You guys could get more stars by delivering on time and sending capable equipment. The rock breaker you sent us (late) was totally rounded off and not sharp at all. It was just punching the bedrock rather than breaking it. I guess it’s to your benefit if it takes longer to do my job but it’s also harder on your machines to use it like that. Screwed up our schedule and made things difficult for no good reason.
