Drove 45 minutes here to do a return so I didn’t have to pay the shipping and wait forever to return by mail. I had my receipt and all items were in their original condition. He claimed the second swimsuit wouldn’t ring into their system so he couldn’t return it. Then he said since I paid using afterpay, none of the items could be returned in the store. I’ve returned multiple items in other stores that I used afterpay for my form of payment.p He made zero attempt to resolve the issue with the bathing suit that wasn’t ringing in (not sure why he couldn’t manually enter it) and he was supposedly the manager. No wonder most of their locations have gone out of business. They probably shouldn’t have children in charge of the store if they want any business.

ZERO STARS. The manager, Derek, yelled at me. The staff there is always upset because of him. He either needs anger management or customer service training. If Pacsun corporate is wondering why that branch location never has customers its because they hate dealing with him.Horrible horrible I cant believe they are all still working there.

The lady working there was so rude and astronomically disrespectful. Her attitude was so unnecessary, and I believe she should be retrained. Her customer service was lacking, to say the least. Disgusting.

Terrible experience. This manager was one of the most unprofessional employees I have ever had to deal with. There was a computer issue which was not allowing my return to process. His response was that it wasn’t his fault that the computer wasn’t working and for me to come back in a few days. He made no attempt to escalate the issue and find a resolution. When I was in line he was also openly talking down to his employees. I would suggest using another store or shopping online.

Nice clothes but a little pricey.

The service is just the worst that I ever seen. my wife purchesed a sweatshirt, and the girl at front counter give us a very bad attitude, we dont even know why???I was trying the fog seires clothes, and the guy at front counter told me you cannot try it on unless you buy it, what??? it just a 100 pants, what is this attitude for?
