While visiting here from Boston, my electric wheelchair had some major issues, and they were both understanding and compassionate of my needs and were able to address them right away. They went way far and beyond to help me. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

Terrible company. My daughters activity chair has been delayed 2x from coming to her and her being able to use it. Then they call today and delay it another 2 weeks. Im so sick of this company. Its unreal.

BEWARE of this company! When they sell you a power chair, they dont tell you its a rental and you may owe more than your co-pay. I paid the 20% copay they asked for, and assumed the insurance company paid the other 80%. The chair is mine, its in my home and the deal is completed. Period.Now they claim theyre not getting the full rental fee and they want me to pay more! Not going to happen. I paid what was agreed upon, which is in writing. Then a year later they want more money???!!!???Nope. I feed their statements to my hungry shredder. DO NOT do business with these scammers!

Chet is fantastic! When I initially received the chair and there multiple really big issues with it. It was simply not going to work. When I raised these concerns, Chet was on top of it. We basically started over from scratch so that I could get exactly what I needed. I am definitely happy with the service and the finalized chair.
