Terrible customer service. Gas pumps dont have auto shut-off. Most of the pumps are broken.

Horrible. Worse customer service ever. Take a right off Hwy 49 S, next to McDonalds on the right. The name of the road started with Tor. I live in Arkansas and was visiting my granddaughter. Two women, working Saturday, August 21st at 4:30 pm. The shorter was polite. The taller one looked at me like she hated me, never spoke one word. Took my money for gas and just stared at me. When I came back for change,she was busy eating a burger. I guess I interrupted her lunch.

Gas is of good quality and generally less expensive than surrounding stations. The cleanliness is on the better end for what you find in most gas stations, including the bathrooms. I only interacted with one staff member, but Ms. Regina was, without a doubt, one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was very attentive to her customers’ needs, and she made an effort to engage every customer, including rude ones that stayed in their phone. 5/5 for employees, 4/5 overall

I am always quick to write a review when something goes wrong, but this morning I went into this store and the cashier, Claudette according to her name tag, was exceptional. She asked me how I was and I said ok, she continued to be very kind to me and at the end of the transaction she said, Have a good day, it will get better. She literally made me want to have a better day! Thank you!

This store needs an overhaul. I visit this store each time I am on my from Dallas to New Orleans and every time it seems to get more disgusting. The owners need to pay this store a visit, because the drink stations (all beverages) need to be taken out, broken down and thoroughly cleaned. The restrooms are in desperate need of a total renovation. Completely gut it and rebuild it. The staff have never been rude or unprofessional to me so for that you get 1 star. Word of advice, if you want to keep the remaining customers you have please, please renovate those restrooms. That is one of the many reasons people stop (besides the gas prices) to visit your store. It, too, is a part of your appearance and a selling point in your establishment.

A third of the pumps are broken marked by only a plastic bag. The only pump we found took five minutes to pump one gallon. Complete waste of time with a nice Exxon station down the road.

Filled up with diesel this morning and a couple hours later got a warning light that we have water in the fuel. Called to let them know so they could check into it before continuing to sell bad fuel and was given another number to call. The woman who answered was very unconcerned since their alarm had not gone off.

The woman behind the counter is incredibly rude. There is absolutely no need to have such a terrible attitude with patrons. Most racetracks are great but wow. Wish I got her name it was that bad.

This place sells their gas cheaper than the other stations around it. Therefore they treat people with a crappy, take it or leave it attitude. I wish people would boycott this store and they would go out of business. Or at least get some new management! IMHO

Employees have the worse attitude about doing their actual job. Go to french market instead

Half the pumps dont work, and when they finally do it takes forever to get gas out. As a result, its busy and lines for all the pumps.

Bathrooms are super clean, coffee is always fresh, service is fast and friendly!
