Cant Really Rate This Place Because I Can Never Get Service Here . ( Heres The Story ) This Ford Dealership Along With Others In The Region Will Not Work On Their Own Products Once That Vehicle Is 10 Years Or More Old . This Means That If I Bought A Brand New Vehicle From These Dealerships Today, Aug 3, 2021, Get Regular Maintenance On The Vehicle At The Same Facility, I Have A Window Of Service & Maintenance That Will Close On Aug 3, 2031 . Not Satisfactory .

Even though I called the wrong number, she was just the sweetest person to me. If more people were like her, the world would truly be a better place. Found a Jeep on there web site cliff contacted me and said there a price drop I said tell ya what send me price and tax out the door 30 min later I got a text I sent over my Info and that afternoon cliff Called and said he have the Jeep delivered the next day. So the next day arrived and about lunch time my Jeep made it to Louisiana. The Jeep ended up having an issue and I solved most the issue couple sensors and that I was good to go but cliff insisted on the Jeep going to my local Jeep dealer ship because I had a concern of a tapping sound Jeep called me explain what needed to be done and I wasn’t out of pocket for anything Natchez Ford and Cliff general manger took care of it all and treated me like I was there number one customer will be doing more business with cliff and Natchez Ford from now on thanks guys for being about the customer and not about the sale or just the money.

The car was very nice for the most part, however the high price tag wasnt a great value.The car needed a tire as soon as we bought it, and a few hundred miles after buying it, the oil needed to be changed. Youd think they would inspect the cars better.

BUYER BEWARE!!!On 05/03/2021 I visited Natchez Ford while shopping for a truck. I gave the saleswoman my social security number and information to obtain credit through FORD MOTOR CREDIT. I specifically told the saleswoman NOT to send off my SSN to multiple credit agencies seeking credit approval. I specified FORD MOTOR CREDIT ONLY. Now, I am viewing my credit report and what do I discover? Natchez Ford requested my credit report and then sent my SSN to FORD MOTOR CREDIT along with two other credit agencies. I DID NOT authorize Natchez Ford to do so and specifically stated NOT to do the very thing they did! I contacted the credit bureau and they advised me to contact Natchez Ford and request they submit a reversal to the credit bureau. I contacted Natchez Ford and the finance manager told me I would have to contact the credit bureaus and dispute the hard inquiry and when Natchez Ford received the dispute notification from the credit bureau, they would not contest the dispute so it could be removed. The are deceiving and dishonest at Natchez Ford!

My wife and I recently purchased a used F-150 from Lori Callon at Natchez Ford. Both Lori and her General Manager, Randy Johnson were very accommodating in dealing with a mechanical issue that appeared shortly after our purchase. They really stand behind their vehicles, and they quickly and accurately resolved our issue. We were pleasantly surprised and we will certainly, once again, drive the 3 hours from our home to deal with Natchez Ford in the future. They truly are awesome people with high principles and a sincere desire to please their customers.

Just upgraded my 2017 RAM for a newer 2019 model. I worked with Lavan, and he did great. Even though I live out of state.. the process was super smooth and easy to deal with. They didn’t work with my approved lender, but they managed to get me with a reputable one at still a real good interest rate. I get my truck delivered tomorrow and am super excited. Recommend this dealership, even if you’re out of state!!

Hands down the best dealerships we’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We contacted them on a Thursday and made the drive from Louisiana on Saturday, Eric greeted us and got us squared away on paperwork. What really got us was the fact after about 2 weeks of having the truck there was an issue with front end. We contacted Natchez Ford and explained it to them to see if they would meet us half way on helping pay, they didn’t question it and paid the whole bill which was $750. Very impressive because honestly they could of said it’s your truck now, good luck but they did the right thing for the customer. They put new parts in your car they put old used parts for your car so they can stay in business. To me their prices are ridiculous while other places have brand new parts and way cheaper prices. I only gave 1 star because I felt the need to let everyone know that I was having issues with my vehicle and was on the side of the road one blazzing hot day & decided to call for questioning & before I could finish my sentence the lady on the other end of the phone said NO, WE DONT DEAL WITH ANY VEHICLES UNDER 2010 & just hung up in my face. It was my first time visiting the dealership to preview a 2500 ram 4x4 and take it for a test drive. It was an awesome experience and the truck handled well up and down steep grades. Tameka Hulbert (Internet Consultant) was very helpful in providing detailed information about the Ram 2500, she was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable of the truck, but she unable to provide information under the hood due to height restrictions. Not to mention the service department is just as quick and easy. They come with a shuttle service so you can get to work in the Miss-Lou after dropping off your car. Theyll even come pick you up when its ready! Natchez Ford really takes the fear of coming to a dealership out of the equation.

My door light won’t go off and don’t beep like it use to let u know the door open I took it back up there the man told me they didn’t mess with the wall with the miles on it which is my dashboard but they put a steering collar on and a ignition cyclender before I took my car there no lights was on not even the check engine light like most vehicles

When to the dealership to look at an used SUV they had advertised not wreaked, great paint and no leaks. The blue paint had waves looked more like it was painted and drove before it was dry. Oh yes it had been wreaked the hood and fenders were out of line for one. No leaks, it is to laugh and the bad think the salesman would not admit that the car had these problem and would not come down on the price. I will not go back.

My experience at Natchez Ford was by far the greatest I ever had, this is my 8th vehicle purchased, and the salesman Merrick Sanders at Natchez Ford was the best, he didnt try to force anything on us to do if we didnt feel comfortable about it, he talked to us and listened to whatever we had to say, and if he say he going to do something, no matter if its good or bad news, he will call you back with the updates, even after the purchase, he is still willing to help you the best way he can, unlike most salesmen I dealt with, once you drive off, they done and on to the next customer.
