It was cleaned, gassed up, and ready for pickup in one day. The staff even sinced our phones and loaded our home address into navigation for our 4 hour trek home. Well worth the drive. So there’s an advertised price of $28682 for a truck I call and he says you have to qualify for rebates to get truck for that price he said I know it’s confusing I say no it’s misleading it doesn’t say that so I said so how much without rebates he said $44000 wow what a jump definitely call before going if you decide to do business there I will NEVER do business here.

I brought my vehicle for a routine oil change. The man in the service department was very nice and my truck was serviced almost immediately. We were in and out fast..I would recommend the service department (and sales staff who were also friendly) to any of my friends or family.

Have been to the service desk 3 times. First time, waited for 5 minutes and no one showed up. Second time, tech was on phone, and didnt bother to see what I needed. Just kept talking. Third, and believe me the last time, the tech basically ignored those standing at the service desk. Have also been to the parts department. Needed a screw for my license plate holder. Could only sell me the entire assembly.

Sango Dodge in Natchez have the worst guys working the desk in service service.. I went to get recalls done on my Ram and I knew I needed a fuel sensor too.. so I asked the guy to check if it’s covered under warranty.m and to call me if it’s not.. I already told him that it needs one so why is they charging me $96 for a diagnostic test.. I already had a diagnostic test done a month ago with a print out.. they just be getting over.. They guys at the front will tell you anything like they certified mechanics..

The entire experience was terrible. They were supposed to replace the transmission, fog light, and a mirror. The transmission arrived after 2 weeks and we were told it would take a couple of days to finish everything. We called them periodically over the next few weeks checking in on the car, because we had not been called with any feedback and it was well past the time we were told it would be ready. During this time, we were given about 5 different completion dates, and were told that the tech was on vacation. (Im assuming there is only one tech).The lady on the phone always beat around the bush when we asked for prices and dates, talking about her kids and random stuff. Finally after about 6 weeks, WE CALLED THEM and were told that they ordered the wrong fog light and that they had not fixed the mirror. They only replaced the transmission. No one bothered to contact us. We decided not to let them fix anything else. I was considering buying a vehicle before all of this occurred, but I will never come here again.

I started off at the Dodge dealer in Ferriday looking at trucks. I was talking to a salesman there and explaining I was comparing their truck and price to one in Natchez. They immediately told me how bad the dealership was how bad the people were and how shady they were. I listened as them and the managers did nothing but bash their competitors. Not once did I get a price, not once did I get a offer to test drive not once did they try to sale me! So worried I decided to drive to Saint Francisville and look nothing caught my eye. So I decided to just drive by and look at the truck on the lot at Sango. Let me tell you not one but three sales reps met me greeted me and asked was I being taken care of. Now I am starting question myself for listening to the dealership in Ferriday. So I proceed to test drive the truck and chat with the sales rep. I told him about my experience and why I was really reluctant to buy. He explained that they heard those rumors based on a sales lady who worked there and went back to another dealer and lied about how they did business. He said he wanted me to meet with his manager just so I could deal directly and have all my questions answered. I agreed. Upon returning from a lengthy test drive on the trace I met with the manager. He asked me first how did the sales rep treat me and if all my questions had been answered. I obliged and said yes. I then proceeded to tell him about the Ferriday dealership and why I was not ready to do business. He explained to me that he understood and he respected my decision and only asked if he could present numbers to give me something to think about. I agreed. He then presents me with the numbers. Well first I questioned the price, then the rate, then taxes, and fees. He thoroughly explained each concern. At this point I know it’s a deal but there again I am still wondering about what was said to me by the other dealer. So I tell the manager the numbers are great, customer service so far great, only issue is what the other dealer said. So I asked him to shoot me straight what was his thoughts about the other dealer. His answer was simple they sale cars just like we do, they can get you the same truck, they can match my price but they haven’t matched our customer service. I frozen and said you are right about that!! He then said sir I have met all your expectations thus far correct? I said yes you have. He then said do me one favor. I asked what is that. He says drive the truck one more time and this time Pray about it. Shocked that a man working to make a sale and a profit chooses this course, I agree. So after the test drive I arrive back and we close the deal. After all the paperwork was completed the manager walks outside and shakes my hand. I thanked him he thanked me. I ask before I go why did you ask me to take a drive and pray? He replies sir they talked about Jesus and drug his name through the mud. I just wanted you to have a little talk before you signed the papers. I said you were that confident? He said yes you not the first they lied to and you will not be the last. Them lying on us is good for business because we get a chance to prove them wrong. I agreed and came home and told my wife. We will be back for a Grand Cherokee real soon. Thank you Sango for your customer service. You definitely earned my business for life. We shop Sango!!

My sales guy was great but sales manager is a liar, F&I dont know half the policy and im assuming lady i spoke to was title clerk she was rude and has a smart mouth and hangs up on you if u disagree with her! They do not try to fix their wrong, they try to make u think its your fault or make up more lies how they didnt do anything wrong.

Customer Service is HORRIBLE! Their vehicles are no good! Bought a BRAND NEW VEHICLE & I have only had it for 10 days and it has broken down twice! Sango claims it is not communicating with the computer, but when I took it the 2nd time to have them fix it, the comment made was “oh we will fix it right this time” so you obviously did not fix it right the first time... which really should not have sold us a faulty vehicle. So do NOT buy a car from Denise because she is a liar and did not even show us how to sync and use the features (another sales guy did) so that is proof in the pudding that she was just trying to make a sale. They do not care about their customers and do not care if the car is good or not. And then wouldn’t even give us a car to drive for them selling us a bad vehicle. Very very bad service. I see why they go through a lot of different employees. Go shop at Performance Dodge in ferriday. Don’t shop here. The manager is rude and does not know how to listen, empathize, or apologize.

Sales manager did very horrible. I was approved for a vehicle but couldnt get finance with a company which sucks but is fine. They told me to look at a new one because they could knock it down with rebates and could make it work. That got my hopes up because they knew what I was approved for then came and told me I couldnt get it to. Why would you show someone a vehicle and get them to drive it without making sure it was gonna happen when you knew what they could get?

I went to Sango because I received a promotional scratch off in the mail. I usually throw these things away but I decided I would scratch it off and see. According to the rules on the paper, if you match three in a row you win that prize. Well I matched 60 4k tv three in a row. When I went in of course they wanted to try to sell me a vehicle, so I sat and listened because I was open to a new vehicle. The salesperson who was with me tried telling me that with my credit she could get me into a 2016 Dodge Ram but not the used 2013 Ford F150. That doesnt make sense at all and was frankly kind of insulting. I finally walked out and told them Id have to think about it and thats when they told me that all I won from the scratch off was a smart watch. They told me it doesnt matter that the flier says that three in a row is what you won. They go by this code thats printed the flier. I guess I dont like a business being that dishonest about things.
