Pretty rough experience here today. Cashier showed zero desire or ability to help. I called in earlier and was told that they had what I was looking for, when I got here after a 40 mile drive... a different story.Even the person at the desk behind the cashier made zero attempt to help. Bummer, since this place used to be my go to for my business.

Friendly staff. Parts needed came in fast!

I bought some washers and bolts. When I went to return them they said “opened packages” can’t be returned. Then, when they saw it was small bags instead of a large order they said they’ll refund it. Every-time I talk to one of the reps they sound like they don’t care or just woke up. Oh, because they don’t have to do a lot of work, they agreed to refund the washers. But a re-stocking fee applies. I’ve never dealt with a supplier where if I buy a part but don’t install it I can’t return it!They pick and choose which clientele and demographic they service.This is not the first time I’ve dealt with your terrible and shady practices. One time I came to order bolts, and the rep took 30min to go get some metric bolts and washers.I’m taking my money elsewhere! Somewhere where clients are cared about, and genuinely shown attention. This place reeks of shady business and terrible customer service. If I could rate you -100 I would. I hope you never ever profit for the next 10 years. Stay away people and businesses. FRAUD!

Friendly staff, and carry many items Ive had trouble finding elsewhere. Have special ordered hard to find items with ease. Prices could be more competitive with online vendors but great to have the option locally.

Fastenal is the place to find that part you cant find anywhere else locally. The prices tend to reflect that as well though. But to have them locally, and being able to just buy one or two parts vs a whole box/set, its a great convience and typically worth the extra cost imo.

I stood at the counter and waited for 5 minutes for someone to help me while the lady in the office watched me and talked to another employee. I guess my business was not important to them. I left and will do my business elsewhere.

Was told by rep Josh he had what I needed in stock when I drove over to get it he says its on the back wall go see if its back there, cant find it and he was no help,

Prices are 5x more than other distributors. Watch out.
