Stine is such a nice place to shop,, used to go to DeRidder location till I moved away,, revisiting today reminds me how much I love their stores.

Had just what I needed. Got out fast.

Always find what I need at stines and like how they stay open late makes it convenient.

Service at Stine lumber in natchez ms is just horrible, horrible and nothing but horrible!

Overall very good service. No problem getting waited on. Very knowledgeable workers. Very satisfied with my purchase, a refrigerator/freezer. This was not my first major appliance to purchase at this store. Will shop there again.

Poor services ordered pacific items and keep getting the run around it has been several weeks since I ordered and still no items in yet highly dont recommend the natchez store location

So far so good. They could have used more sales people on floor. I picked out a dryer, tolit, and bathroom vanity. Never had anyone offer to help with purchases. Just wrote down what I wanted and went to counter and paid.

I was shopping for replacement appliances for the whole kitchen. The service I received was incredible! The prices are very competitive, and lower on a couple of items than others.

My father bought a weed eater from here and also purchased the three year extended warranty. A month after he brought it in for minor work he is picking it up becuase they havent even touched it. One time he was told that it was taken apart and they were waiting on the mechanic to put it back together. Then today the mechanic told him he hasnt touched it since my dad brought it in. All the workers he talked to had attitudes and do not know anything about customer service. Two times Ive been with him, and I had to bit my tongue.

The store had a great collection of bedding plants, hibiscus and bushes in their garden center. Very healthy and at good prices.

Stine is a big place. I hooked up with Leonard, one of the floor workers. He helped me find everything I needed. Thanks Leonard. Thanks Stines for the Veterans discount.

They had what we were looking for and actually knew were it was.

Drove an hour to get here. Talked to them twice on the phone about a price on wood. Also wanted a dryer. When I arrived I asked about the dryer and were told they had it. I went to checkout and found out the wood was 4 dollars higher a board than I was told before. Ok fine. No wood but I paid for the dryer. I drove around and handed my ticket over. 20 minutes later the guy comes back and says oh sorry we are sold out. I couldn’t believe it! So I go back in the store and ask for a refund. While I’m waiting another customer with a buggy filled with quikrete knocks it over hitting my leg. The manager says nothing. Finally I’m refunded my money but it could be 2-5 days before my bank gets it back. This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen before. They have no idea what their prices are. No idea of what they have in stock. The only thing they are good at is selling you stuff that they don’t even have. I’ll never shop here again and no one I know will either. Good riddance.

Stines lumber is usually ok, but today was horrible. There are only a handful of people there who really know what theyre doing. Theyre always hiring new people and they put them in front to deal with people, but I always have to wait for them to call their superiors and then wait for the superiors to calm their superiors. I waited for a long time almost an hour for them to get my loading ticket ready and when it was finally ready they didnt have the right (up-to-date) model of the appliance I wanted. Their new hires dont know a thing but the simple things. So for now on Im getting my appliances delivered instead of store pick up. They wasted a lot of my time today and I am very unpleased with my shopping experience with them today.

Nice store just dont have variety of stuff guess because the only atore around Miss Lou area carries the stuff still its an okay store.

The only hardware store open late on Saturday and on Sunday. Really helps when youre in a bind and need critical hardware items.

I have been buying lumber in this store roughly 3 to 4 times a week. I always have them cut my 2x4s or 1x4s in half for me and never been a problem. Yesterday evening i go to pick up 2 8ft 1x4s and the guy working in lumber said his boss Chad just told him that it now cost $2 a cut . I was like are you serious thats a ripoff . The board only cost 2.19 . I know it was 50 cents or something like that before but now you charge 2 dollars?? Its not like its a big set up . Merry Christmas!!Thank you for the reply and i do understand misstakes in policy and im sure with the busy shopping season it can get confusing . So on that note its a 5 for me because everything else os great amd love shopping there . thank you

It was very humiliating! There were totes at the front of store with a sign giving a reduction or sale price! A sign where it was visable for blonde cashier clearly saying 8.99. Ok on the top of tote was another price (original ) price. SHE FIRST tried to charge me sale price for tote and regular price for the darn lid! Omg ! I told her the lid was part of the tote. She still wasnt satisfied and called another cashier to ask about the tote and lid and he told her it rang up the right price and the lid was included. I was livid. I was so mad i walked away and let my husband pay for merchandise. We go there often but will think twice now!

Horrible place to deliver. Only allow one Truck in the complex at a time. So far 45 minutes waiting to unload what will take me less then 2 minutes and the people are extremely rude.
