Terrible customer service with zero logical and critical thinking. Had an appointment at 1145. Checked in prior to time. 20 minutes past appointment no one bothered to let us know the delay. The store rep tried telling me an appointment is not a guaranteed time just a guarantee to be seen at some point, this makes no sense. Either way, do not recommend any business that treats customers like this…27 minutes past the appointment time we finally get seen.
I have been to this Apple store many times over the last 10 years and I have always had a good experience. Before my most recent experience today I was concerned because of all the bad reviews over the last several months. However my experience today was just as good as it has been over the last 10 years. I had an appointment and I did not have to wait at all. The two workers who assisted me were very nice polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location to anyone.
Last week I went to purchase a laptop, I really impressed by the people working there, as Apple has fantastic products also amazing representatives, special thanks for DEREK, he made my shopping there a nice journey, as he explained everything in a very clear way he also helped me to make my choice based on what I need as features of my device.It was my first visit, but it will not be the last.Thanks again Apple, and thanks again Mr. Derek.

I tried to be proactive and make an appointment online. I arrived to my appointment 30 min early. I get to the store and find out I made the wrong type of appointment. My fault. The employee at the store says it’s ok cause I can still see someone in 30 min. Cool. So a hour goes by and I see people being helped who came after me. I go to an employee on check on my place in line and he informs me I’ve been skipped. What’s interesting is when I arrived at the store and signed in the guy said “they will come find you”. Well apparently nobody bothered “looking” for me or even calling my name. Furthermore the employee doesn’t even offer to get me immediate assistance. He puts me back in line and tells me I have to continue to wait for someone to “find” me again! I asked for a Manager. Never got one. Silly me for thinking this store would have good customer service because it was in the mall. Next time I’ll go to Cool Springs.
Maria was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive to detail, patient, knowledgeable. I had a problem and the she solved it. Someone made a terrific hire and Jane was super.
Terrible experience at this store. I ordered online and paid in full for a new iPhone. I schedule my appointment to pickup and arrived on time only to be told I cant take the phone because my name is not on the account. I ordered the phone from my Apple login, my name is on the account with my carrier. I left the store, (who could not issue me a 1300.00 refund), and called customer service to try and get my refund. I went to my cell phone carriers store and was told in fact my name was on the account and the person at Apple was wrong. I should have been allowed to take the phone. I wont be going back to that store.
The wait was long but Cordel (I’m sorry if I spelled his name wrong) helped me unlock my iPhone and provided excellent customer service. Thank you so much for being a life saver 😊
This is one of the worst locations to even speak to people, this store spoils the hard work of apple does on its devices. I received a terrible customer service, the rep I was talking to walked away just like that while I was still explaining my problem. I was asking for a manager and he said it’s gonna be the same answer. His name is tanner. And the people who check you in at the door.. they are not gonna be greeting you with smile, it seems they want scare you away. Worst the most worst place ever.
Wouldnt replace a swollen battery in my 12 pro that was still under warranty, told me that the battery is attached to the glass panel on the back and because there was a crack (small one) I would have to just buy a new phone... Worse team ever. Ifix-Ubreak replaced the battery in front of me and the salesman from apple outright lied to me. Its not glued to anything.
A beautiful space and awesome learning area after the recent remodel. Definitely worth swinging in if you’re at the mall. Always a human to human experience in there. New products are cool, but people are the magic.I am often inspired by the passion/energy that the employees have. Everyday they have cool “Today at Apple” classes that you can drop in to.
Terrible wait time. Even tho you set appointment you still have to wait 30 mins or over. It’s like your at a doctors appointment. Just trying to replace a charger. SMH.
I was really disappointed with my experience yesterday.My battery was degraded to 62% and my phone was dying four or five times a day so I decided to buy a new battery because I’m not in the position to spend money on a new phone.I went to this Apple store so that they could change it out, waited an hour, only to be told they couldn’t do it because “my battery was glued down with something like super glue” and they said that they couldn’t get it out because of that. Because I had taken my phone into a local shop to get my charging port fixed a few months prior (I didn’t go to Apple because they were trying to charge me hundreds of dollars for it and I know how much the part actually costs — major inflation), I assumed that it happened there. I asked how much my phone would be worth as a trade in for a new phone and they told me my phone wouldn’t be worth anything since my battery was glued down and they couldn’t get it out. I was obviously upset by this news and decided to go back to the local shop that fixed my charging port to see if he could undo what he did with the glue, only to find out IT WASN’T GLUED AT ALL.The repair man at my local shop took it apart in front of me, showed me, and even let me touch it. The “glue” was just two little strips of double sided tape to keep the battery in place and the batter was extremely easy and effortless to take out. It also didn’t look like glue and the kicker is that Apple would have had to take out my battery to see it in the first place. Essentially, Apple lied to me about multiple things and it seems like the purpose was just to force me to buy a new phone. They could have easily changed my battery and the clearly had no trouble taking it out and putting it back.Not sure if this is an Apple thing or just this store, but this was a terrible experience.

What a great Apple store!! I’ve made appointments here and come in for several different reasons and always leave satisfied.. The staff here is friendly and helpful, and they always work hard to get you what you need.. They can definitely get busy so it’s always a good idea to book your appointment online..
The entire team was not only incredibly helpful, but incredibly patient. I had been having issues with my phone. They replaced it at no charge and worked with me for an hour after close to make sure that everything was loaded and functioning before I left. Thank you Green Hills Apple!!!
Was made to wear a mask witch is not aloud in Tennessee the home office for apple is in California can’t use two different state laws for one state apple store only uses text for communication and not people also no mask signs was in the window to say I need to wear a mask the security guard gave everyone the evil eye while checking to see if we all had mask on

Visited them about 4 years ago. Customer service was quite friendly, but they were unable to fix my newly-refurbished Mac without charging an exorbitant fee. As with most Apple Stores/Genius Bars, youll want to find a third-party retailer to get the best deal.
TJ was super professional and excelled in resolving problems while keeping the situation comedic. Very good individual and a much better experience than anything cool springs could offer. I always travel to green hills just for this reason. Apple is always about the experience and TJ lived up to it.

Such an awkward experience… I was talking to a store worker outside of the store and a random woman walked up and started asking questions, totally interrupting our conversation, and the security guard walked up to me and asked me if I could back up so that we could all have social distance. I had to explain to him that this crazy lady just cut into our conversation, and a security guard informed me that he also needs to check my temperature, as I’m standing outside of the store. After ordering a computer charger, I asked if I could browse accessories as I need some other items but I’m not sure exactly what I want to get yet… And I was told that I would essentially need to be babysat by a worker. What the heck, Apple?
No Mrg help. AirPods have to be sent off to be repaired. I guess the swap out program does not work. Really disappointing. Then the manager just happened to talk to me in the showroom randomly and said it’s out of their control. But they have overridden it in the past so either they changed their policy or someone needs more training. Either was that’s great feedback doesn’t make me feel any better for wasting my time.

The guy that attended to me today was rude. Ben as his name tag shows does not deserve to work with apple. he should be sack. He will spoilbusiness for apple. i left very sad and regretted why i came there at first.
The customer service rep was friendly and delivered my new iPad to me promptly. Having said that my experience picking up the iPad was not positive. I had to wait in a long ‘express check in’ line. Customers were confused and dissatisfied in line. Folks would ask to jump ahead or just walk up ahead of the line saying ‘I am just picking something up’ ‘I have an appointment’. There were two security guards there trying to keep things in order but they were not equipped and seemed more like ’bouncers’ at a club, turning people away without their appointment codes and at times getting confrontational with customers to the point where it was awkward. I had a really hard time hearing the Apple rep through the glass, not sure if her mic was on or what. I should add that I do not have hearing loss. I inquired about a cell phone case that I came to get replaced the week before at the genius bar and the rep had difficulty locating and spoke with a manager and told me that it should be ordered but couldn’t give details. I was not very convinced/satisfied. After all that I called my wife and said the Apple store is a hot mess. I never want to go back. I would prefer to order online and have delivered or go somewhere like Best Buy.

If youre one of those people who wears a mask while driving in your car by yourself I think youll appreciate the covid protocol here. Weird vibes. They hired a couple strip club bouncers to guard the doors. Cant just look at a couple phones, have to make an appointment and have someone follow you & look over your shoulder the entire time & the lady that assisted me was very weird. Like isolated housewife of 10 years who started working here bc she finally wanted to get out more weird. Not an experience I look forward to having again

Would give 0 if could, dont bother to come here, we had appointment, waited 45 minutes after, flagged down employee, told they would send someone, she came back 10 min later, was rude, could not answer any questions, we had planned 2 buy, which is why we made appointment, we walked out because of how we were treated
I always love visiting the Apple store. With everything happening with COVID-19 they have taken extra precautions to protect their employees and customers. All I had to do was schedule a time to come by and pick up my new iPhone and then show up. They were even able to help me pick out a phone case and screen protector. Big thanks to Lucus for the help and efficiency in getting everything I needed handled!

Had the absolute WORST customer service at this apple store. I have been a loyal IPhone and MacBook customer for almost 10 years now and havent had any issues until I came here. I turned my laptop in for servicing on my mac butterfly keyboard. My T and shift buttons tend to not work, which is a known problem for this specific MacBook; Apple even acknowledges it on their website, stating that they will fix it free of charge considering it is a product issue and not user issue. Flash to 02/22/2021 I drop off my MacBook for servicing (they said 24 hours) and two days later never receive a call or text saying its ready for pickup so I have to call them and wait on hold forever for them to tell me its ready. Finally, when i go to pick it up they tell me that they didnt do ANYTHING to fix the issue because my screen has some water damage (which btw happened after the keyboard started glitching out). Completely dissatisfied with Apple after this.
No reason whatsoever that they can’t have an option to remain open just for repairs and warranty issues. They’ve been closed for so long now and Apple has the absolute worst tech support when it’s not in person. If they’re not going to open up while people are working from home and need repairs more than ever, they probably shouldn’t open back up at all.

If I were the CEO of Apple, I’d use this store as my benchmark for excellence! From the time you enter the doors, til the time you leave, this store and its employees make you feel like you are a part of the Apple family. If you want to see something really cool, go to this store just before it opens and watch how they motivate each other prior to opening their doors. My Apple experience yesterday was met by Samuel. Not only did he guide me through my needs, but knew how to be relational in our interaction. I was SO impressed with this young man. A teammate told me that Samuel was the best...he was spot on! Love this store and its employees!!
Brent was super helpful getting me checked in and handing over my items. He even tipped me off to a program Apple has for small businesses, so that was some extra value.
Had my phone less than a year. No physical damage but it gave out just like the previous phone. iPhone’s have really turned out to be garbage now and so is the customer service. If I pay hundreds of dollars for a phone it should last longer than a year.

We buy only Apple products and only from this location. The associates are so friendly and they are very caring and will help you with anything you need. This Apple store is so modern and nice. I am looking forward to returning to this great store!
Ok so this is my first experience with this location. I should start out by saying that I love Apple products. I have an “i” everything and as someone who has tried the other side (android) extensively, I always find myself preferring Apple products for their simplicity and ease. Today I decided to go to this location and look at some new products. Upon arriving at the mall I spent about 10 min trying to find parking, and with no success I turned to the parking garage. To be fair I did find parking in the garage fairly quickly, however I should note two things of importance. The parking garage has a clearance bar upon entering that barely fits a standard f150. So if your vehicle is lifted you probably won’t get in without scratching your roof up. Second I found the walk to the mall from the parking garage to be long, with sections where you are forced to walk into the road, not ideal whatsoever if you have children.
Customer service needs to be better. Bought new power cord for iPhone 8. Originally purchased from this Apple store to ensure power cord was certified to work with iPhone. Power cord was from third-party vendor (Belkin) and it did not work (which is a different story) after trying it at home. Returned power cord to this same Apple store for refund and was immediately attended to by Apple associate upon entering the store which was great. Told Apple associate that I was interested in purchasing different power cord so he suggested I go over to the power cords and he would follow-up with me. Waited over 10 minutes and this Apple associate was never able to make it over to me while there were other Apple associates that were idle who did not come to my assistance or ask if I needed help. I recognized the initial Apple associate helping me got tied up with another customer, but. he looked in my direction tacitly acknowledging he knew I was still waiting, but, he did not send another Apple associate over to assist me. So, I eventually walked out of the Apple store leaving behind the merchandise and upon leaving one of the idle Apple associates politely told me to have a good evening. I realize Apple stores can get busy, but, they were not very busy at this time and me not purchasing a $30 power cord is not going to bankrupt Apple. Furthermore, I understand I could have been taken the initiative and flagged down an idle Apple associate for assistance, but, it is the principle of the situation. I simply got overlooked and ignored due to poor customer service basics by Apple associates in this store.
Came to Greenhills Mall just to find out I needed an appointment. Called to see about setting up the appointment. Just to find out that it would be 6 days before I could get the appointment. Although they had only 1 customer, and 5 windows for someone!! Sad that Apple Customer Service doesn’t CARE about their CUSTOMERS!!!I will soon be REPLACING ALL of my APPLE PRODUCTS!! Had appointment to get a replacement and the worker was rude and horrible did not want to replace item even though apple support was the one that send me there they were trying to charge me. Every time I go there they are very unprofessional.
This is one of the nicest night clubs (thats opened during the day) that Ive been to. Good music. Lots of cool devices to play with. Friendly staff. Comfortable modern furniture. I understand that they are even willing to sell some of the items there if you pony up. A mall is a weird location for a club, but maybe thats why they are open during the day.

Brought in a 13 month old iPhone X that was stuck in a boot loop. After looking over the phone for 15 minutes, the representative said there was an issue with the logic board and there was no fix and our only option was to buy a new phone. We took the same phone over to Simply Mac and it was up and running like new in 10 minutes for $30. Clearly support and service is not a priority at this Apple Store and the solution to small issues is to just sell a new phone.

Super crowded hard to get a customer service rep at times. They cannot control the crowd but can assure their incoming customers that someone will be right with them vs blowing them off. Always order to pick up works best
Fixed my old Apple computer and had great customer service although it was extremely busy. Long way from Clarksville but the professionals there make it worth the trip every time. Great service and great lessons on certain techniques with apple products for the kids.
After speaking with two different employees... that could not assist me, I asked for a Manager... they would not complete my return even when I was told to provide the email (and did) LUCKILY the Cool Springs location is taking great care of me without being rude or having attitude. Green Hills your are forgotten.

Amazing customer service! I switched to Mac a year ago and have been extremely happy with my laptop. I recently had some issues with my screen flickering so I took it to the Apple store in Green Hills mall. I wasn’t sure what to expect, if they’d be able to help me, or how expensive it would be to fix.Well, everything worked out amazingly! The staff were so nice, they worked quickly and they were very knowledgeable. Probably the best customer service I’ve received from any company.
Fast pickup of my online order. I was behind a screaming, profane, crazy lady and the staff was mostly unphased.

I am incredibly disappointed on the service I revived today. I landed in Nashville and lost my AirPods. I wanted to pop in and simply grab another pair. I had the most rude and difficult time asking a girl if they simply had them in Stock.I visit apple at least once a month and I have never been treated like this in Boston.

Really no pint in having appointment. You will wait, wait and wait. Lots of meandering sales people but apparently few technicians. Pretty much everyone with a Genius Bar appointment has 30+ minute wait.
Glad to see that Im not the only one whos got an issue with Apple right now. My family will not be upgrading to another Apple product in the future. We will continue to use the ones we have now until they are unusable (which probably wont be long), but we will be buying from other companies from now on. My husband bought a used phone online and we realized it was still connected to the previous owners iCloud account. After multiple visits to the Apple Store and being turned away because they cant do anything for us we have decided that we will no longer buy from Apple. We had a friend that had the same issue with HER OWN device, but simply forgot her password.. Apple rendered her device useless unless she could remember her credentials. I think this is an absolutely ridiculous security feature. I understand deterring people from stealing phones (MAYBE), but Apple should have a way of disabling this feature. At this point my husband is out the money and the phone is useless. We may be able to get back a small amount of the money spent on a trade in, or selling it to a third-party for the parts, which an Apple Rep suggested to us but we are pretty appalled that there was nothing that Apple could do for us.. Bye-bye Apple, we are not coming back!
I recently had an issue with my MacBook keyboard. I took it to Apple green hills. I was ready to be without laptop for a week, however surprisingly they replaced the keyboard in less than half a day. Lightning fast repair and great customer service. More importantly Apple completely covered the replacement cost. Will go back again if I have any issue.
I truly wish I could give this company zero stars!!After the 11 update the home button stopped working and now it’s somehow my problem and I have to pay for it. I have never once been treated like anything other than a hassle by apple. Can’t wait for my new google phone ✌🏼
I took my daughter there to buy a new iphone. Everything was going well with the customer service until we were directed to Samuel for help with our purchase. He flat out lied to me about the trade in value of her old phone, even though I had already looked up the value on the Apple website. Then when he scanned her phone the same amount showed ($200). He then tried to hide his scanning device and proceeded to punch buttons and said the most would be $50 (along with lots of other lies), but would not show me the screen. So I told him I didnt believe him because I saw the screen and walked out. My daughter was so upset I turned around and went back in the store. Another associate helped me and he told me the value was $200. He then had to get someone else to complete the sale and that person also scanned the phone and the value was $200. My daughter eventually left the store happy and the terrible experience turned into a more pleasant one on the second try. But something needs to be done about Samuel, his customer service skills are lacking, to say the least and when is flat out lying to customers ever a good idea? Especially when they call you out on it and you continue to lie and not try to be helpful. One would think he is putting the money in his own pocket!
The service was great. My MacBook Pro wouldnt turn on and they were able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes. The man that helped me was very kind and understanding and tried to help me find affordable options to replace/fix my laptop. I wish the pricing was better (obviously), but that isn’t the staff’s fault. This Apple store has never let me down.

What an awesome experience! Walked in without an appointment, I had issues with my company I-Pad not loading apps. I was introduced to Sammie and she went to work on my Pad with me. Sammie had to reset something and it finally worked. I was prepared to pay for her help but, it was free. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I love Apple Green Hills!

For a company that place customers experience as their priority, this store have put the company name to shame. I ordered a product from this store and received confirmation through email that said I can pick it up in store the same day. I drove 2 hours from where I live to this store and when I arrived they said that my order havent been processed yet. They probably didnt check the online order and sold the phone to customers that just show up at the store. Whoever is the manager of this store should be fired. This store is absolutely trash!
I was extremely happy with my whole experience at this apple location. After nearly a month of going back and forth with Verizon about a speaker issue with my nearly brand new phone,I decided the hour long drive to Apple would be worth it.The store was very busy at 10:45 am but I was promptly greeted and quickly helped, I also had my wild two year old with me so time was of the essence. They were quick to give my phone a diagnosis and offer me a brand new phone to replace my defective device. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and they were helpful polite and efficient. Im very pleased and will now know the hour long trip is well worth it.

It’s highly disconcerting to be told that your phone battery will be replaced in 1hr 30, and only to end up having to wait nearly 2 hours instead. When I arrived at the appropriate time to pick up my phone, I discovered that I wasn’t entered into to the system. Presumably, the work on my phone had not even begun. Completely lacking the ability to text or call anyone, I ended up missing an appointment and my entire evening’s plans were wrecked. Apple offered me no discount or compensation for this huge inconvenience.

Her name is Chelsey Vance and she not only solved my issues with my device but she juggled two other customers successfully! One of them had three phones for her to check out! My experience was excellent except for the exaggerated wait time... and even that, the week of Christmas, wasnt that bad. I arrived around 11:45, I had an appointment for 12:35, and left just after 1:00. I was seen by three customer service associates in this time, and left with a brand new phone because mine couldnt be fixed. Everyone was polite and courteous; it appeared as though they have excellent communication within their units.The store was immaculate and although there were so many warm bodies in there everything ran very efficiently and everyone seemed very pleased with their service.
Had to swap out an item purchased on tax free weekend and, even though there were hurdles with the swap, everyone that assisted with the swap was professional, kind, and fun. by taking care of me well once, they ensure I will return. thanks!
Even if my problem hadn’t have been resolved, I’d still have walked away with a smile. For the last two weeks I’ve been stressing out about my phone and not having one due to water damage when I went on a cruise. As soon as my wife and I stood in line, and this was on tax free weekend, we were shortly greeted with smiles and instructions of where to be to make sure we were properly served and organized.Upon entering the store, the associates were smiling, waving, conversing, and directing everyone to their designated areas with upbeat attitudes and refreshing vibes. I sat down and not three or four minutes later, I was approached by an associate by the name of Claudio. He was amazing!His demeanor was warm, he was friendly, and he was able to fix my problem without having me waiting around for hours. I was in and out, with a new phone, an explanation as to what happened to my old phone, and further instructions with the new phone in thirty minutes.I haven’t been to this store since 2009 because the last experience was terrible, but this experience today goes to show what a little time, proper training, and great attitudes can do! I’d definitely recommend this location, and don’t forget to ask for Claudio!
Bought a new iPhone 11. Charging cable doesn’t work out of the box. Told me it will be 35-45 min wait to exchange a brand new iPhone cable. Will not be back, and this is officially my last apple purchase.
We made an appointment and they got to us pretty quickly despite being very full and very busy, so thats a plus, however I was told I would be able to get a new phone that day, while talking with apple customer service over the phone, however this store turned me away saying I was out of my warranty. Fine, my phone simply wouldnt cut back on after being cut off, the diagnostic they ran said that the phone just would not be able to cut back on anymore. This phone is paid for completely and I wasnt willing to lose it, little did I know, and apparently little did the staff at this Apple store know, you can just reset the phone through iTunes. Google was ten times more helpful than the staff at this facility, who told me I would need a new device. Wasted time for sure.
Very disappointed with the Genius Bar service. Phone randomly stopped working and they said it was water damage and purposed I buy a new one. The lady helping was super nice but said the manager would not let her exchange it.We new it wasn’t water damage as the phone had never been submerged and it was water resistant and took it to another store to verify. They showed us how the phone has moisture indicators and that they were dry. They helped us get our exchanged as part of the warranty.
Dont waste your time at this place! I scheduled an appointment to have my screen fixed. After sitting there for an hour, I was told to come back the next day and expect the process to take an hour.
The new store is very attractive for sure. Not a retail guru, but have they perhaps out-thought themselves? Shouldnt/couldnt it be simpler and more efficient to pick up online orders and/or find a sales associate? The general chaos can be maddening.
Super fast checkout and attentive employees. walked in and out within 5 minutes with a new phone :)
Excellent customer service from beginning to end. Crystal was amazing and went above and beyond to take care of my issue. I set an appointment earlier in the day and despite the amount of people that we needing assistance they were prompt and punctual with me and I left completely satisfied and happy I went!
