I worked with Philip and he has made changing services/phones extremely easy. I came into the store about a week ago and he gave me an amazing quote along with his email/number in case we had any other questions. I switched to AT&T and the process was so easy and I got the new iPhone (the color I wanted) which many locations usually have to order and you have to wait a couple weeks due to the holidays. I also talked with the manager at this branch and they have been super helpful in answer questions!

I had awesome guy name Charles who helped fix my iPhone, I had new iPhone 11pro and apparently it end up having two accounts in one same phone number. They figure it out and cleared the issues and replaced new SIM cards.I would recommend you all if any issues! Come in Natick’s AT&T store!Thank you

Davy was fantastic, he introduced himself and politely asked for my name. The level of professionalism is amazing with Davy. I came asking for help that has nothing to do with sale. I needed help with my new phones, passwords, app downloads and help reset my passwords. I can’t express enough how appreciative I am of being helped by the manager Davy at the AT&T Natick Mall location. I am only giving it 2 stars because of Kenny at the Natick store - he was great and deserved all 5 stars for being so professional, patient and friendly - if not for the REST of my experience with AT&T! We have been loyal customers forever but last weekend my husband needed to add another line to our busy account - for my youngest son. When he tried, he was informed that we have an outstanding balance of $50 and he needs to speak to the reps - that was Saturday afternoon - he has spent 3 HOURS that day on the phone with customer service and it has been established that AT&T mistakenly added another person’s account to ours - because that guy had the same name. He was assured that all has been taken care of. Well, it was NOT. When he tried again, same thing happened. He spent another 2 hours on the phone on Sunday morning and STILL was not able to resolve the issue. I had to go into the STORE to resolve the problem that was caused by AT&T. I had to hire a sitter for my 2-year old - could not drag her into the store with me - it took me and Kenny another 2+ HOURS ON THE PHONE TODAY TO RESOLVE THIS. YES, BOTH OF US!!!! It is finally done. How absolutely terrible and disgusting- AT&T - you should be ashamed. You have waisted us over 8 hours of our time as a family PLUS driving to the store PLUS a baby sitter ALL for your fraudulent handling of our account. I have no words

I have been a customer of AT&T for over 20 years, and in all my 20 years I have never received such excellent service as I did this past Friday, August 21, 2020. I went to the AT&T store at the Natick Mall after work as I needed a new phone and as I arrived at the store I was greeted by the store manager and seated at a table, I was told that someone would be right with me. While I waited, the store manager, Davy, kept me company and got a little information as to what I was looking for and the options Available to me as to get a head-start In pairing me with someone that would best meet my needs.Both my husband and I had the pleasure of being paired with the consultant MO, whom was not only kind polite but also extremely knowledgeable of his industry. Again I was told about all the specials that AT&T is running and the best service that would suit my needs. Both MO, the consultant and Davy, the store manager, treated both my husband and I with the upmost respect, understanding and undivided attention. I felt that they recognized how loyal of a customer I’ve been and it was evident that my business was appreciated. I have had many interactions with AT&T in my 20 years of being a customer but never one as pleasant as this one. I can’t thank Davy and Kenny enough at the Natick AT&T store for all the help we received this afternoon. My daughter is thrilled with her new phone and I was so happy with their service and professionalism. Not only did we get the phone activated and the glass shield installed, but they let me know that AT&T has a teacher appreciation plan in place right now that saved us money, gave us more data and included free HBO Max! After they explained the plan differences to make sure I would benefit, I mentioned that I often used my phone as a hot spot when the school’s WiFi cut out to finish teaching, and next year I won’t worry about using up my data! Both Davy and Kenny were so incredibly nice, and I felt terrible that the slow system was causing them to stay late to finish our service update. But they were both extremely sweet about it and made sure we were all set. I very highly recommend the Natick AT&T store, Davy and Kenny specifically, and will absolutely visit this one again. Thank you!!!

Davy Thach the store manager was exceptional. He took care of me and all of my needs. I am not very tech savvy so Davy took his time and help me set up my new iPad and my sweet Air pod Pros which my husband got for me for my birthday. My daughter received a new cellphone for her birthday and we were trying to sync her contacts from her old phone. Unfortunately, her phone would not hold a charge and the phone was so old a battery was hard to find. We spoke to Davey the manager of the store and he happily helped us out. Since they dont carry old batteries he took the old phone and the sim card and carefully cut it so the old card would fit in the new phone. Prior to going to the AT&T store in the mall we went to the AT&T store on route 9 in Framingham and got zero customer service from the the one person manning the store 7/23/20. Thank you Davey for the excellent customer service at the AT&T store in the Natick Mall.

I work with this store for our company business account- They are all great! I bring them phones to bring on to plan, phones to upgrade (transferring info is amazing with this group), questions on our plan. We travel internationally and they make sure we work no matter where we go! They even check our service periodically and have saved us money! Overall I do not like this store at all. In fairness to it, though, over the last decade when I forced myself to go into the store there have been a few(very few) truly helpful and knowledgeable associates.On my most recent visit I talked with two associates concerning different issues. One was a young woman whose English proficiency was acceptable but her accent and soft voice made it difficult to understand her. The other was a guy who was not at all customer-focused . When I approached him a second time with questions hed answer my questions briefly and turn away and continue talking with another associate or checking things on his phone.. On my second-to-last visit I had to wait ten minutes to get help.

I went to the AT&T store today to insure my iPhone X. The gentleman took off my case and examined the outside of my phone. He gave it back and went to talk to a manager in back. He came back and took my phone back and broken my $50 case. I gave him access to my phone to review the diagnostics and said it looked good to insure the phone. Once I asked what he would do about my broken case, he said I could get something on clearance. After insisting for the manager that he refused to get the manager came out and said there was nothing he could do. The gentleman changed his tuned and said there were issues with my phone and he didn’t break my case.What a liar. Nothing is wrong with my phone and he broke my case. Why would I go to the store to insure my phone with a broken case. I would not recommend this store to anyone.The A&T store should own what they did and buy me a new case. I felt discriminated against because I was a woman and the gentleman told me that woman are completing fraud on AT&T stores. I was there to buy insurance and I walk out with a broken case. There was no customer service and human decency.

Some of managers seem to prefer work with people of their race and are inviting them despite there is a line of people waiting.Being notified that there is a line and we would be grateful if we are called by our position in line not by personal preference, become rude and refuse to give clear answers. Came to pay for friend’s line. The first person I ve approached said that he can not accept payment and that I have to do it through machine. I mentioned that I will pay cash. Apparently the machine that they have in the store does not accept cash (so 10 minutes were spent for nothing). When I approached same person again asking for help, he said that he can schedule me and that I should wait again for someone who can accept payment after what I left the store. Worst customer service.Try to avoid visiting this exact location.

Horrible experience at this store. I made an appointment to upgrade my phone. When I arrived, each associate was with someone but no one waiting. I still waited for 40 minutes. The associate I got was the worst!!!! Couldnt explain the difference between each plan and how they would be different from what I have, couldnt explain the process of adding a line. Was so unhelpful I ended up leaving, after 15 mins. Also note, my phone screen is shattered, and I would rather live with it than go back to this location. Ill go trade in at the apple store instead, and work with At&t over the phone.

My iPhone died and for ten days I went crazy trying to retrieve my voicemail messages. I was out of touch with everyone now and was concerned about some elderly family members who live far away. After numerous phone calls to customer service, a call to one local AT&T store and a visit to another, none of which got me anywhere, I finally went into the Natick store. There was a really sweet young man by the name of Shaquan B. there who didnt waste any time helping me get my voicemail messages. He was insanely polite and attentive. Shaquan had only been with AT&T for three days and yet he gave me the best customer service that I had received over the 10 days that I had been trying to get this problem resolved! Thank you so much Shaquan B. for finally getting me the peace of mind of knowing that there were no emergencies waiting in my voicemail and that everyone was ok! AT&T made a great decision by hiring Shaquan B. Maybe if they hire more wonderful people like him, their company wont suck as badly as it does now.

Elliot was the agent who recommend me to wait for several months to do it because newer ipnone will be out and by then iphone Xs price will be decreased. I wish I can give them 0 stars. I went to the store looking for a new phone, and they were selling me a new line with direct tv. I already had 3 lines with them, and they knew that. I ended up getting the line because the phone was 50% off. I ended up changing my mind about the cable and went back to return the phone. I got to the store and there was an associate sitting with his iPad and said, How can I help you? And when I explained that I was returning the phone he said, oh Im doing something on my iPad can you wait right there when 20 minutes passed I politely asked him, is it going to take longer because I need to leave. He replied, oh do you need help? How may I help you? He ended up saying that he was unable to return the phone because I was missing a piece of paper that goes inside the box. I personally think thats ridiculous, so I ended up returning the phone at a different store with no questions asked. Poor customer service, ignoring people, very nice with selling but if you change your mind you are screwed up. Horrible customer service I will never return to this store. I am very disappointed.
