Ive been coming to this place mostly for inspection, oil changes and tire rotations since they have a great convenient location. They generally know their stuff, but sometimes behave inappropriately. They failed my inspection because of the wipers, trying to sell me 2x more expensive ones. They left my car interior dirty with oil grease handprints all over - glad it was leather, if it was upholstery it would be ruined forever. And they are not the cheapest.

Every experience I’ve had so far at Natick Gas Auto Repair has been excellent. Simon has really been a conscientious mechanic who cares about your vehicle, making sure that it’s running properly and safely at a reasonable cost. I’ve been consistently satisfied with Natick Gas Auto Repair and will continue to take our vehicles for service there because I trust their honesty, knowledge and the excellent quality of the service.

Wow! Great service, honest and realistic about timeframe for repair. I had a unique tire repair and they were able help me out end of day Friday. Not all businesses are like that. I haven’t been going here but they definitely will get my future business.

I like this place because the owner is always friendly and the job is done correctly. You can stop by just to ask a question about your car and he will give you his professional opinions friendly without a pressure. It is very nice and pleasant to go there. I have been there every time I had something coming up and will continue to do so. His price is very good and reasonable as well.

I failed my inspection due to a broken windshield wiper fluid pump. I could not find another shop that can accommodate me as I needed the car the next day. These guys accommodated me on short notice he did a great job. Highly recommend them!

These people are nice, they replaced several of my car light bulbs right away on a weekday for a reasonable cost.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. When my car wouldnt start, I had it towed to Natick Gas and Auto Repair. They told me my car was ready to be picked up the next day. Fifteen minutes after I picked it up, my car broke down on the Mass Pike with no breakdown lane. I NEARLY GOT INTO A SERIOUS ACCIDENT because of Natick Gas and Auto. I cant reiterate this enough - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Simply the best service I’ve had in years. Simon (the owner) is one of life’s good guys and a true gentleman who went above and beyond in completing my annual car state inspection, saving me hundreds of dollars in the process. I cannot rate this business highly enough, they are professional, they listen, they care and are very nice people - a rare gem!

I was pleased with my visit until I was told I was ripped off because they said my wipers were messed up, so I had them replace it. Come to find out, they were fine. I went for an inspection. They were fast, friendly and seemed genuine. They helped me fix my back lights, but just wish they were more honest with that stuff.

My car got towed in Boston and was taken to Natick because it is the mileage my insurance roadside assistance covered. And from the moment Simon the owner was called he was nothing but helpful to me and my mother. The tow took longer than expected and Simons shop was closed by that time but he still worked with me to get me car secured at his location. The next morning we talked and he fixed my front brakes (brand new rotors, pads, and calipers) within a couple of hours. He was very helpful in telling me the problem and the exact cost of all the work and labor. He did high quality work and very fast. He has really good prices for the quality of work and service. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know and I will be going back if my car ever has any problems. I also have a two year warranty on my new front brakes through him and the tech group of mechanics he is with! Thank you so much Simon!

Updating this review since I have brought my car to Simon a few more times. Simon is one of the most honest and quality automotive problem solvers in the Natick area. The owner was very nice looked over my vehicle and gave me the most honest opinion on how to move forward.

Got my inspection done here they are very thorough, they don’t cut corners. But yet they don’t look for unnecessary repairs to fail you to get extra $ out of you. Not crooked like some shops. They are fair, helpful and very straightforward with you. Good guys there. Thanks Nick!

Joe and his team are the best here - hands down. I’ve been a customer of all of the various mechanics in town these are the only guys that I continue to trust. I’ll physically show you on your car where issues are if it’s going to be costly and they do their best to find you deals if you’re financially crunched. Theyre good people who care about making the customer happy.

I went here for get the State Inspection done. The staffs are friendly and quick at their work. I went in dropped the car and waited for 12 to 15 minutes to get the Inspection done.They accept only cash and its 35$ for an inspection.

Great people. Their mechanics were so informative and genuine. Got R during inspection. They explained clearly that its because of my recent visit to my dealership service and I confirmed the same with them. Definitely I will visit back for all mechanic related things.

I had a fantastic experience with the mechanic at Natck Gas. My car was making a funny noise- I had no idea what was wrong and it would have been easy to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it.Turned out a piece of plastic was hanging off the bottom. The mechanic said it was an easy fix- fixed it for us and didn’t even charge is. So nice to find an honest, kind mechanic!

Everybody that works there is very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to check out a quick problem and see if they can fix it. They do inspections there also so its quick and convenient and they do great work on all types of vehicles.

I came in for an inspection sticker and then sat down on their comfy couch and within 5 minutes I had a new sticker!!Great place and Dominic was so sweetThank you!!

Just had close friends bring their car there for a noise, they told them all the brakes were bad. Something seemed off so they took it to 2 other garages immediately, brakes are all over 70% remaining with no rust issues...buyer beware. Get a second opinion
