My darling 2yo boy locked my keys (yes that’s plural, my spare were in my gym bag that was also in the car) & phone in the car today. Thank goodness for my Apple Watch to text my husband & Neighborhood Wrench to save the day - all within 30 mins! They always go above & beyond. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks John & crew!!!

My 16-year old son drives a 2008 MDX and experienced extreme smoke coming from under the hood while he was driving near The Neighborhood Wrench one Saturday afternoon. He parked it there, and I went to pick him up. For years I had seen the Neighborhood Wrench but had no reason to use them, so I was prepared to call AAA and tow the car to another repair shop. Good thing I checked the online reviews, because seeing the positive experiences saved me a bunch of time. We simply left the car there, left a note, a voicemail and the keys in the dropbox.First thing Monday morning I called and spoke with John. He had already begun diagnosing the car. He called me back about an hour later and it turned out the smoke was transmission fluid from a broken radiator. Ugh. John quoted me a price and let me know of another issue he had found that could wait. I gave him the go-ahead for the new radiator, and he said he could have it fixed by end of day.It was ready by 4:15, and the bill came within $10 of his estimate. Each time I spoke with John, he was clear as a bell, upbeat and informative. I will be a repeat customer for sure!

I had a great experience with John. I brought in my 2008 Civic to have a few things looked. John did a great job explaining what was going on with each of my concerns and what needed to be fixed vs. what was not an issue. He now has a loyal new customer.

Knows how to fix cars. Reasonable rates, honesty is hard to find with autos repair. Well be back again. Provided us with loaner car. Has all history of our car. More auto repair should be this helpful.

Johnny and the other guys at the Neighborhood Wrench are: honest, reliable, and thorough. After a year at lesser garages Im a loyal Neighborhood Wrench customer. I bring both our cars there and wont switch anytime soon.
