I Had my 2009 F150 towed to this mechanic shop And gonna have them finish putting my engine in and getting my keys programed to my truck and 15 weeks later I call and they told me the timing had slack. I asked if I got another motor would they install it. They said no they dont do that anymore. I went up there and got the truck, got home and my engine was seized from where the hood had been left up and the throttle body being facing up it was full of water, engine would not turn how could you ever check the timing having slack in it if you cant turn the motor. I was very disappointed in this.

This place is everything you want and need in a mechanic shop. A smart hardworking staff, combined with an honest owner who has common sense(which isn’t very common anymore). I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else in Natchez, but here.

Good mechanics

My first visit here was to get a price for some work i want done to my car. Talked to two workers and asked for a price. Manager sat in his back office unseen and never came to talk to me. Workers told him there was a customer that wanted to get some quotes. He would not come talk to me so the workers just yelled to the back and told him what i wanted and he yelled back a price. Workers were alot more helpful than the manager/supervisor that was there at that time. Also the price i was giving was way higher then other shops i have contacted. I heard good things about this shop but i will not try to do business here again.
