We visited the store while we were in Nashville and had a fine experience in person. However, my wife placed an online order and we have yet to receive so much as an order confirmation. After we placed the order the owner no longer responds to any form of contact. We were quickly charged for the item but, have yet to receive it or speak to anyone about the issue. Order at your own risk!

I LOVE this store. Was researching best gift stores in Nashville and this popped up. Everything was so cute and I feel like I got the real LOCAL experience! The staff were super helpful and friendly too. Will definitely be back to support them and their mission

Every time Im passing through Nashville, I make a point to stop here. So many great gifts that you cant find anywhere else. Such a lovely staff too. I love a shop where you get to chat with the owner and learn more about where the good are from. Highly recommend!!

I have been in Hey Rooster several times and have always had a wonderful experience. The employees and owner are so kind and helpful without being pushy. Its a great store.

We popped in and liked a print they had, but we didnt want to carry it around. I corresponded with the staff online who were very friendly and helpful, and sent us the print for $5. It arrived a couple of days later. Thanks Hey Rooster!

Such a lovely little shop! I stopped in for a Mothers Day gift, and there were dozens of options that she would have loved - handmade soaps, fragrant candles, unique jewelry, tea towels, interesting spices, clever greeting cards, baking mixes - tons of wonderful gifting options. Will return!

Very cute shop, but staff was extremely rude. I said I loved a book and told my friend Id add it to my book list to ask for for Christmas or Book Store day at the schools. The lady said I could buy it there. I saw on Amazon it was half the price and told her I wished I had that kind of money to just buy it. She said its not that much! And told me she hopes I feel bad about not supporting local business. Shocked I just walked out. I am glad I did not support your local business, with so many pleasant ones nearby.

Cute gifts, terrible customer service. Was not welcomed, encouraged a friend after 20 minutes to wrap it up, and that I was not shopping, just browsing, the woman said thats not how we keep the doors open (in a not funny way). Well not greeting people or engaging with them positively also doesnt help. Good luck little store.
