Absolute best place for ALL the made in TN products. I consistently use them for personal & professional gifts. Easy to order & pick-up & often have sales. Great staff too. They recently raised their shipping prices, which I dont love but Ill still use them. Will just try to do more pickup orders.

My love of this company- and the quality local products they offer- started in March when the world came to a standstill due to COVID. I could no longer go out to shop for the unique products I needed to go with a small gift I had for a friends birthday, so someone online recommended checking out Batch. I placed an order for delivery to my house and Im so glad I did! I was able to see for myself the beautiful packaging, handwritten note, and see/smell the products. It was enough hook to me! Weve ordered 5 or 6 times since.In addition to all of this, their customer service is wonderful. I received an email after our 2nd purchase thanking us for the repeat business (seriously, tell me another company who does this!). Even when an item Ive ordered is out of stock, which has happened a couple of times (hurray! theyre staying busy!), they very quickly send an email with a suggestion of a perfect alternative product.To recap: great products, quick shipping, awesome customer service, and strong customer appreciation- it doesnt get much better!

This is such a cool store! Unique to Nashville and carries products equally unique— anything from candles to dry rubs to baby clothes! It’s a bit pricey, but still worth a look around if you’re in the Farmers Market.

I love this place, so many great gift ideas in one place. Also my go to spot when I just dont know what to get for someone. Seems like I can always find something for the hardest gift. Then they whisk it away and wrap it beautifully or box it up and ship it for you, so easy. Ive also used their gift boxes many times for friends in California and Florida and they are always a big hit. A great way to introduce Nashville, TN to them! Highly recommend! I sent a Batch box as a thank you to some friends in Quebec and they were thrilled with it. They especially loved the Kickin Chicken White Sauce!! Amazing products and service! I received a BATCH box as a welcome gift at Loews Vanderbilt and have never forgotten their presentation and quality over two years later. I ordered a box for my husband for Christmas, and noticed that there was a lag in shipping. Sam with customer service assisted me immediately, and even upgraded my box! This company is TURNKEY--they responded personally, professionally and got our order turned out F.A.S.T.

It says that the store opens at 9. By 9:30 still was not open and saw what I assume are employees come into the space. I saw several customers pass and look in as well. At 9:30 while I was waiting someone looked at me like I was crazy as they ducked into the back so I left. Wish I could have spent some money locally.
