Absolutely thrilled with my new quartz countertops! They are gorgeous! The process was easy. The measuring was prompt and the installation exceeded my expectations! Frankie and Jose were such pleasant and fun installers and cleaned up well after their work. I couldnt be more pleased with the whole process and outcome!

Granite Empire should have 50 stars! These guys were GREAT to work with,very professional! My new granite countertops are beautiful & installation was top job,about five days turnaround. Cleanup was spot on! I would give them an A+++!

Granite Empire did a fantastic job, from the sales and picking of the stone to the measurement and templating of the kitchen. The installers showed up a day earlier then was scheduled and went great. They were even able to make some adjustments for me due to walls being out of square. Will definitely be using them for the next project.

If I could give 10 Stars I would ! Granite Empire of Nashville is fantastic! Asmik Craddock was my sales person there. She is very prompt and is always on top of her jobs. She will work very hard to meet your needs. I had a deadline I was trying to meet and she pulled all the strings to get my counter top installed asap for me. I am a designer and I send all my customers there. We do kitchens and baths and I could not be more pleased with their service and the installers are always polite and on time. I promise you can not go wrong with Granite Empire of Nashville.....ask for Asmik when you call !

Granite Empire is a perfect 10. I was lucky to have Asmik as my go to person. She went above and beyond to help me, including texting me back on weekends, nights, and even during her vacation! I had vague ideas, and Asmik looked, and looked, and looked to find my counter material. I cant thank her enough! The entire staff; scheduling, measuring, installing, were professional, kind, and extremely clean. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Granite Empire has a fabulous selection of products to choose from. They charge for only the sq ft needed. I talked to some other suppliers/fabricators that you have to buy the entire slab regardless of how much you need. The staffare very friendly. I worked with Burkhon and he was extremely patient and knew the inventory well. I changed my mind several times and went back and forth over the entire warehouse many times and he was cheerful through it all. He even took my phone calls after hours. Measurements were done promptly. Install was done in 6 days. All experiences were pleasant. My vanity tops are beautiful. I will use Granite Empire again.

John did a great job helping my pick out my granite counters. He has an eye for color and helped match my wall and cabinet colors to a tee. He was prompt to address questions and concerns. The installers were within the time range and cleaned up nicely. Thank you!

John English is the best!!!! He has now helped me with two different projects and I will not hesitate to use him again or refer him to anyone else. He helped me choose exactly what was needed to coordinate with all of my decor. He has an eye for color and knows exactly what will work with your space. We had a very hard time finding somewhere even willing to make a bath vanity top for a small space due to minimum requirements, but we would have saved so much time starting here first. Besides not having a minimum sq ft, they had a big warehouse of selection, beat everyone’s turn around time by weeks, by far had the best customer service, and were actually early for appointments which is rare. Keith was really patient and available for questions, and clearly knows his stuff. We are THRILLED with how it turned out! Definitely our first call for the next project!

Due to a complete failure in communication, this company has cost me nearly 2 weeks with a demolished kitchen. At first, they seemed great, until they got my deposit. Then the 5 day turnaround time that they have plastered outside their building has become almost a month so far. Our first salesperson we were told was terminated, so we were passed onto the next person. Measurements were done in a timely manner, however we were not told that a construction project was needed until they demod our kitchen. I was told today that this could have been easily recognized prior to install, and I could have rectified the issue prior to install date. Instead, even after receiving pictures from me well before install voicing concerns about the project space, I wasn’t made aware until my kitchen was already destroyed. No one ever came out and told me what would be needed to complete my project, as management didn’t feel it was of concern to send someone out to oversee the install. So $800 later, today someone comes out to measure to finally get our install completed, and I’m told that the addition to our island is not sufficient. The company has not taken responsibility for their lack of communication nor poor handling of the situation, instead placing blame on us for our lack of understanding of what they require for installation of their product. Unless you are a licensed contractor with years of electric and carpentry experience, beware of this company.

She was also very patient with me in trying to decide on the perfect countertops for our new kitchen.They have a huge selection of stones to choose from. The turn around time for measuring and installation was quick, and the installers were fast, clean, and professional.Highly recommended.
