Went to the mall yesterday 1/6/21 at 4pm this store was closed lights off &doors locked but there was one employee inside that seemed to be shopping for himself. Very annoyed. Went elsewhere

Didnt have the sneakers size.. ordered it with a representative. It arrived to my house only to be two left sneakers.. So that means of sad kid without while everyone else had because something that could have been avoided.

I paid for the shoes at the mall, and 1 a week goes by and nobody tells me anythin, i had to call pnky to find out they lost my order.

Never buying anything at champs again, terrible shipping.

It was 9pm, they are supposed to close at 10 and one of the employees kicked us out, and he said “were closing” ... horrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Don’t give Champs your business go somewhere else,their product aren’t taken car off they ship out damaged and creased shoes and don’t care about costumer service.If I was you I’d take my money somewhere else!!

Never buy the shoes here! They didnt give me the receipt. When i want to retuen it, they didnt allow me to do it! The worst shop ever!
