I enjoy the cleanliness of the overall store and the quality of the store brands. A couple of items I WILL NEVER buy a second time. But for the most part, this location remains a great place to shop.

I love buying in bulk so I dont have to make many trips to the grocery store.

I went for 8-10 oz water bottles but they only had 16-20 oz and gallons.I did get some groceries though. Store was clean and staff was helpful and friendly.

The Clarksville Pike location is not letting customers use the bathroom. I think thats Very unpleasant. If youre going in to spend your money. You should be able to use it. I was told its not open to the public. I was shopping.

Basic needs shopping. Meat quality could be better, but you get what you get in certain areas if the city.

Aldi is a way better option than this store.

This store is clean and well stocked. My cashier was so warm and friendly. Her alone is a reason to return to the store.

It’s very convenient and close and nice to have as an alternative to Kroger which is always crowded. The produce is always fresh and they have great deals on meat, especially pork!

I shop at the clarksville pk store in nashville tn and the store is always nice and clean stocked well 99% of the time but my only complaint is during the first days of the month if at all possible please have more registers open because that is the busiest time of the month and for a person who only has one or two items that have to wait for 30 min to check out is frustrating! If I may suggest for that time of the month have a 10 items or less line otherwise I love to shop there. The meat is price well and it is very good looking meat! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

I came in to this particular Save A lot they didnt have the items that I was looking for. They didnt have very many employees around so I could ask questions about the products being available. I get up to the register and i greet the cashier very nicely and i asked how she was doing and her response was hey...Not Im doing great my day is going well how about yours it was hey in which i thought was very rude and her customer service skills were horrible. This young lady had a patch over her eye. I dont think i will be going back to that store. One bad employee can make the whole store look bad.

This place has good meat bargains. However, management seems to never be available, when needed.When I revisited Save-a-Lot today. I was deeply saddened to see a TN Lottery Machine inside the store. So Rebecca Hargrove, President of TN Lottery, you must be insensitive to our community and insensitive to the patrons who frequent Save-a-Lot with Government food stampsRebecca Hargrove, are you going to ensure the parents who are putting their hard earned money into your lottery machines, their students will receive the College Scholarships money? If your answer is, NO, then Rebecca, you must REMOVE THE LOTTERY MACHINE ASAP.Gambling is addictive, especially if you win once or twice. Take out the machine, Rebecca Hargrove, President of TN Lottery, at Save-a-Lot on Clarsksville Hwy. or get ready to be responsible for those parents who will use their last dollar in the machine.These parents might risk losing their homes, cars, and even their jobs or perhaps losing their children to get that next scratch off ticket.Rebecca, will you live with that? Produce is really very good and of good quality, staff friendly and helpful, parking lot at this location is roomy. Right now theyre changing some things around in the store, so its in a bit of disarray but you can still easily find products youre looking for. Prices are acceptable and often lower than larger chain grocery stores.

While in checkout at the Clarksville Hwy store two employees got into a big argument Yelling and screaming at each other. Very rude to conduct themselves in that manner.

Staff turn over is very high!!! Store resets too frequent. I can never find what i need and some of the staff is rude. There are a few cashiers that are extremely sweet. If they ever left this store i would shop else where.

Wiger approached me when I walked to the store at 9:50Pm and google said they close at 10pm.. she did her low class project hand juster saying we closed.. we closed... I would fire her sorry White trash right away.

Bad I was sitting in line waiting on in the back my stuff she told the lady behind us to come on around didnt even tell us you hit the bag your own baggage or the bags cost $0.03 she waited till we get the bag and its a you know that cost $0.03 common sense you would have told somebody about this I will never be back

Some of the cashiers are rude and act like they dont want to wait on you. They dont smile and would rather talk to one another and gossip. about the customers. I feel like a prisoner in jail especially when the security guards are always watching to see if you are going to pay for your items or walk out the door without paying. This is the only save a lot that does that. The store may be located in a lower income neighborhood but everybody that comes in the store is not there to steal. Some of have money to pay for what we want.

Good place to get some meat but if u dont want to pay for bags dont shop here because there bagging system is like aldis

I’ve been coming to this Save a lot for years the customer service has gotten so poor. I’m standing in line 20 minutes for one box of white castles w/only 2 ppl in front of me. Another worker stated that he will be opening lane 2, walks off no where in site for 5 minutes(yes l COUNTED) l decided to count 60 more seconds until I’d walk off...and what do you know another minute he didn’t even hit the corner 🤦🏾‍♀️. The fact that I’ve been blind to the lack of appriciating CUSTOMERS TIME . Get a new crew there’s no reason you should have one of your slowest ppl on the floor with only one lane open.

This is the 2nd time in a week tbis store has been closed by 930 PM. After leaving work, I head here and the employees have locked up the store 40 minutes early and wouldnt even come tell me why I couldnt get in as I stood at the locked glass door. They have no customer service skills so I had to wait for the security guard to come to the door and ask. He says they didnt have cashiers but 2 people are here as usual. This is frustrating after a long day at work.
