Ben and the whole Audi Team saved me. At 6am I was on the Turnpike driving home to NJ when my exhaust pipe fell off.From the Tow Truck at 7am I phoned Audi Natick. Understanding my plight I got an immediate appointment. The car was dropped at 7:15. Ben signed me in, brought the car directly into the Shop where a tech evaluated the ‘repair’. I was provided the details with a cost estimate. I told him to go ahead and I was on the road by 10am. It was MAGICAL!The team deserves more than 5 stars....

First time at the Natick location the service consultant Paula was amazing, very helpful courteous went above and beyond with keeping me informed. I was supplied a fabulous loaner and it was clean. The technician was great also with sending me a video of my car while in the shop and told me what needed repair work. This will be go to place for any service now on. I am considering an A5 now since driving the loaner keeping my fingers crossed
