Will never do business again with this company. Ordered much needed N95 masks for our healthcare workers in May. It has been over 4 months and we have not gotten our masks. We tried to cancel the order, however they would not allow this. Very disappointing. They dont even want to work with us. We spent $20k in masks and have nothing. Beware...dont do business with them.

Dont do PPE business with Advanced Safety! The sale staff & VP of sales know nothing about what they are selling nor will they find someone who does. You have to find the information yourself. The customer service doesnt provide ETA. Its been 12 weeks and I still dont have my order. The overall experience is AWFUL! If I could leave negative stars I would!

This business has a long history of excellent customer service and satisfaction and is able to provide a wide variety of items for your business. It is primarily run by the owners, a husband and wife team, who seek strong relationships with their customers and are often out visiting customers’ work places and assessing their needs. It is not a retail store, but rather a working warehouse for some of their stock items like gloves and glasses. On a side note, the owners strongly believe in giving back to the community and donate their time, talents and treasures to serve children who have been victims of abuse in middle Tennessee. If your business is looking for safety supplies for the first time or you’re considering a new supplier, call Dan and see what he can do for you.

The absolute best for my business. I’ve had a lot of safety supply guys and these people go out of their way to help you with speed of service and meeting expectations within the budget and needs. The owner will personally go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied on a daily basis. Very proactive too. I had a problem I was having within my business and ran it by Dan. He was able to come up with a solution that was going to benefit me and actually hurt him but didn’t mind doing it to take care of a client. It’s not often a supplier will look after you and not #1 priority of money. A great company that you can call the owner if there are problems or issues when bigger national companies would give you the run around. If you don’t know who he is you should if your buying supplies for your company.
