I visited the Good Feet store located at 27 White Bridge Road in Nashville, TN. I had a great visit. I was greeted with a smile when I walked in and was explained in detail about the arch support that they provide. What I love the most was, I was given an option to get a product that was affordable for me and I walked out there with no pain and no limp. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Do to a foot doctor. Do not waste your money on their inserts. I wasted over $400. I write plenty reviews and I give 5 stars where deserved and they are not worth it. If I could give zero stars I would. They need not to respond to me unless you are offering me something else for the worthless inserts that I just left in your stop.

We purchased these arch supports back in 2003 for my husband. He has loved them and cannot walk without them. Lately I have noticed that his shoes were wearing unevenly and his legs/ankles were not in line like they used to be. He had not been complaining about pain though. I suggested we go back to the store and see what they would do since they came with a lifetime guarantee. So yesterday we finally got a chance to go and as soon as the sales representative saw his arch supports, she said Let me get you a new pair, theses have broken. No hassle no argument... just plain good service! Now, I will say... I had my original sales receipt and warranty card (which the sales team found very interesting) but they didnt ask for them before she commented on getting him a new set of supports.Are these arch supports expensive YES! But they work! And the company stands behind their product! My husband has been wearing his EVERYDAY for 15 YEARS!

As a retired registered nurse, I have been on my feet for over 30 years. I had little confidence that much could be done for my neglected feet, but I thought the arch supports would be of better quality than what I had been purchasing for years. Not only did I find outstanding supports, but Tara educated me in the process and training my feet would undergo for the next several months to improve not only my feet but my knees, hips and back, as well. Great customer service- I came in knowing it was pretty late and the store closed in about 20 minutes- but Sarah took the time to fit me anyways. I work crazy hours and had a hard time getting to a store during normal business hours. They were so nice and helpful and Im so happy to finally have my inserts!

It was a bit pricy but since I have such flat feet, I needed some support. The staff/owner was absolutely wonderful and great to work with. Even just walking around the store with the insoles, I felt less pressure in my back and my posture was better!

I spent several yrs with my feet in terrible pain. I tried expensive shoes and other inserts. My closet filled up but my feet were still killing me. I should have gone to The Good Feet Store and saved myself all the money and pain. Nothing that I tried helped my burning, aching feet. Dont spend years hopping around crying in pain when you first get on your feet every morning. I had severe plantar fasciitis in my left foot. Im a triathlete, so I went to the good feet store to get some relief. It was getting where I couldnt even walk without severe pain. In a month Im pain free. I recommend Good Feet to anyone experiencing pain when walking or running. Thanks Good Feet!

I was surprised how quickly I was fitted and ready to leave with everything. The lady who helped me was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Overall a very positive experience!

$900 shoe inserts that probably cost them less than $50. I guess thats what Medicare pays, so thats their price. Total rip off.Follow up to the owner. I went to the location in Memphis, but was so turned off by the brand in general that I want to steer anyone away from ANY Good Feet store. The pricing must just go to support the expensive TV commercials and other marketing the company participates in. I held the inserts in my hand and there is no way that it cost more than $40-50 (and Im being generous) to make them. I would just like someone to explain how these things are magically worth $900-1200. The employees are trained salespeople and not medical professionals. They have someone step on a piece of paper, run it through a computer and it tells them which ones to pull off a shelf.I am not trying to demean the employees who work there, but the entire company is a scam.

I had seen the commercials for The Good Feet Store and wondered if it would work for me. I had plantar fasciitis since I can remember (at least 20 years) and was desperately trying to find relief. My husband and I went in to the store on a Saturday (3/31/18) and got fitted for the arch supports. We were skeptical at first, but after almost two months I can say that there is relief. I went in for an adjustment today and I couldn’t be happier with the service and product provided. I’ve told a bunch of friends and family about my experience and hope that others will give the Good Feet Store an opportunity to change their lives.

I LOVED working with the girls at The Good Feet Store in Nashville. I’ve had terrible plantar fasciitis and have to work in heels everyday. With their help, I was able to get relief right away. I now have insoles that I can wear with my dress shoes. Thank God for these angels!

The Good Feet Store’s product is okay, but it is ridiculously overpriced. I should have known that anything that is non-refundable is designed to take advantage of the consumer. Don’t waste your time or money here. They have really bad business practices. You can get similar products for a fraction of the cost these people charge, and the “lifetime” program is a total scam. Read the fine print—don’t believe what they tell you. This is just designed to screw consumers. Such a shame.

Dont be fooled by their constant commercials! When I walk into this store the manager asked me if I was lost! Why because Im black? I should have left but I decided against my better judgement to stay.I sat down, took of my shoes to be fitting and the lady said wow! I said wow what? She said your feet are huge you must have a big( you know what ). What? I got up, quickly out my shoes on and ran out of there.Very inappropriate and I would not recommend them. Buyer beware!

Its not because they have helped his feet and back, just like me, its because I was fooled into buying their overpriced product that hasnt helped my feet or my back and now on top of that...Im broke!Response to Manager response:Yes you reached out to me and I called you back. However, your sales person still told me they will not refund my money. She said I can exchange them for a pair of shoes. I checked and the shoes will cost me more than my first purchase.Cheat me once, shame on you...cheat me twice, shame on ME!Stay away from The Good Feet Store!

These arch supports are very helpful as are the people who fit them for you! They are pricey, but I think worth every penny.

I actually went to the wrong store at first, they were helpful and tried their insoles with me, however I didnt get the pain relief while trying them in the store. The gentleman there said hopefully The Good Feet store will be able to help me. I was a little sceptical at first since the ones I just tried didnt help. I have Mortins Neuroma in my left foot, and Plantar fasciitis in my right foot. To my pleasant surprise, no pain when I tried these!I can even put them in my flip flops. The only downside is.....Im a country girl, and I love to be barefoot (no socks) in the house. This is probably why I need insoles, lol. My feet are in HELL! I came in because of intense heel pain in my right foot, led thru the, we know what you need! Went thru the 3 arch remedy, at a cost of over $1200.00, um, No! Plan B, I guess, $249.90 + tax for two arches, the maintainer, the cushions + cluffy wedge that is built into the cushions but billed separately and the torture devise, the arch, strengthener! I have tried these according to their recommendation, now, not only my right foot, which was my first concern, but both feet are so painful now, I can barely stand and walk......BUT I have to get up and go daily. My Feet are in HELL, and out of my money....I say go to your Doctor, your Podiatrist, Orthopaedic Doctor first! Also the cushions they gave me do not fit my size, I wear a 8 to a8.5, I had to buy size 9 shoes, for the cushion to fit, so everything is off,Nothing about this transaction works for me, they got my money.

Salesmen use scam sales tactics like the balance test where they push down on your hands, the same fake test was used for other recent scam items like the silicon power bracelets. If you have an $910 to spend on insoles, go to a podiatrist.

Every time I see a commercial saying how helpful they are I think its ridiculous! I bought some shoes a while back that they recommended due to foot pain. I spent over $200 on these shoes. They did not do anything! If anything they made my feet feel worse. I went back to discuss how they were making my feet feel and they said, well you paid for them, once you leave the store, theyre yours. We can sell you another pair if youd like to. Needless to say, Ill NEVER return to a Good feet store, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone

The worst company! I entered and was met with a harrasing salesman. When I decided not to buy he then cursed me like a dog. Buyer beware!

This place riped off my friend 1300 for supports telling him that it was covered on insurance but they r not doc and insurance said they woudnt pay been told by pt therpist that the liners shouldnt of cost over 30 bucks this place is a ripe off DO NOT GO THERE

Its been along time since I got talked into purchasing the hard plastic inserts for $300. I put them in my shoes the next day and went to work and after 4 hrs they were killing me! When I requested a refund I was told All Sakes Are Final. Now they have a store in my hometown of Mt Juliet!
