Had a foot locker store coupon for $15.00, which does not say that I can not use on new released shoes. When I tried to use the coupon on a two day old shoes I was informed by the manager that I could not use it and when I asked him to show me where does it say on the coupon that I could not use it on new released shoes he told me it doesnt matter cause I can not use it cause he is saying so (in a rude manner). If I could I would give them zero star.

I had Aaron and Jamie help me find a pair of shoes that fit perfectly. Great service here that you dont find many other places. Would definitely recommend it.

Picked out a nice pair of ultra boosts and was told they would arrive in 3-5 days. 10 days later... they cant locate the shoes and cancel my order and leave it on me to go get my money refunded

Order shoes waited 3-5 business days for them to get to my house they ended up being defective! Had to send them back ANOTHER 3-5 business days was told once the factory received my shoes i will be getting my refund, they arrive this morning, i call to check where my refund is they tell me their a DAY behind on shipment and my refund will not process until tomorrow !!! Also i wont be getting my refund for another 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS !!!!! So all and all I am waiting for almost 2 WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY FREAKING MONEY BACK FOR DETECTIVE SHOES !!!!!! There would be no stars if i could write a review without it.

I think they are trying to force us to buy online because when we go for some tennis shoes they never have them in the sizes we are looking for and they offer us to buy them online when we can do that from our homeUnfortunately it does not benefit the store
