Prices too high. Most of the cashiers are always playing games on their phones. Never pay attention to the customers. While to c.c. machine is processing our card they are playing on their phones. Horrible customer service.

You have to watch them my husband had to take some meat back that was spoil. Also it is a cashier that has been there w while that has the worst attitude i have ever seen for customer service i have live close to h g hill for 20 years she has never spoke to me to say hello it does not cost to speak to anyone. A good clean neighborhood store. Good prices on meats, but the other grocery items are a bit more pricey than those of the bigger chain grocery stores.

I always have a good experience at HG hills food store I go there quite frequently they have everything I want its clean the cashiers are all nice and kind they even carry my groceries out and put them in the car for me very good I rate this at least four stars thanks .

It just dawned on me that I have never had to self check-out! I love the convenience, and the fact that it is only two blocks away! They have some items that Kroeger doesnt stock, that I need, and the prices are sometimes higher and sometimes lower, then the other grocery stores!

Best 5 pick meat in town meat department is always fresh and well stocked

I drive all the way across town to get my Jakes sausaage there. They are the nicest, most accomidating grocery store in town!

Went to Hills at 7am to get mine and my elderly father our essentials. Everthing neat and orderly. Customers obeying all the distance commands. Had everthing needed including toilet paper and paper towels. Thank you for the 1 limit each! A big thank you to all of their staff for being there for us and continuing to carry such remarkable attitudes during these times. So grateful for my H G Hills Store!

I love going to HG Hills. It is convenient, never overcrowded, and the customer service is ALWAYS top notch. I know where everything I need is located. Drawbacks are: not huge selections and the costs are a little higher than the big chain stores. But worth these small things for all of the pluses!!

This location is close, my specity items. It is well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpfull.

Their meat prices are great, bur not so much the produce. Some of the produce, like blueberries and peaches, never seem to ripen and remain tastless. Watch the exp. Dates, too. Expired stuff, like drinks, can sometimes sit out on the shelf past their sell by date.

Best place in Nashville to buy smoked meats (local country ham, smoked neckbones, local country bacon, spiced round, etc). Also has the best selection of greens I have ever seen in a grocery store (turnip, collards, kale, and mustard greens). If your looking to find that soul food you cant buy at chain stores and dont mind the neighborhood check it out.

Dead flies laying all on the meats,meat wasnt wrap good, blood and water was running out of the packages,holes was punched in some of the packaged meats
