10/10 for the staff! Special shout out to RACHEL who took the time to help me with shoe sizing. She offered a lot of great insight into what size I should wear based on my foot structure and explained what I could do if the shoe was slightly too big (I was vacillating between two shoe sizes). Beyond this interaction, RACHEL was also friendly to each and every customer who entered the store while I was there (nearly two hours.) Super exuberant and an overall great demeanor. Thanks so much RACHEL :)

Operating hours are inaccurate, went at 5:30 pm on 9/24 a Friday only to found they closed at 5pm. Tried to update their hours so this wouldn’t happen to someone else, and the business changed the hours back to the inaccurate ones. I just called and confirmed they are still only open 12pm -5pm Sunday-Saturday

The staff is not very helpful or knowledgeable at times. Or maybe, on the day I was there, the staff only seemed unfriendly.

Been purchasing from this location for years now and always has the best selection. I even purchased about 30-40 jackets for our company here and when you buy a certain quantity for a business (maybe personal too) we got discounts. Rather favorable discounts. Manager of the store there is unbelievable. Assisting with the whole selection process and helping come up with warm, light but also durable jacket for our staff. Complete above and beyond. Jackets come out great and all of our staff love wearing them! Thank northface

They have more sweatshirt options for men than women so I was a little bummed but my husband got a wicked cool sweatshirt and they randomly gave him $5 off at the register!
