He is ALWAYS attentive and responds quickly and with concise information, making sure that we get what we need to perform our work. Ken IS our equipment representative and, as long as he is with United, we will continue to use United Rentals for our equipment rental needs.

Scissor lift worked well except for the steering switch on the joy-stick. I could not steer and drive at the same time.

Reserving the equipment was a good experience and towers were delivered at the agreed upon time but only one worked as expected. The other one worked for 1 hour and we were not able to restart it.
