I was helped by the owner in getting fitted with shoes. Then they molded my feet for inserts. The service was great and they seemed very knowledgeable about helping with foot pain. I have some of the worst feet and up until this point no one has been able to correct my problem. I have to wait 2 weeks for my insoles to come in and to wear my new shoes but I am very optimistic and I cant wait to try them out! It was a little more than I expected to spend but after already seeing an orthopedic specialist and getting nowhere with that I think it will probably be worth it! I highly recommend checking them out!

Been coming here for over 8 years and recently brought my son for a fitting. Phil has been wonderful helping us both to find the perfect custom orthodic. Game changer in day to day life.

Had 1 pm appointment with Mike. Reception had to call him. Said he would be right in. Came in at 1:15 and went straight to another client. At 1:20 I just left. The whole operation seemed unprofessional and disorganized.

The shoe repair is awesome! I had really bad luck with a different shoe repair that took forever, lost a pair of boots for about 8 months and was generally non responsive. Jensen is amazing. Very professional, nice, quick and reasonable prices. I had zippers replaced on 2 pairs of heavy duty workboots and I was concerned they would not be as good quality as the manufacturer, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It takes me 40 minutes to get to Jensen from my home, but it is well worth it.

When tell you anything to sell a high price shoe.

I was so happy to find a shoe store with staff that would take the time to take care of your needs. I purchased a pair of $207 shoes sadly after wearing them for a short time in my home I had to return them. I was extremely disappointed to learn that all returns are not fully refunded a 15% is withheld as a Service Fee there are no signs in the store to mention this also I was never told this before my purchase. It is written at the bottom of your receipt which you receive after you have checking out! too late! I feel in this day and age with an abundance of shoes stored online with free shipping and returns that this was not a way to treat clients fairly.

There shoes are alright but the insoles they sell aren’t worth it. They made my feet worse. I changed my way of eating and bought on line insoles my podiatrists recommended. Best my feet ever felt.

I highly recommend for all shoes and feet comfort!The staff is genuinely very friendly. They have been well trained on how to make you very comfortable in your shoes. I wear dress shoes to work and spend many hours walking on concert floors. This had caused me to have foot problems. I experienced a lot of pain to the point I was almost in tears at the end of the day. After having six weeks of shots in my foot that did nothing to help all the Doctor offered next was surgery.I had seen Jensen’s commercials and decided to give them a try. The sales person spent over an hour with me during which time he helped me find a pair of shoes to meet my needs and did an impression of the bottom of feet. They later used the impressions to custom make me a pair of inserts that have completely solved my problem. They have given me free adjustments after using inserts to make sure they reamain comfortable and pain free.They carry very high quality shoes which will last many years. I have my first pair that I purchased from them for over 2 years now and after wearing 5 days a week I finally had resole and they upper part of the shoes still look great.They do great repairs as well. I do recommend getting there at opening hours. They are so popular that on many days it can be a long wait. If you get there early you can avoid the wait

Lupe took great care of my grandpa’s boots! It was a hard choice looking for a place I could trust, my biggest concern was finding a place I knew wouldn’t lose them and do a great job. I’ve had these boots since 1997. They are over 30 years old. They did an amazing job!

I took my two year old Timberlands in to get repaired and Lupe did a wonderful job. He came out and discussed what I needed done on the shoes and told me he could have them ready in three or four days. I got a call the next day saying they were done! They look brand new and I couldnt be happier. Very personable people and will definitely be a repeat customer!

My professional licensed orthotics guy is 48$ away round trip whereas Jensen is all of 10-12 minutes away lyft wise. my orthotics guy charges the big bucks and although i like him, he’s expensive and doesn’t always get my braces and expensive foot orthotics correct. MY LAST CASH BRACE WAS 400-500$ and never quite got adjusted correctly - the velcro was always malfunctioning.this last 2 visits i’ve had trouble with the velcro on a thoracic cash brace my surgeon ordered for me. Exasperated i took my brace & velcro to my foot experts at JENSEN SHOES and in 20 minutes Jensen and their orthotic & velcro man, had my cash brace fit PERFECTLY and the velcro adjusted PERFECTLY.They attempted to charge me 20$ plus tax and i said “no way” i gave the front desk the 20$ plus 10$ bonus for the house & 10$ bonus for the velcro expert in the shop. These guys are pro’s and no amount of bragging can illustrate their value & worth to me. top notch is an understatement!!!😃

My name is Robert west, I have been a customer since 2005. After being in a accident damaging my foot requiring special shoes. In the beginning Morris helped me and would give regular up dates on order . but then he was no longer handling my account .and I have been so disappointed with the service . There is no call backs, very negative attitudes been made feel as my account now is more trouble then their profit . they have lied to my wife and myself on more then one occasion . no one remembers me or my order, phone is not answered, voice mail is not returned . its a shame the people do not reflect the claim the Jensen brand and name has always stood for .

This family has been in business for over 50 years now! They provide excellent customer service and knowledge to start your healing process one step at a time. Its so nice to meet such an experienced and courteous staff. Ive personally been in the Service Industry (restaurants) for over 15 years... You dont have time to sit, no matter what your position is (server, bartender, manager, etc.). I definitely recommend stopping by if you want a quality shoe that lasts and will absolutely ease those days/nights at work!

This is the place to find comfortable shoes and inserts properly fitted by knowledgeable personnel. If price is your primary concern, this is not the cheapest place to buy shoes. However, if you want high quality that will last for years, and enjoy comfort, this is a great place.

This place is great to repair shoes or buy good quality shoes. I have a great experience with my three pair of shoes and they repaired them very well and cheap! 100% recommend it!

Wonderful repair service! Brought my boots in to have the soles and heels replaced as well as polished and conditioned. Lupe came and looked at them and said no problem! Dropped them off Wednesday and they were ready by Friday. They look great, a bit tight after the repair, but thats the nature of boots. Wonderful service and affordable!

I brought in my rowing shoes which were blown out at the soles. Lupe looked at them and said they could be fixed but it would be about 10 days since he was just getting back from vacation. These shoes are used in my rowing shell and I row almost every day. Without them I cant row. I explained my circumstances and he said he would try to call me in 4 days. Twenty four hours later I got a call that my shoes were done!! When I arrived to pick them up Lupe said he could also reinforce the soles by stitching them down but would have to use white thread, the soles were black. Not a problem, I said. I was impressed that he was willing to do a quality job but wanted to check with me first. All my shoes will go to Jensens for repair from now non.

Love this place! For years I had heel pain, plantar fasciitis, and sore feet after working in a concrete warehouse, got tired of the pain so I stopped in to give custom inserts a try! Best decision I ever made, luckily for me within 2 weeks of wearing my new shoes and inserts all my pain disappeared! No longer have heel pain, plantar issues, or tired feet at the end of the day. Worth the investment!

Was not happy at all, the shoes sold to me were a size and half to large and i was told i could walk out the store with them, after wearing a few days, I was constantly triping which caused extended pain to my knee. So I went to take shoes back and they would not refund my money, just give another pair of shoes that do not help. I do not want anyone else to be scammed by this store. So i wanted to post this.

Like every other shoe store, they just sold me what they had, not what fit. I wear a very large size, and for the last 60 odd years shoe stores try to sell me the one pair of shoes they have that are near my size, because thats all they have. But going to Jensens I wasnt on my guard because of their reputation. Turns out they did the same thing, and werent interested in hearing my later complaints. So I just threw away a pair of shoes costing almost $400.00.

I would not send anyone I know to them . The shoe I bought hurt my feet bad . every time I called they would say they would have to call me back i never got a call back . I live over a hour away so it not easy for me to go up there and there could care less they are all bout making that sell and ones you spent over 300 dollars for there shoe they are done with you .
