I hit a deer and my vehicle suffered significant damages. The folks at West Side Collision Center did an excellent job repairing the car—took less than one week—and at a reasonable price. Alex took the time to explain what needed to be done, not only from an appearance point of view but also for safety. I highly recommend this place.

I have to say that I have NEVER been so impressed with a business like Westside Collision. Alex is professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things automotive!! He spent time with me and explained everything to me very clearly and thoroughly. My 2014 Range Rover was in a m accident and him and his repairmen did an utmost impeccable job and it only took 5 days. Not only were the repairs outstanding, but the interior and exterior were IMMACULATE when I picked it up! And the price??? Wow… 70% cheaper than estimate I got from the Range Rover dealer. My husband and I bring all our vehicles there and have never been disappointed. Thank you Alex and WestSide collision!!! Well done and very very happy!!!

I was in a fender-bender and my bumper was practically hanging off. Alex at West Side Collision worked with my insurance and the appraiser on my behalf to make sure I got the best work for the best price. In addition to the work related to my accident, he offered to replace the long-damaged cover on my side mirror for a very low cost. He checked in with me at several points, was informative and helpful, and arranged for the pickup and return of a rental car while my car was being worked on. The finished work is better than new.Hopefully, I wont need to use them again (because who wants another accident) but if I have to, I wont hesitate. Excellent service all around.

West Side did body work on my GMC Denali, Audi S4, and completely restored the exterior of my 03 Jeep Wrangler. They did a great job on all. I found the owner and crew to be skilled professionals and very thorough.

Alex is the owner of West Natick Collision Center and he took good care of me! I have never had an accident before that required repairs to the extent of which I needed. I am a busy mom and work full time at a Doctors office in town. I was able to drop my vehicle off to Alex and pick up a rental at the same time. Alex took care of the rest with the insurance company and repaired all damages with no problems. I am so happy with the service he has provided and I recommend everyone to take their vehicle to West Natick Collision Center. Great work!

Shopped around at others places, but they couldnt beat this place. Alex was honest and friendly. He cares about everyone who walks in the door, you can tell hes in business to help people and not to make a quick buck like the competition. My car came out nice and clean, it doesnt even look like it was ever in a crash. Without a doubt the best auto body shop in the area. Id recommend them to anyone, especially if youre paying out of pocket like I was.

Jose and his crew did a great job fixing some rear quarter rust on my 85 Corolla GT-S last year. Took great care of it, I mean above and beyond. Cant even tell there was a problem there anymore. Also fixed a couple dents for me cheap. They made me feel welcomed in a way that no one else thats done work on my car has, and they gave me the leftover touch up paint when all was said and done, no extra charge. They mix all their stuff in house, so it matches well.Now its winter again, and that means the car is off the road for now and Im doing improvements in the downtime. Of course I went back to West Side Collision when I needed some more touch up paint, and I was welcomed back just the same. Real friendly people there.They take good care of me AND my car there, and thats why theyre my go to body shop.

Alex, the new manager, and his team are excellent. The customer service is A+ and you can tell that Alex truly cares about his customers satisfaction. I was very pleased with the work that WSC did to my car recently. It was a pretty big job and they performed flawless work. I will always refer people to Westside Collision.

I want to start off by saying this is one of the best shops I have ever worked with. I have trusted them with company vehicles and to work on my 68 Camaro. We have had them fix over $50,000.00 in vehicle damage from buses, to box trucks, F350’ Chevy 3500’s, Dodge 3500’s, and 15 pax vans. There is no shop that I trust more. The work that is delivered is always top notch, prestige, clean and you can never tell there was damage when they are done or that they even did any work. Alex is a great owner andthe guys that work for him are nothing but professional. I will continue to bring him my vehicles.

You must see him first before going anywhere else for your auto repair. I brought my 22 year old Toyota Tacoma in to have some painting and body work done. They worked out all the rust issues around the gate and wheel wells, did a great job blending the paint on the sides and bumpers, and undercoated the truck. When I went to pick up the truck, it looked like a brand new truck, not one that was 22 years old. Considering all the work that was done at a reasonable cost, I was very impressed. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I went to the shop with a minor bumper repair that I was hoping to do myself, but I didnt have the right tools. During my first visit, I met with Victor who quickly told me what needed to be done, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. I scheduled an appointment a few weeks later and the whole repair only took two hours, even though the shop was bustling with business. When my car was ready, Jose met with me and told me the repair was on the house! I was only met with great customer service and clarity throughout the whole process, and they still went above and beyond to make sure that I was a happy customer. I really recommend West Side Collision Center to anyone who needs any kind of work done on their car! They truly care about their customers. I am so grateful for their service!

They fixed my bumper and a scratch on the side of my door. At first I didn’t like how the scratch looked when I first got it back, but I went back and they worked on it again for free. Bumper looks great.

Brian is great: hard-working, kind, and generous. I have been to Bernardis Collision once, and told Brian that the guy who dented our vehicle left a note and offered to pay for the damage. Out of respect for the guys honesty, Brian gave him a discount (wont say how much, I dont want to get him in trouble). Then he touched up some paint spots, washed the exterior, and vacuumed the interior, all at no charge! He also gave me a ride to work nearby, and is there at the shop 12-13 hours a day. This good hard-working guy has won my business and loyalty.Okay, just went a second time for our other vehicle, once again a great price for beautiful work! Turned our lemon into lemonade, so to speak. Hope he gets lots of business.

My 2010 F150 was rear-ended on route 9 in March of 2019. The BMW crossover who hit me had a lot of damage. My F150 wasnt too bad, but I had more damage than I expected. Shopped a couple of collision places and went with West Side because they gave me a good quote on some additional unrelated bodywork that needed doing. Whole experience was excellent - they handled everything with the insurance company and arranged for the rental car. My wife has allergies, so they got me a new rental car free of odor and pets. The extra body work was a lot more involved than they anticipated but they stuck to their original quote and did a beautiful job. Very good experience all around.

My experience w/ west side has been excellent . A clean well run shop.Handled all the insurance, rental everything .They really make you feel good about working w/ them .Ill use them anytime I have an issue .

They fixed my bumper very quickly and affordably, and it looks great.

My husband left his car there to be fixed and after they told us it was ready we went there to get it so, I drove him there, and we lost the trip. It wasnt ready! So he gave us an excuse and offer us an rental car which we would pay for, we didnt really need it so we left. So, 10 days later I came back for my car, after again they said it was ready and guess what? It is not!!!! so right now we are headed home with my two young kids after 45 minutes drive without a car again! I do not recommend them at all!

I live and work natick - wellesley area for years but first time in my life i have bullied in this place.I do not recommend this place especially for ladies and families. There is a lot f words around. I hadnt have 10 dollars bill and asked them if they have change for 20 one guy (most probably works there) took my 20 and teared it from the middle and gave me the half. the others were laughing i was shocked.This place is not befit for natick area.

Victor and everyone at West Side Collision is amazing! I brought in my Subaru WRX to have the rear bumper cover replaced. I dropped it off Friday at 4:30 and they had it back to me by the next day at 3:30. I couldnt believe they got it done so fast! That didnt change the quality of the work either. The bumper cover actually matched the car better than it did before. There were some hiccups at the beginning, but that was just because ordering parts for WRXs can be somewhat difficult since they are so specific. Im so impressed and happy with the quality of workmanship and reasonable pricing of West Side Collision. If I ever need any work done again on either of my vehicles I will for sure be going back and Ill be recommending them to anyone and everyone! Thank you guys so much!

Near 2 month to fix a side swipe, no heavy damage, on 3 month now still calling and waiting for 2 windows 2 be re tented, made the big mistake of commending a friend to the shop now he is not happy they are taking for ever, you call and the owner is never there, its always call tomorrow, apparently west side collision was really good body shop but the owners are not attending the business so its going down, really not happy with the time or their work, another thing is the car rental company keeps calling you every day to repo the car, sorry but this place is a joke.
