I had a pretty sizable dent in my rear bumper after my car was hit and I am so happy that I found Middlesex Auto Body to take care of it. Jeff was so easy to work with and made sure I was clear on what work was going to be done as well as the details of the cost estimate. He had told me that the process would take 3 days to paint the new bumper and replace it, but also offered me a 1 day option where he ordered my bumper early and painted it prior to me bringing the car in for installation. I am extremely pleased with the turnout and am so happy that my car looks brand new again! I would 100% recommend Middlesex Auto Body to anyone and will continue to come back for any more services that I may need.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job removing a dent and painting the fender to match the rest of the car. To my surprise, the car looked brand new when I picked it up since other scratches on the vehicle were removed and the entire car was buffed out. Went to middlesex auto body when I was backed into, back in September. Jeff was awesome to work with and he makes the process as easy as possible for the customer. We would definitely recommend Middlesex Auto Body and they are the only place wed bring our vehicles for repair. They just repaired one of our vehicles and their work, communication, and turnaround time are great, but in addition, they were so helpful dealing with the insurance company. Fantastic experience, I cant say enough about the total experience. I did a lot of research into auto body shops and based on that research decided to give Middlesex a try. I was blown away by the great work done on the car (it was only a few months old when it was hit) and how they managed the insurance companies. Friendly, very thorough, and take the time to provide you with important details that you may not even know to ask. I have had a few really bad experiences with auto body shops and having to be the go between with the insurance companies and shop. It is great finally having a place to not worry about any of the details.

My car was virtually totaled after I was rear-ended a couple of months ago. I brought it to Middlesex Auto Body and the guys there couldnt have been better to work with. They are honest, communicative and incredibly efficient, as they laid out my options and guided me through the process. Had a 180K mile car with some classic Outback rust. Wanted to prevent the car cancer from spreading. They gave me a couple of options from a quick repair to better than new option. I told them exactly what I wanted and they gave me a fair price, with no hassles. Job was scheduled at my connivence and they finished when they said they would! Car looks great and Im happy with their work! Id go back, if my car needs it.

The team at Middlesex Autobody does some really good work. Got my 6000 mile old truck looking the way it should, like new. Easy to work with, honest people. Someone hit my car in a parking lot and tore and scratched the bumper, which had to be replaced. I decided to go through insurance and Jeff and his staff couldnt have been more helpful. Communication was great through the whole process and getting a new bumper painted and put on couldnt have been easier. I took my car there Steve took a look at my car and ran me through the process. Carie Jeffs assistant contacted the insurance company on my behalf and arranged for an appraisal. Few days later Carie called me again telling me she received the appraisal from insurance and I can drop my car there and she also arranged for a rental car for me. A week later I received my freshly painted car. Jeff and his team did a great job. And they communicating with the insurance saved my lots of time and energy.
