This shop is a ‘hidden’ jewel, originally in Melrose. They carry a good selection of on the bolt fabrics and a lot of remnants at a great price. Also, an array of samples and books. Very knowledgeable staff. I tossed out what I was looking for and instead of me going from book to book, the staff pulled books that targeted what I was looking for and a bolt of fabric that I ended up purchasing.Very nice employees, unpretentious, seriously wanted to help me find what I was looking for.

*Do not sew. Don’t own a sewing machine* But I anxiously went in Fabric Gallery to find material for some curtains that would fit our kitchen. Measure • cut • hang • “that’s the plan”The selection/choices of material & the staff were above what I expected. They took their time, understood my idea, and pointed me in the direction of the color palettes/material thickness I was leaning towards.Two employees helped- one might of been a manager or owner. She gave step by step directions on making these w/out mistakes, and IT WORKED! 💅🏼The other employee helped narrow down my choices, stepped away (which I like), and gave me space to decide.Thank you for being open during phase 3 AND thank you for working with amateurs like me.

Popped by today for some welt cording and was astonished at all the full hide leather. Every color imaginable. A sweet Interior Designer helped me find everything I needed, right down to the right color thread for my current project. I can’t wait to go back and raid their remnant section.

BEST FABRIC STORE IN NASHVILLE!!! Ami was super kind and patient with me the moment I walked in. I needed to make a large-ish purchase and instead of fighting with me about price, they worked with me to get me the best price. I have been going from fabric shop to fabric shop in Nash looking for the right thing, and Fabric Gallery is it. I have no reason to ever go anywhere else.

This store is incredible. The staff is super nice. They have such a great selection of fabrics at such great prices. Their customer service, however, is what sets them apart. They go out of their way to make sure customers leave the store happy and satisfied with their purchases.

I had the worst experience at this store! BE AWARE OF THE AMOUNT OF THE FABRIC THEY CHARGE YOU FOR!!!! Please read to the end. Our dining chairs seats needed to be recovered, so I googled a fabric gallery near us and found this store. The lady who was at the front desk helped me to find the color I wanted and when I asked if the fabric I’d chosen would fade or crack, she said that it had a “ ten year guarantee”. So I took a sample with me to show it to my spouse and also emailed their upholstery to get a quote and sent them pictures with seat measurements to ask how much fabric was needed. I was told I’d receive the quote in 24/48 hours but they replied after a week! It turned out that their price was too high so we decided to only buy the fabric and get it done elsewhere. They had told me that we needed 4 yards . When I got there another lady was there who was not nice and said the fabric I had picked had “no guarantee” and if I wanted a guaranteed piece I had to pick a more expensive one! Although they had told me in the quote I asked her again how much she believed We’d need. She grabbed a calculator and said “4 yards”. I bought 4 yards and took my chairs and the fabric to another upholstery I’d been told was fair and professional. With one glance they said it was too much of fabric for six chair seats and gave me back almost half of it!! They fixed the chairs with one third the price the Fabric Gallery Upholstery had asked for !! I took the extra fabric to the store for a refund and they refused to give me a refund!! The same lady was there and pointed to a note behind her which said “No refund “. She couldnt care less. I told her that I had no idea about the measurements and they were supposed to know since IT IS THEIR JOB!! Finally I asked to talk to the manager and she said SHE would do it not me!!!! She talked on the phone and long story short they said they’d refund me for only one yard! I asked to have the extra fabric out of one yard since I had already paid for it and they were not going to refund me for it but they said they would keep it all!!!!!! They also said they were being nice to do so!!!!!! I am positive they are going to sell it to some one else! I do not recommend this store and its upholstery AT ALL!!
