my husband try and load all this himself! They were cussing and mumbling saying I don’t get paid for this...We spent over $1600 in trim and ended up unloading all the trim and canceling our order on the spot. Lisa, the office gal ended up coming out and helping us unload. They were treating her very rudely as well.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ever doing business w this company. They are rude, lazy and it didn’t feel safe. I hate it for Lisa. She was great but needs to either find new employees or a new job.I would have given 0 stars if that had been an option!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They told me they would pick up the lumber I didn’t use and to give them a call to have it scheduled, so I sat on the lumber for several days. When I called to schedule to pick up, they said they don’t offer pick up. Instead of standing by what they told me, they were rude and argumentative. Don’t buy from theses guys unless you want horrible service and mediocre product.
