My car was backed into, brought it to them to work on. From the start both Gerry and Steve were super nice, they made the whole process so easy. When I got my car back it looked so amazing and I am very pleased with their work. They even cleaned my car which was so awesome. Would highly recommend using them in the future.

I bought a low-mileage used car that had some minor body damage to the door and side-view mirror...and also some strangely stubborn tar stains on the back fenders and bumper. Di Ciccos fixed everything on time, at the agreed-upon price, and did such a good job that you cant tell where the original damage was if you use the magnifying glass. They also removed the tar at no charge...and gave the car a showroom-new cleaning.

My wife was rear-ended 4 months ago. We took the car here for insurance repairs. Pros: (1) good communication, if I couldnt reach someone immediately, they would call back the same day, (2) they fought for new parts since no used parts they inspected were in sufficiently good condition, (3) they arranged for a rental car to be dropped-off/picked-up at the shop location (which was completely covered by insurance), (4) no problems with repaired parts, (5) charges were completely covered by insurance, and (6) car was cleaner than when we brought it in!The one drawback I saw is that they could have communicated better to get the job done 1-2 days faster. It took 8 business days in total. The first day my wife asked to have the car taken next day for an oil change---they didnt touch the car until day #2. It took me calling the insurance agent on day #5 to get things finalized with the insurance company. Our insurance situation was a tad complicated as there were two different companies and it wasnt clear at the beginning which one was responsible. So, I feel that they did okay, but not great with turnaround time.Overall, Id definitely return to them for future auto body work---they did enough things right that I think it would be difficult to find someone better.

Excellent repair for my car that was rear ended. They took care of all the insurance claim and my rental car. They cleaned the car also, inside and out, which was a huge surprise and bonus!
