If you need fabric for any project, this is the place to go! Extremely nice and helpful employees. She showed me all around the store to show me multiple options for what I needed. Helped me find exactly what I needed.

Love this store. HUGE variety and there was the sweetest young and fun lady who helped my friend and I find fabric for curtains on a set for an upcoming play. She was a hoot!!! Beautiful, talented and an excellent sales rep. It was a wonderful experience to be helped by someone who enjoyed their job and respected the customer.

This wonderful store has a plethora of fabrics! My salesperson, Randie, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as I searched for the perfect fabric. After a couple of choices on my part, she quickly figured out what I wanted and proceeded to find several other possibilities. I found exactly what I wanted at such a reasonable price!————————————————————————A couple of weeks ago my friend and I went back to The Fabric House, and our experience was totally different. We couldn’t find anyone to help us, and the employees sat behind the check-out area chatting. When an employee would help us, she would immediately go back to the area where most of the helpers were congregated. Then, we would have to wait again to get more fabric. I told my friend, “This is why The Fabric House received negative reviews.” We arrived right at the opening time, so there weren’t many other customers there. I love the fabric at this business, but I’m not sure if I would return or not if my decision was based solely on customer service.

If you need upholstery or drapery fabric, this is the place!

Just left this store with my daughter. We were not greeted when we walked in. Several older women stared us down but never once spoke to either of us. We walked through the whole store and found a few things we liked but never got asked if we needed help. I would have understood if they had been busy but they were not. Won’t be back and definitely do not recommend. If you hate your job maybe try to find another.

Honesty is a joke to them! The salesperson said yesterday that they could cut it into 9 pieces for me for free. Today, another salesperson said no, and can only sell me 1 piece! And called the previous salesperson on the spot to verify, She actually completely denied what she had promised me before, which was absurd. I have never met such a person who is not honest. If you are considering whether to buy fabrics there, consider other stores again.

Very helpful staff! Even when they didn’t quite have what I was looking for- which was not their fault, it is tricky finding Game of Thrones costume stuffs.I Loved the items I they did find for me however! I will happily come back in future.Thanks again ladies.

The best place EVER for custom go to fabrics. They really have absolutely everything, if they dont have it, they can get it. Which seldom happens because they absolutely have the biggest and best selection of fabric and materials in the middle Tennessee area!!! Simply amazing and mind blowing what they have!!! Top notch folks!!!!

Purchased 1.5 yards of faux silk fabric. (which ravels horribly) When I got home I realized it was cut short 2 inches and was uneven. When I called they were only willing to replace half of the fabric. I am totally disappointed with how this was handled. I have never had this type of experience or issue before. I usually get a generous cut, at least two inches. The other piece of fabric I purchased same day was 2 inches over the requested amount. Extremely disappointed!!!!

I was visiting New Orleans for a convention. Eating at Cracker Barrel, I saw the huge Fabric House billboard and came back the next day. It may not seem like much when you walk in, but fabric is everywhere! All colors, shades, tones, fabrics, textures, delicate to sturdy are represented. I got some great trims and pictures of the design for my next upholstery project. As soon as I find it.

Me out loud while walking the rows on rows on rows of fabric in this place: My only mistake was not coming here first!. Insanely massive selection, insanely friendly and patient staff, insanely fair pricing. Come here first.

Fabric and trim options are abundant. In stock items are reasonably priced.The employees are rude and intimidating. Ive been there several times. There are always many (8-12)employees on the floor at any given time. I havent interacted with a pleasant person yet. Its uncomfortable to the point that Ive considered calling to speak with the owner. I will not shop at Fabric House again.

This is a wonderful store for fabric and unique décor items. I always find what Im looking for and the staff is excellent. I highly recommend.
