I wanted an estimate for a job. Left messages every day with one of the owners for 8 days. The sales department never returned the call. Called the owner on the 8th day to inquire why they would not return a call. She said they were busy and probably best to go somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars I would. Nashville Glass installed a frameless shower door. The glass needed to be adjusted, and they came out while it was under warranty and fixed it. Their tech told me to just check the screws every few months. My first thought was why should I do that when I just paid thousands of dollars to them for this door!Fast forward a few months, and the same thing happened. They now tell me it will cost $175.00 just to come look at the door since it is no longer under warranty. I explained to them that it was under warranty the first time and they need to correct the issue. They then told me that there is no record of them doing the first repair, and I would need to pay the $175.00. This has gone on for months, and not once did they ever call me when they said they would. They never apologized, or showed any empathy that this had happened. It was the Customer is Always Wrong attitude!!! Horrible service!!!!!

Had an antique mirror shatter during the shipping process. Nashville Glass Co. did an excellent job finding a replacement mirror and installing it professionally. It may look even better than the original. Highly recommend them.

I travel to Nashville pretty often and I stopped in at Nashville Glass (recommended by a friend of mine) to request some custom glass pieces for table tops and dressers. I provided the design template to cut the glass after Frank had instructed me during a prior stop, on how to accurately capture the uneven surface edges on the dresser. A couple of the pieces required curved cuts (not straight edges) to match the dresser top design. Two other glass companies I had contacted prior to Nashville Glass didnt really want to deal with this small order and implied it would be very difficult to cut these custom pieces...I bought the custom cut pieces from Nashville Glass and Frank cautioned me regarding handling of these delicate pieces and packed them safely for the trip home.I was very pleased with the glass I received! Each piece fit like a glove on my tables and dressers! The edges were smooth and the glass was scratch-free as expected! I was impressed with Frank and Rosies knowledge of glass types and materials!Rosie is such a sweetheart, filled with that Southern kindness and desire to please!!My next purchase will likely be a set of the hinge-less Shower Doors (which I found out is a specialty of Nashville Glass) I saw in their showroom! They looked very nice!Ill be back!

Love Frank and the crew! We had 3 door openings into the same room that were all different sizes. Working with Frank we came up with etched glass doors and, where needed, clear panels. The focus was to create privacy and keep the natural light into the adjoining room. Perfect! The etched glass softens and magnifies at the same time. BEST of all the doors are perfectly balanced! Ive opened many interior glass doors and none have had the precision balance of these. Frank measured twice before finalizing the order. That is true service! Thank you Nashville Glass!

This is 2 years overdue. A few years ago we purchased a dining room set with a china cabinet, but all the glass shelves were broken. I reached out to Nashville Glass Co. and they said they could make some new ones. Not only were they so professional and kind, but their prices were very reasonable and they were patient when both my husband and I measured incorrectly! (Oops). They did a fabulous job. We will 100% be back if we have any other glass needs. Great company!

We decided to replace our 25 inch wide glass shower door which had gold trim with a new plain glass shower door with chrome handles and hinges. We first considered buying the door at Lowes and getting someone to install it. However, our door was slightlly out of square and I didnt want to take one a job I couldnt finish. So we looked on Next Door and found several favorable comments about Nashville Glass. The next time we went to Nashville we stopped in and asked about how much it would be. The price was no a lot more than the Lowes dood would ahve cost to buy and install and they explained that they would send someone out to laser measure the door and give us a quote. In a few days we got a call and the next day we got our measurement and quote. We were told the door would take 7 days to 10 days to prepare. About a week later we got a call and they came out the same day and installed the door in about an hour and took off the old door and cleaned up. The process could not have been better. We will definitely use them again.
