Was on bike trip and development a problem with my 2021 Indian roadmaster, pulled up to dealership 10 minutesbefore closing time, they stayed there well after closing time to help me out, they had to keep bike overnight, they gave me a loaner bike, also found me a hotel all after they should of been on there way home,, this was an amazing dealership from the Owner and Joey and the other Mechanic I think it was Camron working with Joey, the owner told me to go finish the reason I went down there and to enjoy myself and to just be back before closing time the following day, do to there kindness my trip was not ruined, cant praise this dealership enough for there outstanding kindness and work ethics, outstanding guys

Recently rented motorcycle from here. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, wonderful customer service. Motorcycle was brand new and we had an excellent riding experience. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. If you are planning to ride with a passenger, I would suggest to take motorcycle with a backrest, would make the ride more comfortable for the passenger.

These dudes right here. What can I say, theyll take care of you like family. I dont mean like that creepy Uncle Lester or parents that constantly fight. I mean like a good family takes care of each other. Every single person that works here is quality, top notch. Theres not a lot of competent service shops out there, but here, youll be in great hands. You wont get raked over the coals and given some B.S. about your ride. I love Music City Indian. Bought my Victory Cross Country Tour there a few years back and this is where I go for service on my bike. The while crew is fun and they know their bikes. Joey is a solid mechanic and he takes great care of my bike. Would not take it anywhere else. Of course i always get distracted by the Indians on the floor. They are pretty bikes. I can look but i wont touch. :)

Just had my 500 mile service completed today on my 2019 Indian Scout Bobber. Not only did the team service the bike quickly, but the bike came back looking cleaner than it did going in! They did call me and were on the ball getting me in. Was upset because drivers license station did not put my motorcycle endorsement on my new license and couldnt test drive. Great people there and did ask several times if I had any questions.

These guys are awesome. I purchased a Roadmaster from my local shop in early June. Shortly after I started getting codes for cylinder misfire. Took it back and they couldnt find anything. Called music city Indian and got more knowledge over the phone than my shop could give me in person. Yesterday I loaded it up and drove 2 hours to music city Indian and they pushed it right in and started to work. A sensor and a reflash later, it was right. Thanks to Joel, Joey, Cam and the rest. Great shop!

Where do I even start? These guys are simply the best! I have bought several bikes from them on the way to my current (and perfect) bike. These guys are not the typical high pressure sales folks that are in it just to sell you a bike. They are all about building a relationship with their customers to match up what they have to offer with the customers needs. I havent bought the most expensive bikes (not even close) from them, but they treat me like I have, and make it feel like I am truly a friend. They put up with my dropping by all the time to visit, and make me feel welcome. Do they want to sell you a bike? Of course they do! That is the business they are in. But they do it in the right way, giving you real, honest customer service all the time. You cant go wrong with these guys. If you are wanting a bike, you gotta go see them! The people at music city Indian were very nice and extremely helpful. We rented the chieftain limited for the day and because of traffic were late to return the bike. When we called to tell them we would be late they stayed late and and made us feel like it was no big deal. The necessary gear was supplied at no extra cost and the bike was excellent condition. I bought a barely used 2017 Indian Springfield off of eBay. I picked the motorcycle up in Knoxville, Tennessee and rode to Nashville to spend the night.The next morning I went to Music City Indian to find out they didnt open for another 30 minutes. Joel opened the door and let me in. I had some items waiting to be picked up there. As we visited about my purchase he recommended the first oil change. They fit me in right away and did an outstanding job with the service. He gave me some good advice about maintenance and power upgrades. I rode the motorcycle home to Washington State without any trouble. A little over 3,000 miles. This dealership was top notch. Fast, friendly and efficient. I made a stop here to get a t-shirt while I was traveling, and was greeted by one of the workers. Thankfully, he was knowledgeable of the bikes and we could talk about the upcoming selection. I bought a few t-shirts, and I was on my way.Friendly workers, and very professional. I definitely recommend.

I just bought an Indian Chieftain Dark Horse from the Music City Indian team. I had been by probably 15-20 other motorcycle shops over the last few months. Not only am I overjoyed with the motorcycle that I purchased, but I cant say enough about the entire Music City Indian team! Their customer service is outstanding! They do whatever it takes to make you feel comfortable with the bike, the price, the purchase, and knowing that they have your back after you leave. The entire team makes you feel completely at ease, and right at home. There is no high pressure sales pitch, or a sales person that either ignores you or hovers over you the entire time youre there. I drove three hours to buy from this dealership, and would willingly do it again. They have a customer for life.

Indian has done great job bike handles nice the dealer not so much. I would never go back did not do what said and when I went to get plates I had to pay extra taxes as they did not figure correct not my wheel house. You must not know how taxes work you figure it and wrote check. Dont have reviews if you dont want to here truth

While on a trip from Maryland to Austin Texas my victory developed a high speed wobble. Contacted Joey from music city Indian and explained. I was leaving Knoxville passing through Nashville. He said to stop by when I got in town and he would help. Best service experience I have ever had. Within minutes of my arrival they had my bike on a lift trying to diagnose. Decided the new tire I put on prior to the 1600 mile trip was the culprit. Joey replaced my rear tire while I ate lunch. The replacement cost plus labor was more than fair. If I lived in the area and was interested in Indian I would buy from them....they were extremely friendly, professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend.

The guys running this place know their product, and are badasses when it comes to customer service. I showed up eager to ride a scout bobber on a rainy, dreary day. They told me they couldn’t let me out until the clouds broke and it dried up. As soon as the storm cleared, they had the bobber and an FTR 1200 S lined up ready for me to ride. Joel graciously allowed me to take both bikes out for a good 10 mile ride unsupervised. I was blown away by the ftr 1200 which I hadn’t even considered until this point. When I finished tearing up some asphalt and we went to run the numbers, their 2019 test ride FTR ended up being a better fit financially, and performance wise for me.They had it equipped with A tank bag, bar end mirrors, license plate relocation, and an akropovic exhaust.By the time we were done with the paperwork it was absolutely dumping rain outside. I was discouraged that I wouldn’t be able to get it home that day, but the store manager Cameron offered to throw it in a trailer and bring it to my home that afternoon. We got the bike home and coveredI am thrilled with the bike, and this was by far the best motorcycle purchase experience I’ve had to date!

The tale of two dealerships...I recently was looking to purchase a new to me bike. I have several dealerships here locally harley, Indian, yamaha, etc. I narrowed down my search to two companies harley and Indian. I went to one dealership first as it was a little closer to home. The salesman was really nice and knowledgeable about the company and their bikes. I had selected a bike that I felt would be the best fit for me and my budget. That salesman took the time to show me the store, parts and service department, and a brand new bike. Not the one I came to look at until after showing me the $40k bike and store. Again, he was very nice. When I finally got to see the bike I came to see it was as I had expected. A really nice bike.As a good consumer and a little OCD (CDO) I wanted to research the other company. I done the research and found many options on a bike I liked at a dealer a few hours drive for me. Comparison of the bikes meant trading this for that or settling for this over that. I presented both places with the same information of my wants, budget, and credit history. I understood I wasnt in the top tier of the credit range so I realistically looked for something I could afford and enjoy for a long time.I was contacted quickly by the Indian salesman (Joel) and discussed the bike I was interested in. As with the other salesman I presented a factual picture of my circumstances. Applications were submitted to both dealerships and the waiting game began.Music City Indian contacted me with an approval based on what I was able to do as a down-payment. The other dealership asked me if I could come up with $3,000 more. I explained I was set on my down-payment, but if more was needed I would have to wait. I was told I would have an answer within a couple of hours. To this day I have not been contacted again regarding the bike.I was pleased with the terms Music City offered on the purchase of the bike. Joel was unavailable on the day I was able to go pick up the bike. He put me in the capable hands of Kam. Upon entering the dealership he grated me with a handshake and said come on lets go look at your bike. We passed multiple new bikes he didnt try to up sale me on. He gave me the history of the bike and let me see her for as long as I wanted before doing any paperwork. He then took me on a tour of the dealership. Once I was satisfied with everything I was getting on this bike, Kam layed out in detail the contract for my purchase. He took the time to then go over every feature of the bike so I had no questions.In a time where customer service is not what it once was it was really nice being treated like family even before purchasing anything. I appreciate the time Joel and Kam both took with getting me on this great bike. I highly recommend this dealership for your motorcycle needs.Thank you guys!
