If I could score lower than a One, I surely would! Absolutely the worst place to ever buy a riding lawn mower!!! My Craftsman riding lawn mower has given me nothing but problems since we bought it in 2017! Now, it will not stay running for longer than 2-3 minutes without shutting off and then it wont crank again for like 15 minutes. I have called customer service and even chatted with them online for them to tell me there is nothing they can do because they dont have a repairman in my area. Ok, well dont you think they should tell you that when you make a purchase? That would have been nice to know! Then I called Randy at the Natchez office this morning and told him my frustration and he had a dont know, dont care attitude when I told him my situation. Like what am I supposed to do? No one around Natchez/Vidalia will work on a Craftsman lawn mower. I WILL NOT EVER buy another Craftsman lawn mower!! Very disappointed!

Good price and good service

Absolute mess, after being promised a delivery date, the store says its on backorder, of which we were not informed at any time by the store or anyone else. The store now says they have no way of telling us when the appliance, which has been paid for will be delivered, next week, next month, next year. I would not recommend Sears to anyone, unless you are making an in-store purchase. Do not order from Sears!

They are great! I can’t say enough good things about this store! I’m from Mississippi but I live in Nashville, TN now. I wanted to buy most of a Craftsman close out stock and they took my Sears gift card on the phone AND were happy to box it for me so I could have Fedex pick it up.Randy and Kristin was extremely helpful and great to work with! I HIGHLY recommend their store.Thank you so much!
