Total rip off. Terrible quality parts and unprofessional response. I paid over $100 for a new screen which lasted less than 24 hours. The shop refused to honor the 6 month warranty for their work, nor would they give me a refund. Extremely unprofessional and should not be permitted to operate.

Rip-off. He changed the price on me to outrageously expensive price. $175 to just fix broken glass on my phone. The screen wasn’t broken at all. Just the cosmetic issues with the glass.

Not only do they use knock off parts, they are not installed properly, your phone will not work right ever again if you go here. The screen never worked properly and ended up cracking on its own after 2 weeks. Just had to get a new phone and was out the money on this. Dont bother with this place, your phone will not get fixed properly. they also scammed me out of $10 for a screen protector that fell off in 48 hours.

Just don’t go here. Don’t do it. They are not trustworthy. For my iPhone X, they gave me the option of replacing my screen with a generic version (cheaper) or the better resolution version ($200). I left my phone with them, paid $200 for the “better resolution” option and what do you know, they gave me the generic version. I had apple check it for me to make sure it was installed properly. It wasn’t. Just don’t go here.

Replaced my battery a while ago and no longer holds a charge. also i am no longer able to view my battery health, they use cheap aftermarket parts instead of decent quality oems. if you want better repair than these guys, do it at home or spend the extra $25 on oem parts.

Absolutely terrible experience. The gentleman that was working was nice enough, but I am very dissatisfied with my repair. I have an iPhone 4S and had the screen replaced. After getting it back, I found that the battery was somehow drained. After charging it for 30 mins, it finally held a charge and would come back on. I got in my vehicle to leave the mall and plugged my phone in to continue charging it. From that point on, my phone would shut off and reset about every 3 minutes. I tried to do the software update (thinking maybe that would help for whatever reason) and now my phone does not work. I get error code (29) every time I get about halfway through the update (when it goes to verify the firmware). This error has something to do with the battery connection that the man must have damaged while replacing the screen because it worked just fine before handing it to him. I will be calling him tomorrow to demand that he remedy the situation, or I will be taking him to court.

I went there today to get my phone fixed, when the person there gave the phone back, the fingerprint scanner was not working. He kept insisting that it was not his fault and that it was already broken when I gave it to him, which was a lie because I was using it before I gave the phone to him. He was super rude and accused me of lying to him and that the fingerprint scanner was already broken in the first place. It turned out that the screen he used to replaced my phone with was a faulty one and the fingerprint scanner was working fine after putting it in another screen. The worker there is very rude and I strongly recommend people not go there.

Terrible experience and worst phone repair Ive ever gotten. They lure you in with a fast repair as you shop, but they use the worst quality and the most atrocious craftsmanship--do not come here and waste $70, unless you want your phone screen to be cracked again within a couple days. Also do not go to them and pay anything more than $70 for a phone screen crack, they change the price often to see if they can get more money out of certain people. Sketchiest service ever.

We called about getting a phone screen fixed, and headed on down to the mall. As it turns out we had a different model than we thought, but they were able to fix the screen and replace a bad button in under 10 mins, for a good price. Apple told us we should just replace the phone, but these guys saved it!

Do not bring your phone here. Colors on the new screen were off and ear speaker no longer works. They refused to issue a refund unless I returned their subpar screeen.

I had cracked my screen and I asked them to fix it they told me $89 and that it always turns out perfect. I come back when they tell me to and they told me to come back later 3 TIMES! Then they couldnt fix it in the end and I had not only a cracked screen but an unusable phone. They said they couldnt help me from there and to just get an entirely new phone. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!

If I could post a picture and rate it 0 I would. So I went there around a year ago and one time, I split a couple water droplets on my phone screen then a couple minutes later the water was in my screen!!, and when I tried to press my screen it started clicking random things on my phone. It was annoying but a day later it was gone but there was a mark in my phone of where the water droplet was and then through out the year weird pieces of white stuff got in my screen. And also sometimes when I click things to fast my screen stops working. So I recommend not going there.

I went today in search of having my broken screen repaired on my iPhone. I was devastated when it fell out of my pocket this morning getting out of work onto the cement pavement. My first experience with this happening and did not know where to go so I went to Verizon and they directed me to the Apple store.Went I got to the Natick mall I encountered iFix&Repair in the open area just down from Sears. I explained the problem along with another problem, my battery! Zahir was so kind and took care of both of my problems in more than a timely manner!! Such a great place to do business and I recommend them to anyone who might have similar problems!! So happy I went to there and had such a great experience, thank you again Zahir!! Also reasonable priced!! Even better!!

Miserable experience. Overcharged for low quality replacement, screen touch unresponsive one(!!!) day later. Currently locked out of my phone, unable to unlock passcode because cheap replacement parts/shoddy job. Paying double to get it fixed 2x.

I really wanted to like them, and the people were really nice, but in the end, it was a fail. I brought in an iPad mini and an iPod touch for glass repair. After waiting several days for the repairs, I received an iPod with a broken home button, and an iPad with a crooked home button, and white light from the LCD that was not there prior to drop off.They did not charge me for the iPod repair, and said the led needed to be replaced, and the lcds they use are not as good as the apple one.In the end, I cant recommend them as their quality of work was poor. They were very nice people and seemed sincere, however I still need to get these items fixed.

In general the repair process is strange. They have been fixing couple more phones at the same time with mine, they were constantly talking to other people passing by. What I got is: the battery was changed (which is OK), but some panels now are missing screws, some got bigger screws which could damage the board, one small panel was missing too. I found it out by bringing it to another repair shop, where they showed me another similar phone for comparison.

Terrible. Particularly a guy in the mid 30s on Sat Sep 30 around 1pm. Couldnt find the restroom which was near their kiosk, so I asked the seller. The seller wasnt with any customers. He shushed me away. So disrespectful!!!
