In my opinion, there are two separate criteria that are used when judging a business: the quality of their product and the quality of their customer service. Within customer service —it’s easy to give a business a good rating when things go right...but how does the business perform when there are problems?I’ll be honest. Despite my best efforts to avoid it, there was a problem. In fact, it was a problem that was frustrating at times. But Karen at Class Glass said she wanted me to be 100% satisfied. She went the extra mile...and another extra mile on top of that to back that up. She was always, ALWAYS personable and cheerful — from the time she surprised me with the promptness of her email reply to answer my first inquiry about her products until the last time I left her business after picking up my glass.I AM 100% satisfied with Class Glass product. It is exactly what I wanted. I am more than 100% satisfied with Karen’ s customer service. I have NEVER had the pleasure to witness that kind of exemplary dedication to make sure the customer was taken care of like Karen did at Class Glass.Highly, HIGHLY recommended. 10 stars!!

Logan at Class Glass did an AWESOME job fixing my broken cabinet insert. It was a hard-to-find piece, so I was referred to Class Glass, as they specialize in this type of thing. I contacted Logan and we arranged for me to come visit to check that their in-stock glass matched my existing inserts. It did, but Logan did not just cut me a new piece, he also took the time to replace the entire insert for me while I watched. Super friendly service, fast, and very affordable. Good service is so rare to find. Logan really made my day and saved me a ton of headaches trying to do it myself. Thank you!

We went to Class Glass for a side light frosting and to replace the top of our coffee table. Both times their service was friendly and helpful and their products are good value and quality. I would recommend this business to anyone.

I have a broken mirror on my wall, paid full price for it and the install, and the company wont return phone calls. The owner does not care about her customers and quality is not a priority. Stay away. If you do use them, I recommend for time and materials only, and dont put a full deposit down.
