Megan and Matt have been amazingly helpful to my family. My mom has to say odd colostomy is an understatement. They have been so patient, helpful, and kind to help. Everyone I have interacted with has been nothing but kind. I can not imagine going through this journey without their guidance amd kindness.

Customer service was horrible when I went to pick up my items that were prepaid for. A woman putting lipstick on just looked at me when I stood at the counter not being acknowledged by anyone else. Their prices are a ripoff! Buy on Amazon. Williams price was 3.5 times the amount of Amazon. Definitely won’t recommend this place or shop here again!

While traveling to Nashville I realized I had left my C Pap at home. I quickly searched rentals I. Nashville and this place showed up. I had my Dr email me my prescription and forwarded it to Bob while we were about an hour away.They were great. I walked in and they had everything set up to go already. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.They made my stay more comfortable.Thank You!!

I went to this business on 5/14/2021 to rent a knee walker and returned it on 5/17/2021 at which time I encountered a gentleman who told me that the lady who did refunds wouldnt be in until Tuesday at which time I had concerns and he said she would call me. So I called. Today on 5/20/2021 to find out why I hadnt received a call and this unprofessional lady was so rude and wouldnt allow me to speak with anyone over her. I was told that I will get my money whenever the lady whose husband is the owner gets ready to send it. I will never use them again and I will tell my friends and family not to either.

I forgot my CPAP when traveling out of town. Bob Brake with Williams Medical Supply was very helpful in providing me a rental CPAP while visiting Nashville. They really came though and I was able to get a few good night sleeps.

Bob and Staff are friendly and helpful. They accidently sent CPAP supplies to wrong address and immediately corrected shipped next day. Great customer service.

Most people dont just walk in with a prescription and roll out with a wheelchairThat is what the clerk said to me over the phone when I called about a prescription for a wheelchair. I got into an accident while on vacation and tore my ACL. The guy on the phone was so rude it was shocking and kept asking me what the extent of my injuries were. Wouldnt run my prescription through my insurance and sell me a wheelchair because Im an out of state resident even though they are in network. They said I could rent one for 20 dollars a day but would have to leave it at the hotel when I fly back and couldnt take it to the airport with me.I went ahead and rented the wheelchair since I had no choice. The african american guy who rang me up was very unhelpful. Im crying/struggling with my bags since I had to switch hotels and he couldnt even open the door for me. THIS STORE SELLS MEDICAL SUPPLIES YET THEY ARE SO UNHELPFUL!!!!I plan on filing a complaint with the ADA and HIPAA once I return home..Look out for that notification Williams.

The people here are absolutely in no way interested in helping anyone. They tell lies to cover their own incompetence.

My recent order for supplies has not gone as well as in the past. I had tried to contact Williams Medical a few time with no response. After posting a review, the Company reached out to me very quickly and helped to resolve any issues quickly. Wish it hadnt come to this. For the most part, I find them to be an honorable supplier and will likely continue to use them in the future.

Wife went in to buy a $30 part. Respiratory Therapist refused to help her. The sales guy tried convincing my wife to buy a $90 part. She told him countless times that she knew what she needed and he was set on selling her something more expensive that she didnt need. She finally just left because there arent many other options around

Theyre one of the only DME open on Saturdays but dont expect to get supplies (that arent out on the sales floor) on Saturday unless you take the time to place an order during the week. Walk-ins are unable to get consumable items (even if you know exactly what you need) on Saturday because their specialists arent there. I suppose those of us who work regular business hours during the week are SOL and have to resort to mail order/online.Response:Seeing as how I got replacement tubing and a cushion on Amazon, I highly doubt someone needs to be licensed to sell those items.

I have been dealing with this company for about 5 years. I first met Julie Blake who is such a sweet person. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ken Cotton who is very nice too. They are very patient, knowledgeable, and professional which makes you feel so comfortable. They strive in giving good customer service. I highly recommend this company!

My family and i have been working with williams medical for about 20 years. my son (23) is wheelchair bound and has incontinence issues. We have always loved our interactions with the staff at Williams esp Nick. Nick goes above and beyond to help us with all the needs we have had as not only his parents and helping him medically, but with our own medical needs as well. We have had times we have been forced by insurance to order things from other places but we always fight to come back to Nick and Williams medical. The amount of choices of medical equipment is above par and most items are easily bought right in store!! such a great place to do business! i hope to be doing business with them for a long time!!! i have never had such flexible and capable people to work with as the crew at Williams!

I will give Williams Medical Supply a five star rating because of salesman Nick Watkins.He did greet me while he was working with a lady trying to purchase a walker. He was so nice and really took the time to answer all of her questions and did so with a smile. I was again greeted by another nice gentleman but then directed towards a lady in the office but she was not able to answer my questions. I was only interested in receiving some information on certain products so I could make an informed choice. I almost left but Nick asked if he could help and did. While some of the choices were not ideal Nick did help me make a selection and offered advice on something else to try at home and it worked. Thank you for taking the time to appreciate your customers and doing so with a great attitude. I will be back. Ask for Nick...he is an asset to the company.

We found out we needed to get a knee immobilizer, but our Dr wasnt able to direct us anywhere helpful that actually had one for us to purchase. We stumbled upon Williams Medial Supply by calling options near us. After a few dead ends, we reached Nick at Williams Medical Supply. He worked super quickly to get what we needed so that we could get my child back to school in a timely manner. He made a stressful day much easier to navigate and the experience was really smooth. This will always be my first call for medical supplies from now on!

I was visiting Nashville from New Jersey for a few days and discovered that I had left a critical part of my CPAP humidifier at home. Not only was Williams open on a Saturday but they had what I needed in stock. I had a great conversation with a very friendly group of people behind the counter and left there feeling very satisfied with their excellent customer service.

I called five days ago to ask about an appointment for a CPAC mask fitting. I have called two additional times and was told they are busy and some one will call in the order of their phone messages in that department. Crickets

I love Williams Medical! They have provided our medical supply needs for several years. I recently had shoulder surgery and Ronnie and his helper had me set up with a bed just as soon as I got home from the hospital and when it was time to move back to the big bed they had everything boxed up and moved out leaving everything just as it was. They are such nice people. My aging mother moved in with us year ago and Williams Medical supplied us with a lot of information and supplies to help us keep her safe and comfortable. My husband and I went here because they were on my list of providers for wheelchairs. My husband had talk to someone about getting a ultra light wheelchair and they said no problem. Well, its a problem. They did not want to order or deal with me. Keep showing me the same wheelchair i was in saying its lightweight. We even talked to the owner there. He was very rude, and threw us out. I do not recommend anyone to go there ever. Go to Medical Necessities and Services. They were not able to order me one but, they were extremely helpful and very nice.

Liubita is one of the most helpful people I have ever worked with. She took her time and help my grandmother get fitted for just the right stocking. I would go back anytime even though its a bit out of the way. Ive had trouble finding a DME I could call home. Im a young woman with an ostomy and found an appliance brand (BBraun) I love. When I found out the brand is being pulled from the US, Matt Parks came up with an amazing solution. Since I tend to make my 1 month stocks last WAY longer than a month, he filled me through the remaining months of this year, getting me through all of next. I love the fact I can bring my business local, too, and not have to outsource out of state. The down home touch makes the experience more personable when i can meet face to face.

I am a lymphedema patient and have to have specially made garments. These garments are hand measured and custom made in Germany. Without these garments my life would be miserable. Williams Medical has been the only place I have been able to order these garments from. Williams Medical has been able to fill this need for me for many years. And I am eternally grateful. Every single time I have needed to order Julie Blake has taken excellent care of my needs. She has always answered my call or calls me back the same day. Wonderful service! Matt went out of his way to get us a wheelchair during a snow-in this past January. He even made sure it was at our house by the time I got home from the hospital. No place else would have been so accommodating!!

It has very long wait times. The staff is not friendly. After calling them to make sure that I had everything that I needed to get new CPAP supplies, they said I was missing information. Will never go back. I got my new CPAP supplies from the internet. And way cheaper I may add.

Guy didnt even try... he would answer my questions with no before I even finished asking them. I told him my current wheelchair was too big so his solution was to try and sell me the same exact one n when I asked for a smaller one he walked away shaking his head... the next size down was too big so I asked for a smaller after Id already shown him when I walked in which one I liked n with arms n which material seats... so he brought me one with the material I didnt like n if I wanted the material I liked I could get another size down n take the arms off... he was not helpful at all n Im not sure why he took a job in customer service if he cant get along with people... Im the friendliest happiest upbeat girl in existence... everyone loves me... but I did not make any friends prolly Cuz I hurt my knee n he thought I was disabled n he discriminated against me...but Im not typically in a wheelchair...

I ordered a Golden Technologies lift chair from Williams Medical Supply and everyone so kind and helpful. Nix the salesman was so helpful picking out the chair and the delivery men, Ronnie and David, made sure everything was correct before they left.

I have used Williams Medical for at least 10 years. Amazing staff and quick to get my catheters shipped to me and also quick to help with any other needs. Def recommend them!!!

I arrived and had to wait 10 minutes before someone decided to assist me and I was the ONLY customer in the store. After that, I was told the prescription I had was not enough to rent a chair so I had to pay out of pocket. The next day I had the doctors office call to update the information on the prescription and the nurse was told that information was not good enough. I decided to go buy a chair and return this one.I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. THE PEOPLE AND SERVICE SUCKS! STAY AWAY

Williams medical is a traditional medical supply company, and gives reasonably good service if you order before going.It is not a particularly helpful place for drop ins.

My thanks go out to WMS for going above and beyond the norm in delivering my urostomy supplies to me. Recent back surgery and subsequent complications has prevented my personally picking up supplies,yet an employee took the time to deliver the items directly to my home. Thats true customer care!

Kind, courteous & helpful. These folks helped out when no one else would. We are new to this whole mobility thing and my husband has a used mobility scooter that needed the 2 rear tires and tubes replaced on. I was able to find the tires and tubes at a reasonable price through amazon, but was unsuccessful at replacing them at home, no matter the youtube tutorial. I checked all around Mid TN for a company that could do the labor, but no one would oblige, for a variety of reasons and excuses. When asked, Williams Medical did the job, on the spot, it took a short period of time and we were charged a reasonable price for the labor. This is where we plan to continue seeking assistance for our mobility needs.-Rachel

Whenever I go to get some medical supplies, the people in there are always very friendly! I have had William, and Kirt help me through the years. They have always suggested what might be more economical or new items. This last time I had to get something for my husband. Luibita took all the info down and went on and ordered the item, so when I brought the script back two days later, she already had the items in. I didnt have to come back to pick it up. Also, if its not in stock or I call them, they will deliver it to my home. They are very accommodating ...

BEWARE! After my foot surgery I couldnt use crutches and needed to rent a scooter.I went to Williams Medical Supply. They wouldnt bill my insurance (who covered the rental) and said I needed to pay for the rental and get reimbursed from my insurance provider. I paid the charges and turned the bill/receipt in to my insurance, who told me they had to send the payment directly to Williams Medical Supply and Williams would reimburse me. I tried for two years to get the reimbursement from Williams Medical Supply to no avail. My husband even spoke to the owner directly who was very rude. I finally gave up trying to get MY money back. It was only $80-something dollars, but they kept the money. The insurance company paid them and I paid them, so they made $160+ off me. (I returned the scooter.) I would never recommend or use this company again. I am convinced they are not reputable in their business dealings and I tell everyone I know about their shady business practices. Horrible people! I would give them less than one star if that was an option.

Williams Medical charges an upgrade fee for items they do not regularly keep in stock. I contacted a mail-order company and was able to save $$$ each month by avoiding the fee.The customer service is sub par as well. The representatives spoke in a demeaning tone of voice and were less than helpful.It is sad to have to take our business away from a local company, but the high fees and poor service were deal breakers.

And that they will be just fine without our or referrals. Keep in mind this is a $2,200 power chair. The nicest one they have. He told me its electric things break deal with it. Then he told me I should be ashamed of myself for calling and acting upset.Companies like this have simply been in business for too long and dont care about people anymore. Ment to write this the day after my husband got his oxegen, slipped my mind so doing it now, I cant remember the gentlemans name that brought the oxygen to our home, He said that he had worked there for 27 yrs, he was a while middle aged man. Very nice, new his business very well, showed me everything to do to set up and run the machinery. If anyone needs any kind of medical equipment, Williams is the place to go, I have MS and Ive received my walking cane and roller walker from there, Before my husband every needed oxygene. They have always went out of their way to take the time to do you right and show you how much you are appreciated, only thing on this last name is Vaughn. Keep up the great work, you all are great

I needed a compression stocking, as i had just had a clot removed from my leg. I called another store closer to my home and was told i needed an appointment......um really. I explained to the lady on the phone that Williams was right down the street she said ok. I called Williams and they said cmon down. I was in and out in 20 min. Matt is SUPER nice, but mainly the customer service was amazing. Will never go anywhere else if possible. If there is a way to help these folks will do it.

Williams Medical Supply helped me when my vendor (Edgepark) failed me again. I have a urostomy and I have to wear bags for my urine. They usually last two days or so, and I was wearing my last one. My shipment from that other vendor wont arrive for several more days due to them dropping the ball. Matt from Williams Medical was able to get me the supplies I needed right away. My stress was instantly relieved. I will now be a customer of Matt and Williams Medical Supply for the rest of my days. Thank God they helped me.

I have visited this place on 3 separate occasions and have had horrible service everytime. The first time was to get support socks for my husband. The gentlemen at the counter told me i couldnt get the right size and that if i did it would be hundreds of dollars. I went down the street and found exactly what we needed for less than $100.The second time was for a knee scooter which i could not buy the any of the several in the store but could order it and have it in about a month. Todays trip was to buy tubular gauze. I was immediately told they didnt carry it but I looked on the shelf anyway only to find it.Its almost like they dont want to sell to the walk in customer. I only went her because my usual place was out of stock. I wishould I could give negative stars

The delivery men did a nice job for me, they set up the hospital bed, placed it right where i needed it, and showed me how to use the equipment. Then they came and removed the bed, on time. Thank you

This past Monday I called Williams Medical Supply to find out if they had a particular product for my wifes aunt. Since the product is a rarely requested item, Matt told me they didnt carry in stock but he would try to locate it and contact me to let me know. Later that day he called me back. He even emailed me a picture of the item to be sure he had the correct product. It was the one we needed and I gave him the go ahead to order it. He called me today (Thursday, only 4 days later, said it came in and I picked it up. The staff at the check out desk was friendly and the store was clean, organized and full of inventory. Thanks again Matt. My wifes aunt, who had a stroke is really looking forward to using this item.

Went in to get a wheelchair, the customer service was horrible. When asking the gentleman questions about the wheel chair sizes he seemed hesitant and very unhelpful, like he did not want our business... So i said ok, ill find some place else.

For years I would get medical supplies here up until last year. Many reasons, 1st Nidian is no longer employed full time and my confidence in the staffs ability to process my orders business as usual has diminished because one time I placed an order for pick-up on the weekend and an older blonde haired woman refused my payment method because I could not remember the PIN associated with my HSA card, but I informed her that she could process it as a credit as well, even showed her my ID and she told me she couldnt. So I ended having to go without my supplies until Nidian got back the following business day. 2nd Ive been ordering the same supplies for years and I understand that in the state of TN certain supplies are exempt from sales tax. One time I ordered and the same older blonde haired lady charged me tax which I thought was odd because I had never paid tax before, but I went ahead and paid it and decided I would deal with it later. Come to find out that I was correct that tax should have not been charged and it was refunded on my next order. 3rd I ordered supplies and noticed at checkout that the cost had gone up almost $200 and when I asked why I was being charged additional charges that were covered under my insurance plan and one of the staff members, Im assuming the owner, made a comment as to why the cost of my medical supplies had gone up and he said it was because the manufacturer had gone up on their prices and the additional charges were upgrade fees because it was considered a brand product. So instead of suggesting an alternative he walked away and made a comment that he couldnt keep the rate I had been paying because he wouldnt make any money. So I decided to shop around and settled on Metro Medical on Church Street - they are located within walking distance of Williams Medical Supply. Their prices are much cheaper than Williams Medical Supply and they dont charge upgrade fees for brand products. There staff really knows their business and have been very helpful. I am much happier with my switch and I would suggest shopping around before deciding to go with Williams Medical Supply.
